A. Pakistan is Daarul Kufr despite the majority being Muslim.

Q. You have mentioned that Pakistan is a non-Muslim country. Have you ever read the Constitution of Pakistan? The first few paragraphs in the Preamble read: “Whereas sovereignty over the entire Universe belongs to Almighty Allah alone, and the authority to be exercised by the people of Pakistan within the limits prescribed by Him is a sacred trust; And whereas it is the will of the people of Pakistan to establish an order:- Wherein the State shall exercise its powers and authority through the chosen representatives of the people; Wherein the principles of democracy, freedom, equality, tolerance and social justice, as enunciated by Islam, shall be fully observed; Wherein the Muslims shall be enabled to order their lives in the individual and collective spheres in accordance with the teachings and requirements of Islam as set out in the Holy Quran and Sunnah;” Do you think this is the Constitution of a non-Muslim country?

A. Firstly, it will be appropriate to refer to the country with the appellation Napakistan (the Impure State). As far as Napakistan is concerned, the couple of Islamically sounding statements in its preamble are all canards – false and blatant lies. The country was never an Islamic state from its very inception – from day one when it came in to existence under British patronage.

It was only during the time of Ziyaul Haq that a semblance of Islamic law came into existence briefly. As far as the Shariah is concerned, the constitution of Napakistan is a scrap of paper. The statements in its preamble are all hypocritical. There is absolutely no attempt to accord practical expression to Islam – to the Qur’aan and the Sunnah. In fact, those who do make such attempts are brutally apprehended by the satanic ISI and with the full approval and connivance of the government of Napakistan and its evil military.

Innumerable proclaimers of Lailah illallaahu Muhammadur Rasulullah have been handed over to the brutal kuffaar of the U.S.A. to enable those shayaateen to torture and brutalize the hijacked Mu’mineen who are subjected to horrendous sufferings in America’s black-hell detention facilities such as Guntanamo, Bagram and in many other place.

Do you perhaps know Dr. Aafiyah Siddiqui? Do you know what has happened to that unfortunate sister and her three little children? And do you know who perpetrated the horrendous crimes against them? If you pretend to be blissfully unaware of this sister’s case, the articles appearing in this issue of Al -Haq will shatter your pretence. The kuffaar rulers and the kuffaar security forces of your Napakistan will answer and suffer on the Day of Qiyaamah for the brutality they have inflicted and are inflicting on countless members of Rasulullah’s Ummah.

A few deceptive statements in a scrap of paper called ‘constitution’ neither transform a country into a Muslim/ Islamic land nor are westernized clichés which adorn the constitution evidence for Napakistan being a Muslim country. You lack understanding of the meaning of an Islamic country. An Islamic country is a land wherein the law of Allah Azza Wa Jal is implemented. Thus the Qur’aan-e-Hakeem states:

“When We establish them on earth (i.e. grant them political power), they establish Salaat, Zakaat and command righteousness and prohibit evil.”

From its very inception, Napakistan was not governed by the Shariah. ‘Democracy’ mentioned in the preamble is a kufr concept. The Islamic system of government is not democracy. Western democracy cannot be fused with the Islamic system which is the Shariah. The quotient of such satanic fusion will not be the Law of Allah Azza Wa Jal.

Whilst a parliament consisting of a couple hundred baboons and asses formulates the laws of a democracy, the Shariah was formulated by Allah Azza Wa Jal and revealed from Looh Mahfooz to Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) who handed it to the Sahaabah from whom it has reached us by way of reliable and authentic transmission from generation to generation.

The system of government in Napakistan is a western system – the so-called democracy. A cursory glance at the law books of the country will convince any right-minded observer that the law system of Napakistan is the very antithesis of the Shariah. The judiciary is a kufr system – the western system. The courts in Napakistan operate in exactly the same manner and style as do the courts in the western kuffaar countries. Everything from A to Z in the judiciary is the kufr system. How can the rulers and the judicial officers of Napakistan be Muslim when the Qur’aan declares:

“Those who do not decree according to that (Shariah) which Allah has revealed, verily they are the kaafiroon.”

The whole miserable lot constituting the government and judiciary in Napakistan come within the scope of this Qur’aaaic stricture. Riba, liquor, gambling, zina, prostitution, music, haraam entertainment institutions, homosexuality, lesbianism, vice and immorality in general are the order in Napakistan.

Jinnah and his clique of British servants had inserted the Islamic-sounding terms in the constitution to dupe the Ulama and sincere Muslims. Without their support, perhaps partitioning of the sub-continent would not have taken place. Since there was no precedent of this kind of deception, those Ulama who supported the un- Islamic ‘Muslim’ League to achieve its objective of a separate state, had been ensnared by Jinnah.

Whilst the concept of a separate Islamic state was 100% correct, joining ranks with the fussaaq who operated the Muslim League was 100% erroneous. The Mashaaikh have said that a faasiq will sell you – betray you – for a piece of bread. That was precisely what Jinnah, Liaquat Ali Khan and the conglomerate of fussaaq and fujjaar who held sway in Napakistan did.

The idea that the new country would be a truly Islamic land governed by the Shariah was a pipedream – a distant mirage which had broken the hearts of the senior Ulama who had supported the creation of Pakistan. Lamenting the reality of the pipedream, Hadhrat Mufti Muhammad Shafi (rahmatullah alayh) sates in the introduction of his Ma-aariful Qur’aan:

“Fifteen years and three months have lapsed since I have arrived here. The narrative of what I have seen in this time is lengthy. The objectives for which Pakistan was beloved and pursued and for which everything had been sacrificed, the changing governments have caused these objectives to be nothing more than a pleasant dream. Effecting any Deeni change or substantial reformation via the government was incrementally being relegated into the realm of dreams.”

There is absolutely nothing to justify calling Napakistan an Islamic or Muslim country. A non-Muslim court banning pork does not transform a country into an Islamic state. The judges of Napakistan are in open conflict and rejection of the Qur’aan by administering ‘justice’ in terms of the secular laws of the country. In consequence they have eliminated their Imaan and come fully within the glare of the aforementioned Qur’aanic verse in which Allah Ta’ala describes them as being Kaafiroon.

Napakistan is at war with Allah Ta’ala since its economy is a capitalist riba system for which the Qur’aan declares war. A country at war with Allah Azza Wa Jal can never be an Islamic country. In fact, there is no difference between Napakistan and India.

In conclusion we must reiterate that when a government and its security forces who claim to be ‘Muslim’ hound, hijack and hand over reciters of the Kalimah to brutal kuffaar such as the U.S.A. for subjection to torture, then such illegitimate rubbishes can never be Muslims. They are worse than khanaazeer.

A: My wife is 23 weeks pregnant and we have just been advised by two specialists that:

– The heart of the foetus is extremely enlarged such that it is filling up the entire width of the chest cavity (the normal ratio is 60% of the cavity. In this case, its wall to wall)

– The right ventricle valve is deformed and not closing, which is resulting in back flow of blood back into the right atrium (instead of towards the lungs as it should be)

– The pulmonary arteries are half the diameter that they should be at this stage of development, meaning that there is insufficient blood flow to the lungs.

– As the heart is so large, the lungs are severely under-developed, and they are uncertain how these will hold up at the time of birth

– The specialists are certain that any form of operation post birth will not be corrective, and whatever they do may only prolong the condition of the newborn for a short period.

In summary, their prognosis is very poor, such that they are of the opinion that the foetus is likely to suffer heart failure even before reaching full term. In the event that it does reach full term, it will require immediate intensive care and surgery to re-direct blood flow away from the left side of the heart directly towards the lungs, implying that the newborn will only be surviving by using one side of the heart. This in itself, they believe, will not last long as the heart cannot sustain this in any meaningful manner.

International research (performed by myself) confirms their assessment and prognoses that death before full term is very likely, and if not, death within 3-4 weeks after birth should be expected.

At this stage, they cannot determine the impact that the heart enlargement and pulmonary arteries under-development, is having on the other organs in the body, except to say that, in their opinions, the condition of the foetus will only get worse and will not be compatible with life.

Notwithstanding the 120 day ‘rooh entering the body’ consensus, would it be Islamically permissible (or not) to terminate the pregnancy?

A: It is totally haraam in Islam to terminate the life of any human being. After 120 days of pregnancy, the soul enters the foetus. Hence it is haraam to abort the child after this period. Life and death is the sole right and property of Allah Ta’ala. No person, doctor, specialist, physician, etc. has the right to deal in this or influence it. Just as taking the life of someone who is born deformed or mentally retarded is not tolerated and treated as murder, similarly aborting the child at this time is extremely deplorable and totally impermissible in the sight of Allah Ta’ala.

In the Qur’aan Shareef Allah Ta’ala explains that on the day of Qiyaamah the helpless, defenceless child who was mercilessly murdered (whether in the womb through abortion or after birth as was the custom of the pagan Arabs) will be brought before Allah Ta’ala and the parents of the child will also be brought (i.e. the parents who were the cause of the childs life being taken). The child will then complain to Allah Ta’ala saying that O Allah! For what sin was I killed? O Allah! Ask my parents why did they terminate my life and kill me? Why was I not given an opportunity to live?

وَإِذَا المَوءۥدَةُ سُئِلَت ﴿٨﴾ بِأَىِّ ذَنبٍ قُتِلَت

When the infant buried alive, is questioned – For what crime was it killed;

Imagine on that day what answer will the parents guilty of such a major crime present before Allah Ta’ala and save themselves from the severe torment and punishment of Allah Ta’ala!

There are many glaring examples where the prognosis of the physicians showed that there was no hope or very little hope, whereas the reality turned out contrary to that. Hence as a believer one ought to have faith in Allah Ta’ala, obey Him and be pleased with His decree at every moment.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.

وقالوا يباح إسقاط الولد قبل أربعة أشهر ولو بلا إذن الزوج

قال الشامي في رد المحتار:  مطلب في حكم إسقاط الحمل  قوله ( وقالوا الخ ) قال في النهر بقي هل يباح الإسقاط بعد الحمل نعم يباح ما لم يتخلق منه شيء ولن يكون ذلك إلا بعد مائة وعشرين يوما وهذا يقتضي أنهم أرادوا بالتخليق نفخ الروح وإلا فهو غلط لأن التخليق يتحقق بالمشاهدة قبل هذه المدة كذا في الفتح وإطلاقهم يفيد عدم توقف جواز إسقاطها قبل المدة المذكورة على إذن الزوج وفي كراهة الخانية ولا أقول بالحل إذ المحرم لو كسر بيض الصيد ضمنه لأنه أصل الصيد فلما كان يؤاخذ بالجزء فلا أقل من أن يلحقها إثم هنا إذا أسقطت بغير عذر قال ابن وهبان ومن الأعذار أن ينقطع لبنها بعد ظهور الحمل وليس لأبي الصبي ما يستأجر به الظئر ويخاف هلاكه ونقل عن الذخيرة لو أرادت الإلقاء قبل مضي زمن ينفخ فيه الروح هل يباح لها ذلك أم لا اختلفوا فيه وكان الفقيه علي بن موسى يقول إنه يكره فإن الماء بعد ما وقع في الرحم مآله الحياة فيكون له حكم الحياة كما في بيضة صيد الحرم ونحوه في الظهيرية قال ابن وهبان فإباحة الإسقاط محمولة على حالة العذر أو أنها لا تأثم إثم القتل وبما في الذخيرة تبين أنهم ما أرادوا بالتحقيق إلا نفخ الروح وأن قاضيخان مسبوق بما مر من التفقه والله تعالى الموفق (رد المحتار 3/176)

1) According to authentic hadiths, when a person is buried in the grave, he will be asked three questions: 1) Who is your Lord? 2) What is your religion? 3) Who is this man that came to you?[1]

 2) Yes, the Shias are a deviant group and one must stay away from them and their ideologies.[2]

There are many different sects amongst the Shias.

Some sects (like the Tafdheelis) are considered as Muslims as they differ only on the issue of khilafa i.e. they deem Ali (R.A) more deserving to be a leader than Abu Bakr (R.A).

They also revere and honour all the Sahabah. (Khairul fatawa 1/374 Shirkat printing press, Kifaayatul mufti 1/289 Darul ishaat)

However the majority of present-day Shias (Ithna ashra/Jafaries/Imamiyyias) hold such beliefs which render them out of the fold of Islam.

The following beliefs of theirs are recorded in the works of their very own Ulama….

THE QURAAN HAS BEEN DISTORTED

(Note-We, unfortunately, do not have many Shia Kitaabs at our disposal. Therefore, we have quoted verbatim the exact texts of only those books which are at our disposal. As for those books which we do not possess, we have sufficed with the meanings alone. These quotes were mainly taken from Ahsan al fataawa, Khumaini aur ithna ashra and Irshad as Shia and other reliable kitabs. Some were also taken from the sites of reliable Ulama on the internet.)

The present Quran contains 6236 verses. Therefore the implication of the above mentioned statement is that two thirds of the original Quran is missing.

ان القران لا يكون حجة الا بقيم(الكافي ج1  ص 169، دار الكتب الإسلامية، طهران(

((Verily the Quran cannot be a proof except with a ‘Qayyim’ Imam))(Al Kaafy 1/169, Dar al kutub al Islamiyyah, Tehran )

Their books suggest that there are more than two thousand (concocted shia) narrations which denotes upon distortion of the Quran.

… و هي كثيرة جدا حتي قال السيد نعمةالله الجزائري ان الاخبار الدالة علي ذالك تزيد علي الفي حديث (فصل الخطاب 251 مخطوط(

((… And (the verses which were distorted) are quite a large number, that As sayyid Nimatullah Al Jazaa’iri remarked: “Verily the narrations which denotes upon (the distortion) exceeds two thousand reports”)) (Fasl al khitaab 251, Makhtut)

Refer to Usool kafi 260-275. Numerous verses are cited, which according to Shias, has been altered.  A full version of this book in Arabic could be found on the following link http://www.14masom.com/hdeath_sh/ .

In fact the entire kitab ‘fasl al khitaab’ was written only to proof the distortions of the Quran. The ‘makhtut’ (original manuscript) which is in our possession contains close to 400 pages. A perusal of this magnum opus can leave no doubt in ones mind that the Shia religion fundamentally maintains the theory of alterations in the Quran, which is , also, supported by thousands of sayings of the Innocent Imams. (Below we have discussed this books authority)

Here follows just two examples from Fasl al khitaab which Shias believe to be omitted from our Quran.

(The following is an image of ‘Surah Wilaayah’ which Allama Noori Tabresi, the Shi’i authority mentions in this book, Faslul Khitab. This book has been written in Persian and was printed several times in Iran. This chapter (Surat-ul-Wilaayah) was also quoted by the famous orientalist, Noeldeke in his book ‘History of the Copies of the Qur’an’. He reproduced it on the authority of another famous book of the Shias, ‘Dabistaan e Madhahib’. A great Jurist of Egypt, Muhammad Ali Saudi, found a manuscript of this Surah in Iran by the well known orientalist, Mr Brown.  It also appeared in the Asian-French Newspaper in 1842 C.E)

 

Surah Al Wilayat 7 verses

Saintly (Patron) Chapter

 

In the name of the Allah, the most gracious, the most merciful

 

1 Oh you who believe, Bring faith in the prophet and the wali (patron) (Ali Bin Abi Talib), both of whom we sent, they will guide you to the straith path.
2 A prophets and a patron “belonging to” each other, and I am the all knowing, the all aware.
3 Verily those who fulfill God’s covenant for them are comforting paradises.
4 And those upon whom if our verse are read, they disbelieve.
5 For them there is an enormous place in hell,
6 when it is proclaimed on the day of judgement: “Where are the oppressers, the rejecters of the messengers?
7 The messengers didn’t leave them except with the truth, and Allah will not permit them to be successful till a short time.
8 And hymn the praises of your lord whilst thanking him, and verily Ali from the witnesses.

 

 

“Oh you who believe, believe in the two lights.
He has revealed them unto you, warning you against the torture of the Great Day — two lights emanating from one another, for I am the All-Hearing and the All-Knowing.
Truly those who fulfill Allah’s pledge and his Apostle’s verses shall be rewarded with Paradise.
Those who disbelieve by breaking their covenant and what they have pledged to do before the Apostle shall be thrown into hell, for they did injustice to themselves and disobeyed the supporter of the Apostle.
Therefore, they shall be caused to drink from the Hamim River in hell.
Truly Allah is the light of heaven and the earth as he wills, and he has chosen his angels and apostles and made believers of those whom he created.
All do whatever he wills. There is no god but him — the Merciful and the Compassionate.
Those who came before them cheated their apostles, and so I have stricken them with my cunningness vehemently and painfully.
O Apostle! Preach my admonition, for they shall know.
Those who fulfill their pledge to you are likened to me to be rewarded by Paradise.
Truly Ali is one of the pious. We have sent Moses and Aaron, being appointed his successor, yet they disobeyed Aaron.
Be of good patience! They will become old. We have given you judgment, just as we did to other apostles before you. We have appointed a guardian to you from them, that they might return.
Truly Ali is devout, lying prostrate at night, warning as regards the Last Day, and hoping for the mercy of his Lord.
Say: “Should those who act unjustly be treated equally, while they know my torture?”

Status of ‘FASL AL KHITAAB’

We have found numerous Shia kitabs and websites of claims that they disown the book ‘Fasl al khitaab.’ However, this is all based on taqiyyah. Sheikh Mohiuddeen writes: “Although the Shias pretended to disown At-Tabrasi’s book, as an act of taqiyyah, the glaring fact that it includes hundreds of quotations from the recognized works of their scholars clearly confirms their adherence to the tenet of alteration in the Qur’an. Of course, they do not want a clamor to be raised over this perverse article of faith of theirs.” (Al Khutut al areedha)

When the Shias raised objections to this kitab during the life of the author, Allamah Tabrasi, he wrote a reply entitled ‘Raddush shubhat an Fasl al khitab fi ithbati tahrif Kitab Rabbil arbab’. These two books (original and reply), really, have left no room for the Shias to deny the belief of the distortion of the Quran.

Also, the author of this kitab attained such a high rank amongst Shias that he was given place to be buried in the ‘Mashad Murtazawi’ (tomb of Ali (R.A) at Najaf). According to Shias, this is considered to be the holiest place on the face of this earth. Only those Scholars are buried here who are unanimously accepted by all Shias. Khoemani was also aware of ‘Fasl al khitaab’. Yet he paid glowing tributes to the author in his ‘Al Hukumat al Islamiyyah’. (Khomeni, Iranian revolution 171) Had the Shias truly disowned his book and beliefs, they would also regard him as a disbeliever. On the contrary, they hold him in high esteem and regard him as a great scholar.

Finally, even if we do accept their rejection of this kitab, what answer will they give to the narrations of Usool al kafi etc? Shias believe “Usool Al-Kafi is the oldest, greatest, best and the most accurate book”. (The book of Al Muraja’aat , Muraj’ah number 110)

 

THE SAHABAH TURNED APOSTATES 

Shias curse and insult the closest companions of Nabi (sallallahu alayhi wasallam), Abu Bakr (R.A) and Umar (R.A).

فلعمري لقد نافقا قبل ذالك و ردا علي الله جل ذكره كلامه وهزيا برسول الله صلي الله عليه و آله و هما الكافران عليهما لعنة الله و الملئكة و الناس اجمعين (كتاب الروضة 62 طبع لكهنؤ(

((By the oath of my life! They two (Abu bakr and Umar (R.A) became hypocrites, rejected the speech of Allah جل ذكره and scoffed the Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam). They are both disbelievers. May the curse of Allah, his Angels and the entire mankind be upon them)) (Kitab Ar Raudha 62)

فهؤلاء لم يبق فيهم من الايمان شيء (الكافي ج1  ص 420، دار الكتب الإسلامية، طهران(

((These were such that no particle of faith remained in them))(Al Kafi 1/420, Dar al kutub al Islamiyyah, Tehran)

In fact, Shias regard all the Sahabah with the exception of three as apostates. This belief has caused them to reject many verses of the Quraan and authentic traditions.

كان الناس اهل ردة بعد النبي صلي الله عليه وآله وسلم الا ثلاثة فقلت و من الثلاثة؟ فقال المقداد بن الاسود و ابو ذر الغفاري وسلمان الفارسي  رحمة الله عليهم و بركاته (الكافي ج8  ص 345، دار الكتب الإسلامية، طهران ، وبحار الأنوار ج22 ص333 ، مؤسسة الوفاء، بيروت(

((People turned apostates after Nabi (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) with the exception of three” I enquired about the three. He responded: “Miqdad bin Aswad, Abu Dhar Al Ghifary and Salman Farsi (may Allah’s mercy and blessings be upon them)) (Al Kafi 8/345, Dar Al Kutub Al Islamiyyah, Tehran, Bihar al Anwaar 22/333, Mu’assassah al wafa, Beirut)

Allah Taala has praised the Sahabah in numerous verses of the Quran. Just to mention one, Allah says

فَالَّذِينَ هَاجَرُوا وَأُخْرِجُوا مِنْ دِيَارِهِمْ وَأُوذُوا فِي سَبِيلِي وَقَاتَلُوا وَقُتِلُوا لَأُكَفِّرَنَّ عَنْهُمْ سَيِّئَاتِهِمْ وَلَأُدْخِلَنَّهُمْ جَنَّاتٍ تَجْرِي مِنْ تَحْتِهَا الْأَنْهَارُ ثَوَابًا مِنْ عِنْدِ اللَّهِ وَاللَّهُ عِنْدَهُ حُسْنُ الثَّوَابِ

((So those who emigrated and were driven out of their homes, who suffered in My cause, who fight and were slain – (will most certainly blot out from them their iniquities, and admit them into gardens beneath which rivers flow. A reward from Allah; and with Allah is the best of ‘reward) (Surah Aal-`Imran: 19.5)

In this ayah Allah extols the Muhajirin and gives them the glad tidings of Jannah. He notifies us that in return for the persecutions and hardships which they so gladly undertook for His sake, and for the sacrifices which they were so eager to make, Allahs will not only admit them into Jannah, but He will even condone their shortcomings.


THE UMMAHATUL MUMINEEN WERE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DEMISE OF NABI (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) AND WERE ALSO INFIDELS
The Shias exceed all bounds when it comes to the Mothers of the Believers. They accuse the Prophet’s noble consorts, Aisha and Hafsa (R.A) of the most contemptible actions. These Shias indict Umm al-Mu’mineen Aisha and Hafsa of murdering Nabi (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) and accuse them of turning renegades.  Look at these narrations…

Imam Baqir says (This is a false accusation against him):

“Ayesha and Hafsa martyred the Prophet by giving him poison” (Hayatul Quloob 2/870)
“Thus, these two male hypocrites (referring to Abu Bakr and Umar) and those two female hypocrites (referring to Ayesha and Hafsa) agreed to martyr Rasullah by giving poisen to him” (ibid 2/745)
“Ayesha was an infidel woman.” (ibid, 2/ 726)
“Imam Mehdi will punish Ayesha with strips.” (ibid, 2/ 901)

We hold the noble wives of Nabi (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) in great esteem and regard them as our own mothers. Allah Taala says

وَأَزْوَاجُهُ أُمَّهَاتُهُمْ

((….And his wives are their mothers)) (Al Ahzaab 6)

From the above you will notice how the Shias denigrated the integrity of every person who had contact with Nabi (sallallahu alayhi wasallam). You may conclude what they are indicating towards in the personality of Nabi (sallallahu alayhi wasallam).

THEIR KALIMAH AND AZAN IS DIFFERENT

Furthermore, the kalimah of the Shias differ with our Kalimah. (Shia mazhab haq he, 2/51, Tohfa namaz Ja’fariyah, 10)

Here is their version of the Kalimah

 

 

((There is no deity besides Allah, Muhammad is the messenger of Allah, Ali is the ‘wali’ of Allah, Khumaini is the ‘hujjah’ of Allah))(Wahdat Islaami, 4)

They also add in the Azan after the Shahadah: (Practical Laws of Islam by Ayatullah Khumaini, Islamic Laws by Ayatullah Sistani))

 

اشهد ان عليا ولي الله

 

The proofs and fatawaa of shi’i Scholars regarding the desirability of this addition could be found on the following shia links

They have fabricated the following hadith to support their view

ان رسول الله صلي الله عليه و سلم امر ابا ذر بان يؤذن يوم الغدير و يضاف شهادة بان ولاية لعلي-فاعترض علي نبي بعض الاصحاب فقال له ففيم كنا.

((The Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) ordered Abu Dhar on the day of Ghadeer to give Azaan and ordered him to say ‘Ali is the wali’. Some companions objected. Nabi (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “There is nothing for us (without Ali).”(Sharaa’i al islam, 60, Beirut)

Although the scholars of the mentioned links claim its only preferable to add this shahadah, the following Shia scholars deemed this addition as compulsory

Sheikh Muhammad Hasan al-Najafi (author of al-Jawahir) in “Sirr al-Imaan”

Sayid Ali Madad al-Qa’ini in “Sirr al-Imaan”

 

Shias also add the following after hayya alal falah,

حي الي خير العمل

This is how they altered one of our greatest signs.

 

THEIR ‘IMAMS’ ARE GREATER THAN THE PROPHETS AND ANGELS
Another blasphemous belief of the Shias is that they regard their ‘Imams’ to be even greater than the prophets and angels. This implies that Sunnis, who do not believe in Imamate, are unbelievers.

و ان من ضروريات مذهبنا ان لائمتنا مقاما لا يبلغه ملك مقرب ولا نبي مرسل (الحكومة الاسلامية 52 طبع تهران(

((An integral action in our religion is that our ‘Imams’ are on such a level which cannot be attained by close Angel nor by the prophets that were sent)) (Al Hukoomah Al Islamiyyah 52, Tehran)

According to their beliefs, Allah had chosen twelve men to succeed Nabi (Sall Allah alayhi wasallam). The Twelfth Imam however disappeared at the age of five. He is believed to be the awaited Mahdi.

THEY BELIEF ALLAH IS AT TIMES IGNORANT (BADAA)

Similarly, an essential part of their faith is the belief of ‘badaa’ which is to belief that Allah Taala was ignorant of something and later he becomes aware of it. Shias regard this belief as one of the greatest acts of worship.

ما عبد الله بشيء مثل البداء (الكافي ج 1  ص 146، دار الكتب الإسلامية، طهران ، ، وبحار الأنوار ج4 ص107 ، مؤسسة الوفاء، بيروت(

((Allah is never worshipped with something as great as ‘badaa’)) (Al Kafi 1/146, Dar Al Kutub Al Islamiyyah, Tehran, Bihar al Anwaar 4/107, Mu’assassah al wafa, Beirut)

ما عظم الله بمثل البداء (السابق(

((Allah is never glorified as he is with ‘badaa’)) (ibid)

In essence they attribute ignorance to Allah Taala. The irony of this belief is that they regard their Imams to have absolute knowledge.

ان الائمة عليهم السلام يعلمون ما كان و ما يكون وانه لا يخفي عليهم شيء (الكافي ج1  ص 260، دار الكتب الإسلامية، طهران(

((The ‘Imams’ know the past and future and nothing is hidden from them)) (Al Kafi 1/260 Dar al kutub al Islamiyyah, Tehran)

We as the Ahlus sunnah belief that none has perfect knowledge except Allah. It is only Allah who knows the unseen and no one shares this attribute with him. Allah says

 وَعِنْدَهُ مَفَاتِحُ الْغَيْبِ لَا يَعْلَمُهَا إِلَّا هُوَ وَيَعْلَمُ مَا فِي الْبَرِّ وَالْبَحْرِ وَمَا تَسْقُطُ مِنْ وَرَقَةٍ إِلَّا يَعْلَمُهَا وَلَا حَبَّةٍ فِي ظُلُمَاتِ الْأَرْضِ وَلَا رَطْبٍ وَلَا يَابِسٍ إِلَّا فِي كِتَابٍ مُبِينٍ   (الانعام 59(

((And with Him are the keys of all the hidden NON KNOWS THEM BUT HE, and He knows whatever there is in the land and in the sea, not a leave falls, but he knows it. There is not a grain in the darkness of the earth or anything fresh or dry, but is written in a clear record)) (Al Anaam 59)

Since this knowledge of the unseen is exclusive to Allah, we belief that even the Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) did not enjoy such a privilege. This is supported by the following verse

قُلْ لَا أَقُولُ لَكُمْ عِنْدِي خَزَائِنُ اللَّهِ وَلَا أَعْلَمُ الْغَيْبَ  (الانعام 50(

(( Say to them, Oh Nabi, that I do not claim that I possess the treasures of Allah, nor do I know the unseen)) (Al Anaam 50)

 

THEY PROMOTE DECEIT AND LIES (TAQIYYAH)

 

Shias also believe in ‘taqiyyah’ which is to conceal ones beliefs and pronounce views contrary to what one really believes. They regard this as compulsory and highly praiseworthy.

و التقية واجبة لا يجوز رفعها الي ان يخرج القائم- فمن تركها قبل خروجه فقد خرج عن دين الله و خالف الله ورسوله والائمة (رسالة اعتقادية 472 طبع سر كودا(

((And taqiyyah is compulsory. It is not permissible to eliminate it until the ‘Qa’im’ (Imam) emerges. Whoever abandons it before his emergence has left the religion of Allah and has opposed Allah, His Messengers and the Imams)) (Risaalah I’tiqadiyyah 471 Sarkodah)

ان تسعة أعشار الدين في التقية و لا دين لمن لا تقية له (الكافي ج2  ص 217، دار الكتب الإسلامية، طهران(

((Verily nine tenths of the deen is taqiyyah. There is no deen for the one who does not practice on taqiyyah)) (Al Kafi 2/217, Dar al kutub al Islamiyyah, Tehran)

قال أبو عبد الله عليه السلام سمعت أبي يقول لا والله ما على وجه الأرض شي‏ٌء احب الي من التقية يا حبيب إنه من كانت له تقية رفعه الله يا حبيب من لم تكن له تقية وضعه الله

((Abu Abdullah has said: “I heard my father saying: By Allah, there is nothing on the surface of this earth more beloved to Allah than taqiyya. O Habeeb, whoever practices taqiyyah, Allah will exalt him. O Habeeb, whoever discards taqiyyah, Allah will disgrace him.)) (ibid)

This practice of the Shias advocates lying, cheating, deception, hypocrisy, fraud, trickery and many other sins. It is these acts which makes it difficult for us to get along and have discussions with Shias.

 

SHIAS ENCOURAGE ADULTRY AND FORNICATION (MUT’A)

 

Shias practice on Mut’a. Mut’a literally means “pleasure” in Arabic. In the Shia context, it refers to a ‘temporary marriage.’ They permit a man and woman to have sexual relations with entering only into a temporary wedlock in which no witnesses are required. It is purely based only on the agreement of the man and woman. Mut’a can be performed for one hour, one day, one month or whatever time limit was agreed upon by the two consenting parties. (Al-Kafi 5 /449, Furul Kaafi 2/189, Tahir-u-Wasila, 2/292) Shias regard Mut’a to be more virtues than Salaah, Fasting, and Hajj.

قال ابو عبد الله ما من رجل تمتع ثم اغتسل الا خلق الله من كل قطرة تقطر منه سبعين ملكا يستغفرون له الي يوم القيامة (برهان المتعة 50(

((Abu Abdullah has said: “After the Mut’a, when the man and woman take Ghussul (bath), Allah (swt) creates 70 angels for every drop of water used for the ghusal. These Angels would continuously seek repentance on their behalf until the day of Qiyaamah.”))(Burhan al mutaa pg. 50)

قال النبي صلي الله عليه و سلم من تمتع مرة واحدة عتق ثلثه من النار ومن تمتع مرتين عتق ثلثاه من النار و من تمتع ثلاث مرات عتق كله من النار (منهج الصادقين 256(

“Whoever does Mut’a once, one third of him will be freed from hell. And whoever does it twice, two thirds of him will be freed from the fire. And that person who carries out Mut’a three times, he will be saved entirely from the fire of hell.”(Minhajus Sadiqeen 256)

قال النبي صلي الله عليه و سلم من تمتع مرة فدرجته كدرجة الحسين و من تمتع مرتين فدرجته كدرجة الحسن ومن تمتع ثلاث مرات فدرجته كدرجة تاعلي و من تمتع اربع مرات درجته كدرجتي (تفسير منهاج الصادقين 256(

((Whoever carries out Mut’a once, his status will be equal to the status of Husain (R.A), and whoever does it twice, his status will be like that of Hasan’s(R.A), and that person who perpetrates it for the third time, he reaches the stage of Ali (R.A), and whoever  commits it the forth time, he reaches the status of Nabi (sallallahu alayhi wasallam)) (Tafseer Minhajus Sadiqeen 256)

قال ابو جعفر عليه السلام ان النبي صلي الله عليه و سلم لما اسري به الي السماء قال لحقني جبريل عليه السلام  فقال يا محمد ان الله تبارك و تعالي يقول اني قد غفرت للمتمتعين من امتك من النساء (من لا يحضره الفقيه جزء 3 ص 150(

((Abu Jafar narrates that Nabi (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) mentioned the following experience of his night journey to the skies: “Jibraeel met me and said: O Muhammad! Allah has proclaimed: Verily I have forgiven all those women from your Ummah who engage in Mut’a.”)) (Man la yahzaruhul Faqeeh 3/150)

Shias go to the extend of legalizing Mut’a with even professional prostitutes.

يجوز التمتع بالزانية علي كراهة خصوصا لو كانت من العواهر المشهورات بالزنا و ان فعل فيمنعها من الفجور (تحريرالوسيلة 2-292(

Although Mut’a was practiced during jihad in the early days of Islam, it was accompanied with a host of conditions. The Mut’ah of the present day Shias is totally different. Mutah has also been abrogated and made haram till the day of judgement, and this prohibition is reported by Ali (R.A) himself. However, Shias reject all the ahadith regarding its impermissibility.

 

SHIAS BELIEFS ON SUNNIS

 

Many simple-minded Sunni are deceived by the Shias pretentious display of ‘desiring to overcome our differences and reach a common understanding’. However, in reality Shias neither want such a thing nor approve of it. This is because Shias regard all Sunnis as disbelievers. The following is mentioned in their books…

“Everybody, except us Shi’ites, is illegitimate.” (Furoo’u Kafi in Kitabul Raudah: 135)

“It is Kufr to doubt the infidelity (Kufr) of Hazrat Umar.” (Jila-ul-Uyoun, Page No. 63)

“That person who denies that Ali is the first Caliph is an infidel.” (Anwaar-e-Naumania, Vol. No. 3, Page No. 264)

“The most dirty and polluted left over water is that of a sunni.” (Manlaa Yahzuruldul Faqih 1/8)

 

MISCELLANEOUS

Listed below are just a few more of their heretic views:

1. “No one has total knowledge of Holy Quran except the Imams.” (Usool Kaafi,  1/ 228)

2. “Pakistan was mentioned in the Original Holy Quran, the present Quran is void of meaning.” (Hazaar Tumhari Das Hamari, 554)

3. Ali says….. “I am the first and I am the last. I am the manifest and I am the hidden and I am the heir of earth.” (Rijaal Kashsi, 138. India Print.) This is a false allegation.

4. “Shaitan was the first to swear the oath of allegiance to Abu Bakr in the mosque.” (Israr-e-Muhammad, 30)S

5. “Neither we accept such a lord nor do we approve the prophet of such a lord whose Khalif is Abu Bakr.”(Anwaar ul Numaniyah, 2/278- Iran)

6. Muhammad (s.a.w.w) and his descendants are omnipresent and omniscient. (Na’uzubillah). (Jila-ul-U’yoon, 2/85-   Lahore)

7. “The Qur’an has been consumed by God.” (Kitab-ul-Burhan Fee Tafseer-ul-Quran,  38)

8. “Angels bring wahi to the Imams every Friday and they also go for Mi’raj.” ( Usool-e-Kaafi, 135, 155)

9. Mullah Baqir writes: “A person should recite after every prayer: O Allaah! Curse Abu Bakr, Omar, Uthmaan, Mu’awiyah, Aa’ishah, Hafsah, Hind and Ummul Hakam. (Aynul Hayat: 599)

10.The leader of the Iranian revolution, Imam Khomeini writes: “Every prophet came to establish justice on Earth. The same is the position of the Seal of the Prophets who came to reform human society and establish justice but he failed during his lifetime.” (Ittihad wa-yak-jihati:15)

11.”The Imams possess all the knowledge granted to angels, prophets and messengers” (Al-Kulaini, Al-kaafi, p.255.)

12.“The Imams have knowledge of whatever occurred in the past and whatever will happen in the future, and nothing is concealed from them” (Ibid, 260.)

13.“I asked Jafar Sadiq whether the earth can exist without an Imam. He replied: “If the earth is left without an Imam it will sink,” (Usool al kafi, 104)

14.“Ali will come back to life.” [Hayatul Quloob (urdutranslation),  1/ 204)

15.They also belief that neither was Nabi (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) nor was Fatimah (R.A) happy with the birth of Husain (R.A). Husain (R.A) perceived this as a child and refused to suckle from his mother, Fatimah (R.A) (Usool al kafi 294)

16.Khoemeini writes: “TAHREEF (deliberate alteration of words to change the meaning of the holy books, viz the Bible, etc.) is that fault which Muslims accuse Jews and Christians of indulging in, but its proven to be found in the Ashaabs (of Rasoolullah – sallal laahu alaihi wasallam).” (Kashful Asrar, 114)

 

After learning the above mentioned beliefs of the Shias, one can have absolutely no doubt of their disbelief. That is why Shah Abdul Azeez Muhaddisth Dehlwi said that those who do not declare Shias as kafirs, are definitely unaware of their beliefs.

(Faizul Bari Sharah Bukhari, 1/120).

The fataawaa (verdicts) and endorsements of many senior U      lama ( -200) of India and Pakistaan (incl Ulama of Deoband, Sahanpur, Lucknow, Rander, Delhi, Azamghar, Muradabad, Gondh, Jalaalabad, Banaris, Bihaar, Karachi and many more places)  has been gathered in the book Khumaini aur Ithna ashra ke bare me Ulama kiraam ke mutafiqa faisla 97-166 Al Furqan book depo). This book was overseen by Moulana Manzoor Numani. The conclusion is that there is no doubt on the disbelief of present day Shias.

((Abul Hasan said: “If you distinguish my Shias, you will find them to be fabricators, and if you test them you’ll find to be renegades)) (Rauza Kulaini 107)

أقول : نعم نقل في البزازية عن الخلاصة أن الرافضي إذا كان يسب الشيخين ويلعنهما فهو كافر ، وإن كان يفضل عليا عليهما فهو مبتدع .

وحيث لا تقبل توبته علم أن سب الشيخين كسب النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم فلا يفيد الإنكار مع البينة كما تقدم عن فتح القدير لأنا نجعل إنكار الردة توبة إن كانت مقبولة كما لا يخفى .

 الرافضي إذا كان يسب الشيخين ويلعنهما والعياذ بالله ، فهو كافر ، وإن كان يفضل عليا كرم الله تعالى وجهه على أبي بكر رضي الله تعالى عنه لا يكون كافرا إلا أنه مبتدع والمعتزلي مبتدع إلا إذا قال باستحالة الرؤية ، فحينئذ هو كافر كذا في الخلاصة . ولو قذف عائشة رضي الله تعالى عنها بالزنا كفر بالله ، ولو قذف سائر نسوة النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم لا يكفر ويستحق اللعنة ، ولو قال عمر وعثمان وعلي رضي الله عنهم لم يكونوا أصحابا لا يكفر ويستحق اللعنة كذا في خزانة الفقه- من أنكر إمامة أبي بكر الصديق رضي الله عنه ، فهو كافر ، وعلى قول بعضهم هو مبتدع وليس بكافر والصحيح أنه كافر ، وكذلك من أنكر خلافة عمر رضي الله عنه في أصح الأقوال كذا في الظهيرية .

 وقال الفريابي: من سب أبا بكر فهو كافر لا يصلى عليه، ووجه ترك الصلاة عليهم أنهم يكفرون أهل الاسلام ولا يرون الصلاة عليهم فلا يصلى عليهم كالكفار من أهل الذمة وغيرهم لانهم مرقوا من الدين فأشبهوا المرتدين

أو ) ادعى ( أن جبريل ) عليه السلام ( غلط ) كغلاة الروافض ؛ فلا شك في كفره ؛ لمخالفته نص الكتاب والسنة وإجماع الأمة ، بل لا شك في كفر من توقف في تكفيره .

 

CONCLUSION

In light of all the above, it is apparent that the vast majority of present-day Shia’s are not Muslims. If the person in question ascribes to any of these heretic views, nikaah will NOT be permissible with him. (Imdadul Ahkaam 2/213 Maktabah Daul uloom Karachi, Khairul fatawa 1/374 Shirkat printing press, Kifaayatul Mufti 1/289 Darul ishaat, Bahishti zewar kitab an nikah)  In fact, the Shia kitabs show that it’s not permissible for Shias to marry sunnis, as they regard sunnis as disbelievers. “It is not permissible to marry a sunni because they are Kaafirs” (Tahdhidul Akaam, Manlaa Yahzurulul Faqih 3/258.)

If this person claims to be from the Tafdheelis (The group that are considered as Muslims), then too extreme precaution should be exercised. There is the possibility he will conceal his real beliefs and practice on taqiyyah. (Kifaayatul mufti 1/289-290 Darul ishaat)  Also keep in mind the Shia practice of mutah (temporary marriage).

Bear in mind that even though it is permissible to marry the tafdheelis it is highly discouraged. (ibid) Marriage is a lifetime affair; therefore, you exercise extreme precaution. Whoever gives up something for the sake of Allaah, Allaah will compensate him with something better. We ask Allaah to make you strong and grant you a good life in this world and in the Hereafter.

Question: After request by the United States of America, Pakistan is thinking of sending its troops to Iraq to assist the U.S. army. Is it permissible for the Government of Pakistan to send its troops to Iraq to assist the U.S. army?

 

Answer:

 

In such prevalent situation when America has oppressively captured Iraq, it is impermissible for Pakistan or any other Muslim country to send its troops to assist the American military. The following reasons make this matter crystal clear: 1- By attacking Iraq, the United States has displayed immense tyranny and oppression and has violated not only Islamic laws but all sound laws and ethics. Sending forces on its request to Iraq is the same as agreeing to its tyrannical attack, and there is no need to present any evidence for it being haram. 2- After establishing its dominancy in Iraq, the United States is asking various countries to send their forces in order to makes its occupancy permanent. From a Shari’i viewpoint the situation is as such that if any non-Muslim nation attacks a Muslim nation, when necessary, it is wajib on all Muslims to defend it. And if a Non-Muslim nation occupies a Muslim country, then it is wajib on all the Muslim governments to end its occupation as soon as possible and to achieve that they should use all possible means. It is obvious that instead of bringing an end to such a tyrannical occupation, making it stronger is, without question, haram and impermissible. 3- Even after occupying Iraq and oppressing Iraq with its military might, Iraqi Muslims are continuously opposing and retaliating against the American occupancy and they have full rights to do such. At such a time, it is fardh (obligatory) on the entire Muslim world to help and fully back these Iraqi Muslims. In this scenario, sending troops under U.S. command will result in Muslim forces being made to face these Muslims. This claim that the Pakistani forces are being called to Iraq to ensure peace is admittance that they will be made to clash against Iraqi Muslims who are striving against the U.S. occupancy. To help the Non-Muslim usurpers against Muslims is clearly against the clear texts of Qur’an and Sunnah. No Muslim can have any doubts about this being haram. Qur’an clearly states: O you who believe, do not take My enemies and your enemies for friends, expressing love with them, while they have rejected the Truth that has come to you – Surah Mumtahinah 60:1 The incident which is referred to in the verse is that Hadhrat Hatib ibn Abi Balta’a (RA) had only done this much that in hope that his relatives in Makkah would be shown leniency by the pagans of Makkah, he informed the pagans that the Muslims were preparing to attack them. (Sahih Bukhari) Even though the Muslims did not face any significant loss because of this, the Qur’an strictly warns against such actions (Tafsir Ibn Kathir v.4 p.345) and made it a law that any cooperation and friendship with non-Muslim forces which are against the interest of the Muslims is not permissible. In the same Surah mentioned above, Allah (swt) has further clarified this matter: Allah does not forbid you as regards those who did not fight you on account of faith, and did not expel you from your homes, that you do good to them, and deal justly with them. Surely Allah loves those who maintain justice. Allah forbids you only about those who fought you on account of faith, and expelled you from your homes, and helped (others) in expelling you, that you have friendship with them. Those who develop friendship with them are the wrongdoers. – Surah Mumtahinah 60:8-9 In these verses it is clearly stated that it is haram to help and assist such non-Muslims who wage war against Muslims and destroy them and such who helped these non-Muslims. America has targeted thousands of Muslims with its barbaric and savage ways and has not only displaced thousands of Muslims from their homes but has also helped Israel who is guilty of these crimes since ages. Thus America, without a shadow of doubt, comes under the command of this verse and this verse holds to be true regarding the assistance of the United States. Friendly relationship with the non-Muslims against the Muslims being Haram is mentioned in many verses under different topics. The following verse is a clear example for the Muslims in this matter: Those who take the disbelievers for friends rather than the believers. Are they seeking honor in their company? But, indeed, all honor belongs to Allah -Surah Nisa 4:139 O you who believe, do not take the disbelievers for friends instead of the believers. Do you want to produce before Allah a clear evidence against yourselves? -Surah Nisa 4:144 O you who believe, do not take the Jews and the Christians for intimate friends. They are friends to each other. Whoever takes them as intimate friends is one of them. Surely, Allah does not take the unjust people to the right path. -Surah Maidah 5:51 O you who believe, do not take those who have taken your Faith in jest and fun for friends from those who have been given the Book prior to you, and the disbelievers. Fear Allah, if you are believers. -Surah Maidah 5:57 4- In light of the verses mentioned above and many of the sayings of Rasulullah ﷺ, many of the jurists of the ummah have stated this principle that to take help from non-Muslims against a common enemy is only permissible if the non-Muslims fight under the flag of the Muslims and after winning the war, the rule of the Muslims should prevail. Imam Abu Bakr Hassas (RA) writes under the abovementioned verse from Surah Nisa: It is learnt from this verse that it is not permissible for the Muslims to take the help of the kuffar against other kuffar in a situation where after victory the rule of the kuffar will prevail. (Ahkamul Qur’an v.2 pg.352) Imam Muhammad (RA) states: If Muslims take help from people of shirk against another party of people of shirk then there is no hesitation in this as long as Islam prevails over them. (Sharh al-Seer al-Kabeer v.3 pg.186) On the other hand, if a non-Muslim nation invites Muslims to fight against another non-Muslim nation, the rule is the same that Muslims are not allowed to assist either of them. However, if there is fear that if such an invitation is rejected, they will kill Muslims then it is permissible to assist them. Imam Muhammad (RA) states: It is not permissible for the Muslims that they should join with one group of Mushrikeen to fight against another group of Mushrikeen. And if ahl al-harb say to the Muslim prisoners to assist them against their enemies who are Mushrikeen, and they themselves are also Mushrikeen, then if these prisoners fear for their lives from the hands of these Mushrikeen, it will be permissible for them to fight alongside them against their Mushrikeen enemy. (Sharh al-Seer al-Kabeer v.3 pg.241-2) All this is regarding the situation of joining with the non-Muslims and fighting against other non-Muslims. However, if the non-Muslims wage war against Muslims and invite other Muslims to assist them in fighting the Muslims then it is impermissible even in a state of coercion. This means, even if Muslims fear being killed by non-Muslims if they reject their invitation to fight against another group of Muslims, it will still be impermissible for them to accept the invitation even though he is killed as a result of this rejection. Imam Muhammad (RA) states: And if they say fight alongside us against Muslims otherwise we will kill you, even then it is not allowed for them to fight against the Muslims. (Sharh al-Seer al-Kabeer v.3 pg.242) Imam Sarakhsi (RA) says in commentary of the above: Because it is haram for Muslims to wage war against other Muslims thus it is not allowed for Muslims to do the same under death threat. This is like the situation where someone would say ‘Kill this Muslim or I will kill you’ (that to kill this person is not permissible even in this scenario). (Sharh al-Seer al-Kabeer v.3 pg. 242) The summary of the matter is that it is against the clear texts of Qur’an and Sunnah for the Pakistani army to stand against these Iraqi Muslims who are fighting and struggling against the tyranny and oppression of the U.S. military. This is also against the Pakistani custom and the purpose of the Pakistani army. And if God forbid such a step is taken then this will be a stain on the honor and dignity of the Pakistan army. 14 Safar 1435 – 18 December 2013

Question:

All this is regarding the situation of joining with the non-Muslims and fighting against other non-Muslims. However, if the non-Muslims wage war against Muslims and invite other Muslims to assist them in fighting the Muslims then it is impermissible even in a state of coercion. This means, even if Muslims fear being killed by non-Muslims if they reject their invitation to fight against another group of Muslims, it will still be impermissible for them to accept the invitation even though he is killed as a result of this rejection. Imam Muhammad رحمۃ اللہ علیہ states:

و ان قالوا لھم قاتلوا معنا المسلمین و اِلَّا قتلناکم، لم یسعھم اقتال مع المسلمین ۔

And if they say fight alongside us against Muslims otherwise we will kill you, even then it is not allowed for them to fight against the Muslims. (Sharh al-Seer al-Kabeer v.3 pg.242)

Imam Sarakhsi رحمۃ اللہ علیہ says in commentary of the above:

لأنّ ذلک حرام علی المسلمین بعینہ فلا یجوز الاقدام علیہ بسبب التھدید بالقتل کما لو قال لہ: اقتل ھذا المسلم و اِلَّا قتلتک ۔

Because it is haram for Muslims to wage war against other Muslims thus it is not allowed for Muslims to do the same under death threat. This is like the situation where someone would say ‘Kill this Muslim or I will kill you’ (that to kill this person is not permissible even in this scenario). (Sharh al-Seer al-Kabeer v.3 pg. 242)

The summary of the matter is that it is against the clear texts of Qur’an and Sunnah for the Pakistani army to stand against these Iraqi Muslims who are fighting and struggling against the tyranny and oppression of the U.S. military. This is also against the Pakistani custom and the purpose of the Pakistani army. And if God forbid such a step is taken then this will be a stain on the honor and dignity of the Pakistan army.

Question:

After request by the United States of America, Pakistan is thinking of sending its troops to Iraq to assist the U.S. army. Is it permissible for the Government of Pakistan to send its troops to Iraq to assist the U.S. army?

 

 

Answer:

In such prevalent situation when America has oppressively captured Iraq, it is impermissible for Pakistan or any other Muslim country to send its troops to assist the American military. The following reasons make this matter crystal clear:

1- By attacking Iraq, the United States has displayed immense tyranny and oppression and has violated not only Islamic laws but all sound laws and ethics. Sending forces on its request to Iraq is the same as agreeing to its tyrannical attack, and there is no need to present any evidence for it being haram.

2- After establishing its dominancy in Iraq, the United States is asking various countries to send their forces in order to makes its occupancy permanent. From a Shari’i viewpoint the situation is as such that if any non-Muslim nation attacks a Muslim nation, when necessary, it is wajib on all Muslims to defend it. And if a Non-Muslim nation occupies a Muslim country, then it is wajib on all the Muslim governments to end its occupation as soon as possible and to achieve that they should use all possible means. It is obvious that instead of bringing an end to such a tyrannical occupation, making it stronger is, without question, haram and impermissible.

3- Even after occupying Iraq and oppressing Iraq with its military might, Iraqi Muslims are continuously opposing and retaliating against the American occupancy and they have full rights to do such. At such a time, it is fardh (obligatory) on the entire Muslim world to help and fully back these Iraqi Muslims. In this scenario, sending troops under U.S. command will result in Muslim forces being made to face these Muslims. This claim that the Pakistani forces are being called to Iraq to ensure peace is admittance that they will be made to clash against Iraqi Muslims who are striving against the U.S. occupancy. To help the Non-Muslim usurpers against Muslims is clearly against the clear texts of Qur’an and Sunnah. No Muslim can have any doubts about this being haram. Qur’an clearly states:

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تَتَّخِذُوا عَدُوِّي وَعَدُوَّكُمْ أَوْلِيَاء تُلْقُونَ إِلَيْهِم بِالْمَوَدَّةِ وَقَدْ كَفَرُوا بِمَا جَاءكُم مِّنَ الْحَقِّ

O you who believe, do not take My enemies and your enemies for friends, expressing love with them, while they have rejected the Truth that has come to you – Surah Mumtahinah 60:1

The incident which is referred to in the verse is that Hadhrat Hatib ibn Abi Balta’a رضی اللہ عنہ  had only done this much that in hope that his relatives in Makkah would be shown leniency by the pagans of Makkah, he informed the pagans that the Muslims were preparing to attack them. (Sahih Bukhari)

Even though the Muslims did not face any significant loss because of this, the Qur’an strictly warns against such actions (Tafsir Ibn Kathir v.4 p.345) and made it a law that any cooperation and friendship with non-Muslim forces which are against the interest of the Muslims is not permissible. In the same Surah mentioned above, Allah (swt) has further clarified this matter:

لَا يَنْهَاكُمُ اللَّهُ عَنِ الَّذِينَ لَمْ يُقَاتِلُوكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ وَلَمْ يُخْرِجُوكُم مِّن دِيَارِكُمْ أَن تَبَرُّوهُمْ وَتُقْسِطُوا إِلَيْهِمْ إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ الْمُقْسِطِينَ

إِنَّمَا يَنْهَاكُمُ اللَّهُ عَنِ الَّذِينَ قَاتَلُوكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ وَأَخْرَجُوكُم مِّن دِيَارِكُمْ وَظَاهَرُوا عَلَى إِخْرَاجِكُمْ أَن تَوَلَّوْهُمْ وَمَن يَتَوَلَّهُمْ فَأُوْلَئِكَ هُمُ الظَّالِمُونَ

Allah does not forbid you as regards those who did not fight you on account of faith, and did not expel you from your homes, that you do good to them, and deal justly with them. Surely Allah loves those who maintain justice.

Allah forbids you only about those who fought you on account of faith, and expelled you from your homes, and helped (others) in expelling you, that you have friendship with them. Those who develop friendship with them are the wrongdoers. – Surah Mumtahinah 60:8-9

In these verses it is clearly stated that it is haram to help and assist such non-Muslims who wage war against Muslims and destroy them and such who helped these non-Muslims. America has targeted thousands of Muslims with its barbaric and savage ways and has not only displaced thousands of Muslims from their homes but has also helped Israel who is guilty of these crimes since ages. Thus America, without a shadow of doubt, comes under the command of this verse and this verse holds to be true regarding the assistance of the United States. Friendly relationship with the non-Muslims against the Muslims being Haram is mentioned in many verses under different topics. The following verse is a clear example for the Muslims in this matter:

الَّذِينَ يَتَّخِذُونَ الْكَافِرِينَ أَوْلِيَاء مِن دُونِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ أَيَبْتَغُونَ عِندَهُمُ الْعِزَّةَ فَإِنَّ العِزَّةَ لِلّهِ جَمِيعًا

Those who take the disbelievers for friends rather than the believers. Are they seeking honor in their company? But, indeed, all honor belongs to Allah

-Surah Nisa 4:139

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ لاَ تَتَّخِذُواْ الْكَافِرِينَ أَوْلِيَاء مِن دُونِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ أَتُرِيدُونَ أَن تَجْعَلُواْ لِلّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ سُلْطَانًا مُّبِينًا

O you who believe, do not take the disbelievers for friends instead of the believers. Do you want to produce before Allah a clear evidence against yourselves?

-Surah Nisa 4:144

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ لاَ تَتَّخِذُواْ الْيَهُودَ وَالنَّصَارَى أَوْلِيَاء بَعْضُهُمْ أَوْلِيَاء بَعْضٍ وَمَن يَتَوَلَّهُم مِّنكُمْ فَإِنَّهُ مِنْهُمْ إِنَّ اللّهَ لاَ يَهْدِي الْقَوْمَ الظَّالِمِينَ

O you who believe, do not take the Jews and the Christians for intimate friends. They are friends to each other. Whoever takes them as intimate friends is one of them. Surely, Allah does not take the unjust people to the right path.

-Surah Maidah 5:51

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ لاَ تَتَّخِذُواْ الَّذِينَ اتَّخَذُواْ دِينَكُمْ هُزُوًا وَلَعِبًا مِّنَ الَّذِينَ أُوتُواْ الْكِتَابَ مِن قَبْلِكُمْ وَالْكُفَّارَ أَوْلِيَاء وَاتَّقُواْ اللّهَ إِن كُنتُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ

O you who believe, do not take those who have taken your Faith in jest and fun for friends from those who have been given the Book prior to you, and the disbelievers. Fear Allah, if you are believers.

-Surah Maidah 5:57

4- In light of the verses mentioned above and many of the sayings of Rasulullah ﷺ, many of the jurists of the ummah have stated this principle that to take help from non-Muslims against a common enemy is only permissible if the non-Muslims fight under the flag of the Muslims and after winning the war, the rule of the Muslims should prevail. Imam Abu Bakr Hassas رحمۃ اللہ علیہ writes under the abovementioned verse from Surah Nisa:

و ھذا یدل علی انہ غیر جائز للمؤمنین الاستنصار بالکفار علی غیرھم من الکفار اذ کانوا متی غلبوا کان حکم الکفر ھو الغالب ۔

It is learnt from this verse that it is not permissible for the Muslims to take the help of the kuffar against other kuffar in a situation where after victory the rule of the kuffar will prevail. (Ahkamul Qur’an v.2 pg.352)

Imam Muhammad رحمۃ اللہ علیہ states:

لا بأس بأن یستعین المسلمون بأھل الشرک علی اھل الشرک اذا کان حکم الاسلام ھو الظاھر علیھم

If Muslims take help from people of shirk against another party of people of shirk then there is no hesitation in this as long as Islam prevails over them. (Sharh al-Seer al-Kabeer v.3 pg.186)

On the other hand, if a non-Muslim nation invites Muslims to fight against another non-Muslim nation, the rule is the same that Muslims are not allowed to assist either of them. However, if there is fear that if such an invitation is rejected, they will kill Muslims then it is permissible to assist them. Imam Muhammad رحمۃ اللہ علیہ states:

لا ینبغی للمسلمین أن یقاتلوا اھل الشرک مع اھل الشرک ۔ ۔ ۔ ۔ و لو قال اھل الحرب لاسراء فیھم قاتلوا معنا عدوّنا من المشرکین وھم ۔ ۔ ۔ ۔ فاذا کانوا یخافون اولك الآخرین علی انفسھم فلا بأس بأن یقاتلوھم

It is not permissible for the Muslims that they should join with one group of Mushrikeen to fight against another group of Mushrikeen. And if ahl al-harb say to the Muslim prisoners to assist them against their enemies who are Mushrikeen, and they themselves are also Mushrikeen, then if these prisoners fear for their lives from the hands of these Mushrikeen, it will be permissible for them to fight alongside them against their Mushrikeen enemy. THE BEGINNING OF MAN

Q.     I am plagued by severe doubts about the beginning of mankind. How is it possible to believe that besides Adam and Hawwa there were no other humans? If they were the only human beings, who was the wife of his first son and husband for his first daughter?

A.     It suffices to know that Allah Ta’ala created Aadam and Hawwaa (alayhis salaam) and that they were the first of the human race to appear on earth. It is incumbent to accept and believe this much. Denial of this fact is kufr. Thereafter in which manner Allah Ta’ala spread out people on earth does not matter. The fact remains that people are existing and the only Creator is Allah Ta’ala.

However, we shall endeavour to answer your doubts in this regard. The first children to be born to Aadam (alayhis salaam) were a set of twins (one male and one female). The male’s name was Qaabeel and the female’s name Qaleemah. Thereafter sets of twins were born in rapid succession by the permission and power of Allah Ta’ala. Aadam (alayhis salaam) had a total of 20 sets of twins, each set having a male and a female. The last of them was Abdul Mugheeth and his sister Ummul Mugheeth. The second son of Aadam (alayhis salaam) was Haabeel and the third son was Sheeth (alayhis salaam). By the time Aadam (alayhis salaam) died there were 400,000 people on earth. The sons and daughters of Aadam (alayhis salaam) were blessed with numerous children and each family reproduced in quick succession. Nabi Aadam’s age was approximately 1,000 years.

Many names of the children of Aadam (alayhis salaam) appear in the Tauraah.

In order to start the process of procreation, Allah Ta’ala, in the beginning permitted marriage between the sons and daughters of Aadam (alayhis salaam). However, in that first system of marriage, the female and male of the same set of twins could not marry each other. The male of one set of twins married the female of another set of twins. After a while when a sufficient number of families was established in this way, Allah Ta’ala prohibited this system of marriage.

When Nabi Nooh (alayhis salaam) embarked on the ship during the great flood, there were approximately 70 people on board. The question of how mankind again started after the Flood, therefore should not pose any riddle. Among these persons were the three sons of Nooh (alayhis salaam). Saam was the progenitor of the Arab or Semitic race; Haam was the father of Habash or the African race and Yaafith was the Father of Unaan-e-Awwal or the Greeks. These sons spread out into different parts of the world. Each of these sons had three sons who also spread out.

This is an outline of the development and spread of mankind on earth.

With regard to the great Flood, one reliable view is that all people inhabiting the world at that time were not destroyed. Only the people of a particular region were destroyed.

According to the Qur’aan, Allah Ta’ala had decreed the year to have twelve months from the very beginning of Aadam’s time. While we have not yet seen any narrations on the names of the days and months, it will be safe to presume that these names were decreed by Allah Ta’ala. Aadam (alayhis salaam) was the most perfect and most intelligent and knowledgeable man. He appeared on earth in the most perfect state. He was not an ignorant ‘cave-man’. He was instructed in all worldly affairs, including farming, preparing food, sewing garments, etc. by Jibraeel (alayhis salaam). Thus all subsequent developments in every field of life have their origins in the Ta’leem of Nabi Aadam (alayhis salaam).

We advise that you increase your Thikr of Allah Ta’ala. Recite the Thikr of La ilaha illallaahu constantly and in abundance. Insha’Allah, your heart will open up and you will understand that these issues pertaining to the distant past history of mankind are irrelevant for the purpose of gaining nearness to Allah Ta’ala. Precisely for this reason does the Qur’aan not concern itself with the details of historical events.

May Allah Ta’ala guide you and ourselves..

 

DARUSH SHAITAAN ITS SHAITAANIYAT IS NOW EXCEEDING ALL BOUNDS OF SHAITAANIYAT

The designation “Darul Ihsan” for a flagrantly shaitaani body is indeed an extremely deceptive misnomer. The appropriate name for this evil organization is Daarush Shaitaan (The House of the Devil).  This devilish body is incrementally displaying its shaitaani fangs with its evil and haraam activities designed to ensnare females in its lewd tentacles.

In flagrant violation of every rule of Shar’i Hijaab and in blatant disregard for the Qur’aanic and Sunnah proscription on female emergence and exhibition, this vile Darush Shaitaan  has advertised its proposed haraam function  dubbed “Activity Day” at a public school for young females in its own words: “For teenage girls ages 12 to 20”.  In Shar’i terms this haraam ‘Activity Day’ for females is a Day of Zina.

Indeed luring out from the homes young girls to participate in haraam activities  at a public venue boggles Islamic imagination and credulity. This Day of Zina organized by Darush Shaitaan demonstrates that the eyes, ears and hearts of the organizers are sealed. There appears  to be no scope in their hearts for hidaayat or for heeding naseehat.

Islam forbids its females from attending even the Musaajid for Salaat which is a solemn act executed in a sacred abode, the Musjid. Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) warned that when a woman emerges from her home, shaitaan lies in ambush for her. A woman who applies perfume and emerges from the home has been described as a prostitute by Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam). There will be no shortage of flamboyance, colour and Satanism at  the satanic party  organized by the agents of shaitaan.

According to the Hadith, after her home, woman’s best place of hijaab is her grave. The Qur’aan commands women to remain glued inside their homes. The dead body of a woman has to be draped with six shrouds and  when it is lowered into the Qabr, it has to be compulsorily shielded and hidden from the gazes of people with a large sheet held over her body like a canopy. Every ta’leem of the Deen for woman carries the message of Ikhfa (concealment).

But in diametric contradiction, Darush Shaitaan lewdly  promotes female emergence and exhibition. The Shayaateen of Darush Shaitaan have as highlights of their satanic outing for girls   stupid ‘juice making, mendhi demo, fitness demo’ and similar other displays which in the circumstances are acts of obscenity for Muslim girls. The convoluted brains of these shayaateen morons fail to understand that the La’nat and Ghadb of Allah Ta’ala settle on them and the girls who will be leaving their homes to participate in the haraam shaitaani ‘activity day’.

This evil ‘activity  day’ is nugatory of every demand of haya and hijaab. But they shamelessly and falsely state: “All activities will be carried out within the Hijab rules.” These jaahil molvies of Darush Shaitaan have absolutely no understanding of the meaning of Hijaab, hence they have made this moronic statement about ‘hijaab rules’. If they possessed even a hazy  idea of the meaning of hijaab, they would not have conducted themselves so shamelessly as to lure girls out of their homes. Whereas Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) described the remotest and darkest corner of the home  as the best place for a woman to perform Salaat, the Devils of Darush Shaitaan invite young girls into the streets to attend their mal’oon shaitaani ‘day of activity’. They will not escape the Athaab of Allah Ta’ala for this treasonous act of satanism which they are passing off as an ‘Islamic’ function.

The ‘day of shaitaani activity’ is a perfect example of Talbees-e-Iblees (Deception of Shaitaan). Iblees has cast his spell on the brains of the evil molvis of Darush Shaitaan. He has adorned for them their villainy with deceptive arguments, presenting zina and shaitaaniyat under Islamic guise.  The vile molvis of Darush Shaitaan have become experts in deception, misguidance and shaitaaniyat.  They are adept in organizing functions which promote female exhibitionism  and lewdness. Their obsession with female functions and enticing females into the public betrays the perverted state of their brains.

It is indeed a sad indictment that those who are supposed to be Ulama have become agents of Iblees. Their brains have become scorbutic with an insanity inflicted on them by the touch of shaitaan, hence they perceive the stepping stones of zina as being ‘Islamic’. The so-called ‘islamic’ function of Darush Shaitaan is a deceptive substitute for true shaitaaniyat (satanism).

Any Muslim who applies his mind cognitively will not fail to discern the shaitaaniyat of this haraam ‘day of activity’. The satanic objective of this haraam event is the destruction of the haya of the girls. Dangling the chimera of ‘Islam’ in front of the stupid females is most treacherous and spells disaster for their akhlaaq.

The Darush Shaitaan mob has become satanically qualified in spinning  hallucinated ‘benefits’ to suit  their own baatilnarratives. They conjecture and fabricate  ‘benefits’ for their haraam activities which they pass off as ‘Islamic Services’ when in reality  they are promoting Shaitaani Services. Every outdoor activity for females, especially  such as these western-emulated  functions, is haraam and  a dimension of zina.

They sink into the dregs of stupidity with  silly ‘juice-making techniques’ and ‘mendhi demos’. They should hang their heads in shame for their disgusting conduct which is the epitome of absurdity spawned by the bestiality of their lustful nafs. The mothers of these girls are adequate for imparting the lessons of juice-making and mendhi application – acts which have to be incumbently learnt within the  privacy of the home confines.

The Qur’aan and Ahaadith are explicit and emphatic that fitnah is the consequence of female emergence, female exhibition and female expression.  Manipulating the naaqisaatul aql species  for lustful objectives is most  lamentable and disgusting. Advertising the satanism  with the deception of ‘islamic’ hues multiplies the disgust  manifold. These Darush Shaitaan molvis are scraping the bottom of the barrel of immorality by beguiling silly females and luring them out of their homes in  diametric conflict with everything the Qur’aan and Sunnah command with regard to  female concealment within the confines of the home. The mock ‘hijaab’ which Darush Shaitaan advertises is deception and shaitaaniyat to pull wool over the eyes of an unwary and unsuspecting Muslim public. They have indeed surpassed the Ulama-e-Soo’ of Bani Israaeel in the arts of evil and villainy. May Allah Ta’ala save the Ummah from the villainy and evil of the Ulama-e-Soo’ who suck and exsiccate the life-blood of the Imaan of the ignorant masses with their stratagems of shaitaaniyat.

HALAALIZED CHICKENS ARE HARAAM CARRION

 

THE PRIMARY REASONS IN THE HARAAM KUFR SYSTEM OF SLAUGHTER PREVAILING AT RAINBOW CHICKENS

 

(1)        Chickens are alive, in their full senses, when they are cruelly shackled upside down.

 

(2)        Hanging in this cruel upside down position, the chickens are moved swiftly on a conveyor belt at speeds of up to 180 per minute and cruelly subjected to electric shocks. Their heads, fully immersed in the electrified water, the chickens are dragged through the torture-trough. They are not tickled. They are shocked brutally. About a third of the electrically tortured chickens die of cardiac arrest (heart failure), and reach the slaughterers dead.

 

(3)        The limp, electrocuted chickens, some already dead, are moved swiftly on conveyor belts and killed while they are hanging upside down in motion. The speed of the line on which these defenseless creatures of Allah Ta’ala, with broken bones and legs, are moved reaches 180 per minute. For deceiving the ‘inspectors’ of pre-planned ‘inspections’, the speed is reduced to 120 per minute. Even this deception does not facilitate the halaalizing process.

 

(4)        The chickens pass by the slaughterers at great speed – up to 60 chickens per minute per slaughterer. Slaughterers, wearing blood-splattered face masks are required to distinguish between living and dead chickens at this speed which allows one or one and half second for slaughtering a chicken in swift motion. The impossibility of the killer’s task is self-evident.

 

(5)        The slaughterer is supposed to take hold of the chicken’s head, recite the full Tasmiah and slaughter all four neck vessels (the gullet, windpipe and the two jugular veins) ALL IN ONE SECOND or one and half second FLAT when the line operates at top speed.

 

(6)        Many chickens traveling on the conveyor belt slip pass the grasp of the slaughterers due to the speed at which they arrive. These chickens enter the scalding tank alive and are scalded to death. For pre-planned ‘inspections’, the temperature of the water is lowered.

 

(7)        Numerous chickens are not slaughteredDue to the speed, an incision is made in the neck and some of the neck vessels remain intact. This act has been termed Shareetatus Shaitaan by Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam). The chickens thus die a horrible death and are scalded to perish in the hot water.

 

(8)        About one third dead chickens are slaughtered. It is impossible under the appalling conditions for the slaughters to accurately determine which chickens are alive and which are dead. The electrocuted chickens and the dead chickens cannot always be distinguished in the miserable conditions in which the slaughterers work.

 

(9)        Supervision is a vile myth. There is no such degree of supervision which could be acceptable to the Shariah. The entire killing operation is treated as a ‘military’ secret. Its revelation petrifies SANHA, hence only pre-planned ‘inspections’ and that too by Sanha’s molvi supporters who advocate Sanha’s cause not Rasulullah’s Cause.

 

(10)      Slaughterers who had complained of these haraam irregularities were dismissed.

 

(11)      Slaughterers, from time to time, voice and report their grievances which are swept under the tons of diseased chicken carrion which SANHA halaalizes and which the Muslim community eats with relish.

 

(12)      SANHA’S two ex-Early Bird ‘supervisors’ resigned on account of malpractices which prevent production of halaal chickens.

 

(13)      THE ENTIRE SYSTEM OF KILLING THE CHICKENS FROM BEGINNING TO END IS HARAAM. THIS HARAAM SYSTEM OF KILLING IS NOT THE SHARIAH’S SYSTEM OF THABAH. THIS SYSTEM HAS BEEN BRANDED KUFRBY HADHRAT MAULANA ASHRAF ALI THAANVI AND OTHER SENIOR MUFTIS. A HARAAM SYSTEM DOES NOT PRODUCE HALAAL TAYYIB MEAT FOR MUSLIM CONSUMPTION NOR FOR NON-MUSLIM CONSUMPTION NOR DOES IT PRODUCE MEAT FIT FOR THE CONSUMPTION OF EVEN DOGS ACCORDING TO THE SHARIAH. APPROVAL OF THIS HARAAM SYSTEM IS KUFR WHICH ELIMINATES THE APPROVER’S IMAAN AND NEGATES HIS NIKAH. ACCEPTANCE OF THIS BRUTAL HARAAM KUFR SYSTEM OF KILLING IS TANTAMOUNT TO PASSING A VOTE OF NO-CONFIDENCE IN THE SYSTEM WHICH ALLAH AZZA WA JAL HAS REVEALED FOR THE UMMAH.

 

 

 Besides these Primary Reasons for the carrion chickens being haraam, there are numerous ancillary factors – horrible and brutal practices associated with the broiler industry from the day the chickens are hatched. These will, Insha’Allah be fully explained in future articles.

 

ARE THOSE WHO HAD PARTICIPATED IN THE FARCICAL ‘INSPECTION’ OF RAINBOW CHICKENS PREPARED TO PUBLICLY DECLARE THESE MALPRACTICES OR SOME OF THEM WHICH THEY HAD OBSERVED?

“ON THE DAY OF QIYAAMAH, ALLAH WILL BE MERCIFUL TO HIM WHO HAD MERCIFULLY SLAUGHTERED A SPARROW.”

 

Once when Hadhrat Umar (radhiyallahu anhu) saw a Yahudi harshly dragging a goat to the place of slaughter, he said: “Lead it to its death beautifully (Sookan jameelan).” Can any Muslim accept a system which brutally drags and shocks to into paralysis, not unconsciousness, and even into death chickens with their heads submerged in electrified fecal water? Before consuming the HARAAM CARRION which SANHA has halaalized, consult your Imaan and reflect on the pronouncements of Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam).

IMPERATIVITY OF HALAAL FOOD

 

Allah Ta’ala commanding His Rusul and Ambiya (Messengers) with the consumption of absolutely halaal and wholesome food, says in the Qur’aan Shareef: “O Messengers! Eat Tayyibaat (halaal and wholesome food), and practice virtuous deeds. Verily, I am aware of your deeds.”(Aayat 51, Surah Noor). In this aayat as well as in other verses, the Qur’aan Majeed propounds the consumption of halaal-tayyib food as the basis for true virtue. Without this basis, virtuous deed will be an outer façade of piety devoid of reality.

 

     Commenting on the imperativeness of halaal-tayyib food, Hadhrat Hasan Basri (rahmatullah alayh) said: “If a man, despite having acquired total Knowledge (i.e. he has vast knowledge) and having become as thin as a rake due to his total engrossment in ibaadat, does not investigate the source of his food, and remains unconcerned with what he ingests into his stomach whether haraam or halaal, Allah does not accept a single act of his ibaadat.”

How To Behave Toward Those Who Commit Hasad

There are some steps that can be taken when envy does appear. These steps can protect the person from the envy of others and may also help in removing that envy from society.

When a person is afflicted and hurt by the envy of others, he should take the following steps:

(1) The person himself should repent to Allaah سبحانه و تعالى and ask forgiveness for his own sins. In general, one’s opponents and enemies will not get the better of him except due to his own sins that he himself has committed. Allaah سبحانه و تعالى says,

“And whatever misfortune befalls you, it is because of what you hands have earned. And He pardons much.”(Soorah ash-Shoora, 42:30

(2) The person should put his trust in Allaah سبحانه و تعالى. Whenever a person puts his trust in Allaah سبحانه و تعالى, Allaah سبحانه و تعالى suffices for him.

(3) He should seek refuge in Allaah سبحانه و تعالى from the evil of the envious person. He should supplicate to and seek refuge in Allaah سبحانه و تعالى as found in the next to last Soorah of the Qur’aan,

“From the evil of the envious one when he envies.” (Soorah al-Falaq, 113:5)

(4) He should be just toward the envious one. He should not wrong the envious one and go beyond what is right in such a case.

(5) He should try to be nice and compassionate to the envious one. Envy is strongly related to hatred. When the envied one is very nice to the envious person, the feeling of hatred and jealousy is slowly but surely removed, by the will of Allaah.

Question

 

I have been trying to progress spiritually in the past year. Im confused, I don’t know how to priorities my ibadah.

 

Example: do I read Awwabeen or read Surah Sajdah/Surah Mulk.

 

I don’t know what to focus on, what will help me attain closeness to Allah Quickest.

 

Please can sheikh advise me on a routine.

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

 

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

 

The desire to spiritually progress is tawfeeq from Allah to draw you closer to Him. Capitalize on that feeling while it is still fresh. A desire to good is an honourable but sensitive guest from Allah. Welcome it and treat it with the honour it deserves or else the feeling will fade away without getting that tawfeeq in the future.

 

If you are facing difficulty in spiritual progress by yourself, seek the assistance of a spiritual guide (sheikh) to guide you. You will be easily propelled to greater heights of spirituality.

 

The following are some guidelines on choosing an appropriate guide (sheikh)): [1]

 

  1. He should have sufficient knowledge of Deen.
  2. His beliefs, practices and habits should confirm to the teachings of Shariah.
  3. He does not have greed for worldly things.
  4. He himself had been tutored by a spiritual guide.
  5. The Ulamaa and the pious have confidence in him.
  6. People with good foresight and good understanding of Deen follow him.
  7. The majority of his followers are pious and renounce worldly gains.
  8. He corrects his followers and stops them when they do wrong.
  9. A few days in his company removes the love of the world and brings into a person the love of Allah.

 

10. He himself is conscious of Allah and abides by the laws of Shariah.

 

 

 

While you identify a suitable spiritual guide, in the meanwhile be steadfast on your faraid (obligatory) prayers and take out some time to do the following:

 

Read Surah Yaseen in the beginning of the day and Surah Tabarak and Waaqiah before you go to bed. Also takeout fifteen minutes in the morning and evening to do the three tasbeehat which is:

 

  1. The third kalimah hundred times.
  2. Durood shareef hundred times.
  3. Istigfar hundred times.

 

Do these tasbeehat with full concentration and love for Allah.

Backed Shia killing tour inside a masjid on the 10 of Muharram in Pakisatn


Mob armed with guns, knives, sticks and other weapons attacked Darul-uloom Taleemul-Qur’aan in Rawalpindi and killed 11 students, 4 people (in Salah) and injured over 100. Attack was done during Friday Khutbah where the mob entered the Darul-uloom after breaking the main gate and randomly started attacking people engaged in listening to the Khutbah. After entering they sprayed those in the Masjid with gasoline and tried to set people alight!

Mob then also set alight shops next to the Darul-uloom and then proceeded to BLOCK the fire brigade from responding to the fire at the Darul-uloom and the market.

This is one of the worst attacks of its kind and first on a Darul-uloom in broad daylight!

The mob was involved in celebrating Ashura (10th of Muharram). After killing they proceeded to deface and degrade the dead bodies of the students of Darul-uloom!

Female looking at the face of a male religious preacher attain barakah.


Question :

There are some people who say that it is permissible for a female to look at the face of a male religious preacher for the purpose of barakah. What do you advise?

Answer:

Bismillahi Ta’ala,

Assalamu Alaikum Warahmatullah,

Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala has mentioned in Surah Nur:

{ وَقُلْ لِلْمُؤْمِنَاتِ يَغْضُضْنَ مِنْ أَبْصَارِهِنَّ} [النور: 31]

And say to mu’minaat to lower their gazes..

spider_webWhile explaining this ayah Allama Shihabud Deen al Alusi rahimahullah has mentioned from Ibn Hajar al Makki rahimahulla that, just as it is haram for a man to look at a woman, it is also haram for her to look at him even though it is without shahwah and there is no fear of fitna. Other scholars have opined that if she sees at the man with shahwah, then it will be haram and if she sees without shahwah then it will not be haram. Ofcourse to lower ones gaze from the non-mahram is better and most preferred. [i]

Also remember that Rasulullah salallahu alayhi wasallam asked womenfolk to do hijab even from a blind person. When they said that a blind person cannot see them, he simply reminded them that although the blind is unable to see them, yet they perfectly able to see the non-mahram man. Hence they should adorn their hijab from him nonetheless.

What we understand from such brief snippets is that there is severe danger in disregarding the optimum and most preferred stance. One may feel that their act is in concordance of Islam, and become oblivious of the plot of shaytan. Seeking the face of an Alim to gain barakah is nothing but a plot of shaytan to lure one into going towards the doubtful areas. The injunctions of Quran are to safeguard our modesty and chastity. Security is in staying within the bounds and not traversing close to doubtful areas. Today, one will seek barakah from looking at his face, then soon enough shaytan will lure her into thinking about the sheikh. After all, what wrong could there be to remember a pious person, it will only remind oneself to do good. And before one knows it the person will spend secluded times thinking and fantasizing about the sheikh.Do not think that such things are farfetched. Such deviousness has happened before, and shaytan does not rest from spinning such webs to catch innocent muslims. It has become an increasing fad to adopt one particular sheikh of likeness, and then sit at length on youtube watching his videos. When they come to one’s city, girls leave the sanctuary of their homes, to take this very blessing from the company of these mashayikh. The Shuyookh may not have any ill intentions. The girls may also be void of any ill intentions, but the precursor of shaytan is laid out. Such unfortunate incidents came to light a couple of years back where girls openly admitted having crushes and fantasizing of marrying some shuyookh they felt infatuated with. Obviously, they did not start out as infatuation. The devious plot of shaytan works behind the scenes. The end result is worldly disrespect, spiritual death and distance from the Qurb of Allah and His Rasool salallahu alayhi wasallam. The very thing which one seeks, becomes the most distant mirage. May Allah save us all, Ameen.

I advise you to stick to the strict code of chastity by restricting your interaction to the opposite gender to bare minimum. While it may be juristically permissible for you to look at the face of a male, avoidance and abstaining from certain permissible acts to attain security and chastity is the essence of Taqwa. All that you seek, barakah, taqarrub (proximity) to Allah, obedience on commandments of deen, love fore the beloved Habeeb salallahu alayhi wasallam, and pure chastity, can all be achieved without having to look at some Sheikh.  Allah Ta’ala has declared in the Qur’an:

{تَبَارَكَ الَّذِي بِيَدِهِ الْمُلْكُ وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ الَّذِي خَلَقَ الْمَوْتَ وَالْحَيَاةَ لِيَبْلُوَكُمْ أَيُّكُمْ أَحْسَنُ عَمَلًا وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الْغَفُورُ} [الملك: 1، 2]

Glorified is He in whose hand is the kingdom and He is able over everything. He is the one who has created death and life so that He may test you all, which of you will be the best in your deeds, and He is All Might, Oft Forgiving.

It is our test, as to how good we make our choices to be. Those who pass in the test will gain His pleasure, and those who loose will have to face His displeasure. And we seek refuge from His displeasure. Ameen.

وَقُلْ لِلْمُؤْمِناتِ يَغْضُضْنَ مِنْ أَبْصارِهِنَّ فلا ينظرن إلى ما لا يحل لهن النظر إليه كالعورات من الرجال والنساء وهي ما بين السرة والركبة، وفي الزواجر لابن حجر المكي كما يحرم نظر الرجل للمرأة يحرم نظرها إليه ولو بلا شهوة ولا خوف فتنة، نعم إن كان بينهما محرمية نسب أو رضاع أو مصاهرة نظر كل إلى ما عدا ما بين سرة الآخر وركبته. والمذكور في بعض كتب الأصحاب إن كان نظرها إلى ما عدا السرة والركبة بشهوة حرم وإن بدونها لا يحرم نعم غضها بصرها من الأجانب أصلا أولى بها وأحسن،
فقد أخرج أبو داود والترمذي وصححه. والنسائي. والبيهقي في سننه عن أم سلمة أنها كانت عند رسول الله صلّى الله عليه وسلّم وميمونة قالت: فبينما نحن عنده أقبل ابن أم مكتوم فدخل عليه الصلاة والسلام فقال رسول الله صلّى الله عليه وسلّم: احتجبا منه فقلت: يا رسول الله هو أعمى لا يبصر قال: أفعمياوان أنتما ألستما تبصرانه؟، واستدل به من قال بحرمة نظر المرأة إلى شيء من الرجل الأجنبي مطلقا، ولا يبعد القول بحرمة نظر المرأة المرأة إلى ما عدا ما بين السرة والركبة إذا كان بشهوة ولا تستبعد وقوع هذا النظر فإنه كثير ممن يستعملن السحاق من النساء والعياذ بالله تعالى (تفسير الألوسي – روح المعاني (9/ 334))

 

Ingenuity of Imam Abu Haneefah rahimahullah

The forces of evil are notorious for plotting in order to tarnish the reputation of those who tread the path of truth. The hypocrites plotted against Nabi salallahu alayhi wasallam by making false accusations against his wife `Aisha radiallahu anha. However, truth always prevails. The evildoers and their lies are bound to fail sooner or later.

Imam Abu Haneefah rahimahullah was one such man of truth whom the evildoers desired to harm. One day, they hatched a sly plot to tarnish the reputation of the Imam so that he would lose his respect amongst people. They bribed a young widow who readily agreed to their nefarious plot. While returning home from Masjid every night, Imam Abu Haneefah rahimahullah would pass by her home. One night, she appeared before him with her body and face completely concealed and explained desperation, “Imam! My husband is about to pass away and is intending to make some sort of bequest, but I cannot understand it. Please come quickly!”

Imam Abu Haneefah rahimahullah followed her into her home and after entering, she quickly locked the door behind him. The Imam’s enemies who had slyly concealed themselves within the home, emerged and began slandering him “Imam Abu Haneefah, what are you doing in this private residence in the company of a strange young woman at this late hour? You evil man!”

They immediately handed the innocent Imam and the young woman over to the police. The news spread like wildfire and soon reached the ears of the governor, who instructed that both be put behind bars for the duration of the night. The case would be heard the next morning. Accordingly, they were enclosed in a small cell. The Imam was in the state of wudhu’ and immediately started commenced performing Nafl Salah. The young woman could not do nothing but watch the Imam, and soon realized her error of attempting to vilify such a respectable man and waited for the Imam to complete this salah. She then begged forgiveness and confessed to their mischievous plot.

The Imam declared, “We cannot undo what has occurred, but I have a plan that can clear our names,”

“What?” she quickly asked.

Imam Abu Haneefah rahimahullah explained, “Please to the guard outside to let you free so that you can return home for a moment. Convince him that you were brought here without any explanation and that you need to attend an essential task which cannot be delayed. Ask him to accompany you so that he does not doubt your intention to return. When he agrees you should proceed to my home, where you should enlighten my wife regarding the proceedings. Ask her to disguise herself by donning your clothing and request her to come here immediately.”

prisonThe young woman succeeded in convincing the guard, and the Imam’s wife reached his prison cell in a short while. The next morning, the governor summoned the Imam and his wife. The Imam’s enemies were in attendance in large numbers, anxious to see the Imam’s reputation tarnished.

When the case was brought forward, the governor asked, “Abu Haneefah, you are a great scholar. How could you engage in such a major crime?”

Imam Abu Haneefah rahimahullah asked, “What are you implying?”

The governor continued, “You were caught in the presence of a strange young woman in privacy late at night.”

Imam Abu Haneefah rahimahullah explained, “She is no stranger to me.”

The governor asked, “Who is she to you?”

Imam Abu Haneefah rahimahullah pointed to his father in law and said, “Ask this honourable man to clarify who she is.”

The elderly man was called forward and he explained, “This is my daughter. I handed her over in marriage to Imam Abu Haneefah at such and such place.”

The enemies were left utterly defeated by the amazing ingenuity with which Allah Ta’ala had blessed the Imam.

Muslim and clapping hands


Q: Nowadays Muslims and non Muslims clap their hands. It has become a norm in society, if we are listening to a speech of a non Muslim or a Muslim in a public hall where non Muslims are also present and they all clap hands after a good speech. Will it be permissible to join them clapping hands, because if we don’t clap the hands they assume that we didn’t like the speech and then looked down upon?

A: Clapping the hands in order to praise or applaud someone is among the ways of the kuffaar which is totally foreign to Islam. As Muslims we are commanded to refrain from adopting the ways, mannerisms and culture of the kuffaar. Hence without a valid need, Muslims should not interact with non-Muslims nor befriend them. They have their own value system (i.e. extravagance, immodesty, shamelessness, etc.) and we have our own value system with which we have been endowed and enriched with by Allah Ta’ala (i.e. purity, chastity, modesty, simplicity, etc). We have been favoured with the Mubaarak lifestyle of Hazrat Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) which provides direction and guidance for us in every facet of our lives. Associating with the kuffaar and befriending them is sure to leave its effects and erode the values of a Muslim. The Qur’an emphatically instructs the believers to refrain from befriending the kuffaar. Allah Ta’ala says:

لَّا يَتَّخِذِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنُونَ ٱلْكَـٰفِرِينَ أَوْلِيَآءَ

The believers should not take the disbelievers as friends. 

In another verse of the Qur’an Allah Ta’ala forwarns us of their aim and hidden agenda:

وَلَن تَرْضَىٰ عَنكَ الْيَهُودُ وَلَا النَّصَارَىٰ حَتَّىٰ تَتَّبِعَ مِلَّتَهُمْ قُلْ إِنَّ هُدَى اللَّـهِ هُوَ الْهُدَىٰ وَلَئِنِ اتَّبَعْتَ أَهْوَاءَهُم بَعْدَ الَّذِي جَاءَكَ مِنَ الْعِلْمِ مَا لَكَ مِنَ اللَّـهِ مِن وَلِيٍّ وَلَا نَصِيرٍ﴿البقرة: ١٢٠﴾

The Jews and the Christians will never be pleased and satisfied with you until and unless you begin to follow their way of life and their religion. Say (O Muhammad (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam): “The Guidance of Allah Ta’ala is the only Guidance.” If you ever follow their desires after the truth and divine knowledge has come to you then you would not find any protector nor helper who will save you against the punishment of Allah Ta’ala.

Hence we understand that success and true salvation lies in following the MubaarakSunnah of Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) and abandoning the ways of thekuffaar.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.

وَمَا كَانَ صَلَاتُهُمْ عِندَ ٱلْبَيْتِ إِلَّا مُكَآءً وَتَصْدِيَةً ۚ فَذُوقُوا۟ ٱلْعَذَابَ بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَكْفُرُونَ ﴿الأنفال:٣٥﴾

Status of wearing niqaab in Islam

Q: What is the status of wearing niqaab in Islam? If a man knows that he will save himself from falling into sin, does he still have to observe purdah from women?

 

 

 

 

A: Wearing the niqaab is compulsory in Islam. The purpose of the niqaab is in order to protect one’s self from the evil gazes of strange men. Allah Ta’aala says in the Qur’aan:

 

يَا أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ قُل لِّأَزْوَاجِكَ وَبَنَاتِكَ وَنِسَاءِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ يُدْنِينَ عَلَيْهِنَّ مِن جَلَابِيبِهِنَّ ذَلِكَ أَدْنَى أَن يُعْرَفْنَ فَلَا يُؤْذَيْنَ وَكَانَ اللَّـهُ غَفُورًا رَّحِيمًا (سورة الأحزاب 59)

 

“O Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam), command your wives, daughters and the believing women to don the niqaab(veil)”.

 

In another verse, Allah Ta’aala while commanding the wives of Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) to adopt purdah and don the veil says:

 

 ذَلِكُمْ أَطْهَرُ لِقُلُوبِكُمْ وَقُلُوبِهِنَّ (سورة الأحزاب 53)

 

“That (observing purdah) is better for the purity of your hearts and their hearts (i.e. the hearts of men)”.

 

Hadhrat Ummi Salmah (Radiallahu Anhaa) reported, “Once Maymoonah (Radiallahu Anhaa) and I were seated with Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam), it was just then that Hadhrat Abdullah bin Ummi Maktoom (the blind Sahaabi) entered the presence of Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam). Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) immediately commanded Maymoonah (Radiallahu Anhaa) and I to observe purdah from this Sahaabi. I said, “O Nabi of Allah Isn’t he blind and unable to see us (i.e. what is the need for us to make purdah from him)?” Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) retorted, “Are you two also blind?” (i.e. you are able to see him hence you need to observe purdah from him).

 

Hadhrat Ummi Salmah and Hadhrat Maymoonah (Radiallahu Anhuma) both are the wives of Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) and the mothers of the ummah. Despite them being the purest of women, Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) instructs them to observe purdah in the golden era of Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) even from a blind Sahaabi. How then can the women of this age and time, (i.e. times of fitnah) be exempt from this law?

 

Hadhrat Aisha (Radiallahu Anha) reports that during the farewell Hajj with Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam), whenever men used to pass by us [the wives of Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam)] we used to conceal our faces with a cloth (in such a manner that the cloth would be suspended before our faces and not touch our faces) in order not be seen by the men. When the men used to pass then we used to lift the cloth.

 

Despite the men of the Sahaabah being so pure compared to the men of these times, yet the women of the Sahaabah were commanded to observe purdah from them. Which man can say that he is purer than a Sahaabi and hence he does not need to follow this injunction of deen.
We should understand that true success and happiness lies in total submission and obedience to Allah and His Rasul (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam).

 

And Allah Ta’ala knows best.

وعن النواس بن سمعان قال : قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : ” لا طاعة لمخلوق في معصية الخالق ” . رواه في شرح السنة (مشكوٰة المصابيح ص321)

 

عن عائشة قالت كان الركبان يمرون بنا ونحن مع رسول الله -صلى الله عليه وسلم- محرمات فإذا حاذوا بنا سدلت إحدانا جلبابها من رأسها إلى وجهها فإذا جاوزونا كشفناه.(رواه أبو داود 1/254)

 

عن أم سلمة قالت كنت عند رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم وعنده ميمونة فأقبل ابن أم مكتوم وذلك بعد أن أمرنا بالحجاب فقال النبى صلى الله عليه وسلم احتجبا منه. فقلنا يا رسول الله أليس أعمى لا يبصرنا ولا يعرفنا فقال النبى صلى الله عليه وسلم أفعمياوان أنتما ألستما تبصرانه (رواه أبو داود 2/568)

A open message to my Atheist parents and siblings.. Why Accept Islam?


WHY ACCEPT ISLAAM

All Praise is due to Allaah, our Creator, Nourisher and
Provider. Peace and Blessings be upon all the Ambiya
a (A.S.) and upon the last and final Rasul (Messeng
er)
– Muhammad (S.A.W.). Peace and blessings upon his com
panions who accepted and propagated DEEN (religion) to t
he entire world.

THE NEED FOR RELIGION.

Man has been imbued with Aql (intelligence). Whenev
er any person is given an extra benefit there arises
a corresponding responsibility. A poor person, for
example does not have to pay as much tax and nor does he
have as many obligatory duties such as the giving of
alms etc., as the rich man.

Whenever a person with the extra benefit (in this ca
se, money), refuses to acknowledge the responsibility t
hat go with it, then the results are horrendous . This
can clearly be seen when those who have refused to use
their wealth responsibly, become engulfed in all the
trappings of luxury which result in many vices such
as
adultery, divorce suicide and even murder .

Man, when compared to other mammals,has been endowed wi
th a superior intelligence. This enables him to dist
inguish between right and wrong . If he refuses to
do so, the evil consequences are far greater and more c
atastrophic than when an animal behaves irresponsibly
. This is so because animals have a limited amount of
intelligence and therefore their capability to do harm
is equally inferior, and they do not have the intelli
gence to connive as well as man can . Have you, for
example heard of an animal manufacturing alcohol,selli
ng it to others and, despite observing the harmful effects thereof,still advertising it through every po
ssible
media ?. This is why the need for religion exists. N
ow we shall prove why this religion has got to be Islaam
, thus answering the question : “WHY AM I A
MUSLIM” as well as “WHY SHOULD I CHOOSE ISLAAM AS
MY RELIGION. ?”

WHY ISLAAM ?.

What many modernists do not understand is that man is
not an animal and therefore it does not behove him to beh
ave as if he were. Total freedom, for example, is
one aspect which receives a lot of attention by those wh
o compete with animals in their quest for freedom. Whe
n even animals conform to certain laws of the
jungle, man wishes to go one step backwards,insult his
own intelligence and desire complete freedom to do as h
e wills. This is looking a gift-horse in the mouth .
Surely we owe it to the One Who has created us to use
this great gift of intelligence to elevate our position
in life.

These days, every group firmly believes that they ar
e on the correct course. No one is prepared to give up th
eir heroes, lifestyles and even their style of dress
for
anything different. The important question of which wa
y of life to choose cannot be answered without many other
questions being answered. In this booklet, we
hope to answer these questions. Let us begin with th
e following example.

Four blind persons were brought to an elephant. They tou
ched it, each one at a different place. The one touchi
ng the stomach said that this was a huge round
drum. The one who held the trunk said that it was a l
ong slimy stick. The next, who gripped the leg said
that it was a pillar and the last one, who felt the e
ar, said
that it was a huge leaf. Each one of them thought that
what he had felt was a whole elephant, until someone
who could see informed them that what they had felt

collectively, was the elephant and that each of them
had only felt one part of the whole.

Similarly – many people who can see – will not be able
to give the correct information if they are placed in
a pitch black room.

The blind person’s inability to give proper information
is because he lacks the internal light to see. The p
erson who has sight, cannot do so if there is a lack of
external light (i. e. darkness).

From this, we understand that for correct, valid and t
otal information to be gained, both internal and externa
l light is essential. Similarly two beacons are ess
ential
for spiritual guidance :-

Islaam recognises that intelligence has to be guided,
and therefore Allaah has prescribed that WAHI (divi
nely protected inspiration) has to be present to guide
Intelligence .

1) Sahih Aql (intelligence which is guided correctl
y.),and
2) Wahi (divinely protected inspiration).

It should be remembered that intelligence will alwa
ys be guided by inspiration and not vice versa, bec
ause Deen (religion) is based on Wahy
(inspiration) and not on intelligence alone.

THE ONLY UNIVERSAL RASUL (PROPHET – MESSENGER)

From the time of Adam to Muhammad (upon all be peace an
d salutations) prophets came, preached and left this
world. Some prophets came to a village or town.
Others to a greater area or province. Religious history
also records that there were contemporary prophets who ca
me to different areas at the same time, and
sometimes even more than one prophet preached in the sa
me area at the same time. The reason for the above was
because these prophets were not sent for the
whole of mankind but for a specific group of people only.

Messengers were undoubtedly sent to all groups of people
,as stated in the Qur’aan:-

1) “and when Isa (Jesus) son of Mary said, ‘O childre
n of Israel, Lo I am the messenger of Allaah
unto you. “. (61/6).

2) “And for every nation there is a messenger. ” (10
/48).

3) “And verily We have raised in every nation a mess
enger. ”
(10/48).

4) “Lo we sent Noah to his people. ” (71/1).

5) “And to the (tribe of) Aad,(We sent) their brother
Hud . ”
(7/65).
6) “And to the (tribe of) Thamud, (We sent) their brot
her Saaleh. ” (7/73).

7) “Verily, We sent before thee (O Muhammad) messeng
ers to their own folk. They brought clear
proofs (of Allaah’s Sovereignty). (
13/7).

The many prophets who came were received differently.
Some were followed by a tribe, others by a family and
some had just a handful of people who accepted and
followed them. Some prophets had even fewer followers tha
n this and yet others had only one individual who heede
d their call.

None of these righteous pious prophets made a claim that he was sent for the whole universe except Muh
ammad (SallAllaahu alayhi wasallam), who was
the only prophet who stated clearly that he had bee
n sent for the entire creation, and for all mankind
.

In fact, nowhere in the Injeel (lit. Prophecy), Zabur
(Psalms /Hymns) or the Touraat (Lit. fire) is it me
ntioned that any of the prophets to whom they were
revealed, were for all mankind.

We read in the Noble Qur’aan that Allaah (God) is ‘Ra
bbul – Aalameen (Sustainer of the worlds), and Muha
mmad is described as ‘Rahmatul – lil – Aalameen’ (M
ercy
of the worlds). This means – for everybody – for the ent
ire creation – for all mankind.

The Qur’aan also states to Muhammad (SallAllaahu ala
yhi wasallam),

” You have been sent for the entire creation as a give
r of glad tidings and a warner. “(34/27).

Rasulullaah (SallAllaahu alayhi wasallam) himself h
as stated:

“I have been sent for the entire mankind. ”

Compared to this, there is no place in the Bible (both
in the Injeel and the Touraat) where it is stated th
at any other prophet came for the whole of mankind. I
sa (A.
S.) – Jesus – clearly mentions that he came only for t
he Bani Israeel,
(a specific group of people).

In the bible it is stated that :-

“. . and behold, a Canaanite woman from that region cam
e out and cried,” O Lord,son of David, my daughter is s
everely possessed by a demon”. . . . . . . . . . . .
. . . . . .
. . . . . . . and he answered,
“I was sent only to the lost sheep of the house of Israel. ”
and when
she insisted on being helped, he answered,
“It is not fair to take the children’s bread and th
row it to the dogs. . . . .
(Matthew 15 – 21-26). In Matthew 7 – 6 it
is stated;-

“Do not give dogs what is holy,and do not throw your pearls
before swine, lest they trample them underfoot and tu
rn to attack you. ”

Even more clearly in Matthew 10 – 5:-
“These twelve Jesus sent out, charging them, ”
Go nowhere among the gentiles and enter no town of
the Samaritans, but go rather to the lost sheep of
the
house of Israel. . . . . . . “.

This is the main reason that Jesus is depicted in ma
ny of the pictorial bibles as a shepherd tending to a
flock of sheep-(of the house of Israel).

This proves that Jesus (A.S.) was sent for a specific
set of people only. In fact all prophets before Muhamma
d (S. A. W.) were sent for a specific area, group o
r tribe.
Moses , (Moosa A. S. ) was sent to his people. Abraha
m and Ishmael (Ibraahim and Ismaeel A. S. ) were
sent to specific tribes and Jesus (Isaa A. S. ), was
likewise sent to a particular group (the Israelites).
All these prophets were seasonal . They blossomed in
their time and they fulfilled the command of their
Creator, Allaah . Then another prophet was sent to conti
nue until the complete religion with all the rules for
every minute action of man was sent to Nabi
Muhammad (S. A. W.).

The Qur’aan states :-

1) “And We have not sent you (Muhammad), but as a bri
nger of glad tidings and as a warner
unto All mankind
, but most of mankind know not. ”
(34/28).

2) “And We have not sent you save as a mercy to
the world.
” (21/107)

3) “Say : (O Muhammad) O mankind,Lo! I am the Rasul
(messenger) of Allaah
to you all
. ” (7/58).

4) “Verily this is a message to
all the worlds.
” (81/27).

5) “We have sent you (Muhammad) as a messenger
to mankind
and Allaah is sufficient as a witness.
” (4/79).
6) “He it is Who has sent His messenger with the G
uidance and the Deen (religion) of Truth and
He made it
prevail over all religions.
” (48/28).

7) “Say, O People, definitely I am a Rasul of Allaa
h
to every one of you.
” (7/158).

WHAT YOU HAVE LEARNT THUS FAR:-

1) Jesus (Christianity) was only for the house of Isra
el.
2) During his time, preaching to anyone other than th
e people of Israel, is like throwing pearl
s before swines , and throwing bread to t
he dogs.
3) Muhammad (S. A. W.) was sent for all mankind and
he was thus a universal prophet

The above is manifest proof of the fact that Jesus was
not sent for all people and for all times.

Now it is time to look at the only surviving, divinely p
rotected and inspired scripture – the Qur’aan itself.

THE QUR’AAN

The logical action from the seeker of truth is naturall
y to find the proof of prophethood. What is the proof that
he (Muhammad S. A. W. ) is indeed a messenger?

Let us liken this to the following inquiry. The answer
to the question “who made shoes, hats, spectacles etc
. ?” is “man”. When asked “who made the feet hands
and face of a human being or animal?” is “Allaah”.

From this we deduce that those things which can be pr
oduced and reproduced in the thousands, can be made by
man, but the creator of those things which are
original and of which no exact replica can be made by
human beings, is Allaah. As beautifully challenged
in the Qur’aan :-

“If the entire world were to gather,they would not
produce the wing of a mosquito. “.

Challenges have been made to the literary experts of
those whose mother tongue was Arabic and whose love for poe
try and eloquence far exceeded what we see
today, to produce ten aayats, or a short verse of the Nob
le Qur’aan, and upto date this challenge has not been
met.

This proves that since nothing can be made to be simil
ar to the Qur’aan by man,it must necessarily be the
Word of the All Mighty Himself.

Many such proofs can be found in the Qur’aan itself.

Allaah Himself says :-

1) “And if you are in doubt as to that which We reveal
ed to Our servant, then produce a chapte
r like it and call upon your helpers besides
Allaah, if
you are truthful. ” (2/23).

2) “Or do they say ‘he forged it,?’. Say :Bring then
a surah (verse) like it and call (to your hel
p) anyone you can besides Allaah, if you are
truthful . ”
(10/38).
(The smallest verse contains three sentences.).

3) “Or they may say, ‘he invented it himself. ‘ S
ay “produce ten surahs like it and call
(to your help) whomsoever you will, other th
an Allaah, if you
are truthful. ” (11/13).

4) “No falsehood can approach it from before or behind i
t. It is sent down by One, All Wise and
worthy of All Praise. ”
(41/42).
5) “Were men and Jinn to combin
e to produce something like the Qur’aan,the
y could not do so even if they aid each other. ”

(17/88).

6) “Definitely We have sent down the Zikr (Qur’aan)
and We Surely are it’s protectors (
Custodian, Guardian) . (15/9).

7) “Had the Qur’aan been a discourse other than Alla
ah’s, then they would have found in it, many
incongruities and contradictions.
(4-81)

8) “This Book, there is no doubt in it. ” (2/2).

A MIRACLE

Secondly, the miracle of Ibraahim (Abraham)-A. S. be
ing thrown into the fire which cooled for him,can be nar
rated and heard but it cannot be seen. Similarly, the
miracles of Moosa (Moses) A. S. whose staff, through the
will of the All Mighty, turned into a snake and spli
t the waters of the ocean for him and his followers to
pass through, can also be spoken about but it cannot be
seen. Jesus (Isa A. S. ) healed the lepers, the bl
ind, etc., and this too can be heard and was only seen
in it’s
time but cannot be seen any more.

All these miracles happened with the will and the c
ommand and the permission of Allaah. In fact, whenever
a prophet was asked by the people for proof of his
prophethood, then the prophets, by the will of the All –
Mighty, was made to display a miracle. One of the ma
in proofs which Allaah showed through Muhammad
(S. A. W. ) is the Qur’aan . Note that we say IS a
nd not WAS when describing this miracle . The wonde
r and the beauty of this proof is that it’s eloquence a
nd
illumination did not last for a few minutes, days or mon
ths,BUT remains with us upto the present day and wi
ll continue to remain for the generations to come
There are many ways of looking at it, and the brillia
nce of the Qur’aan has shone through no matter which wa
y one looks at it .

WHAT WE HAVE LEARNT THUS FAR :-

1) The Qur’aan remains – a Book which cannot be tempe
red with because it can be seen, touched and felt a
nd lies in the hearts of people (men, women, and
children) and can therefore never be destroyed even i
f it’s pages are burnt. This can only be a miracle o
f Him Who wants it to remain as proof of that whic
h
it contains and amongst these things is the continued
emphasis of Muhammad (S. A. W. ) being the final mes
senger for all mankind.

2) It is a book which was not compiled nor diluted wit
h the subjectivity of man. It is directly inspired
by Allaah.

3) Another undeniable trait of the Divine influence
is that it comes not as a contradiction to that which
the previous pious prophets came down to declare but
rather as a confirmation of them. Present day Jews do n
ot accept Isa (Jesus)A. S. as a prophet and neithe
r do present day Christians accept Muhammad (S.
A. W.) as a prophet. Muslims over all the ages have
never denied that both Moses and Jesus (A. S.) were
prophets,in fact all the prophets from Adam (A.
S.) were sent by Allaah for the purpose of enlighten
ing certain groups of individuals.

Having proved the above, from the Qur’aan and the sayi
ngs of the Prophet (S. A. W.), we wish to quote an inte
resting chapter from the Bible itself, called :-

THE PROMISE

The last Israelite prophet,Isa (Jesus) A. S. promise
d his people the arrival of a comforter .

” If Ye love me, keep my commandments , and I will p
ray the Father and he shall give you another comfort
er, that he may abide with you forever “. (John
14/15/16).

Referring to the completion of scriptures and the expos
ition of all truths by Muhammad (S. A. W.), to his prop
hecies and to his revelation, Isa (A. S. ) observed,
“I
have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bea
r them now . Wait, when he, the spirit of truth,is com
e, he will guide you into all truth, for he shall not
speak for himself, but whatsoever he shall hear, that
shall he speak, and he will show you things to come,
(John 12/13).

And again :-

” I will rise up a prophet from among their brethren,
like unto thee, and will put my words in his mouth, a
nd he shall speak unto them all,that I shall command
him . And it shall come to pass, that whosoever will n
ot harken unto my words which he shall speak in my na
me, I will require it of him “. (Deuteronomy 18 :
18/14).

The expression ‘ their brethren ‘ in the verse refer
s to the children of Ismail, who are the brethren of th
e Israelites.

A FEW RELEVANT OBSERVATIONS .

1) Every other scripture has undergone changes. The
bible is admittedly not the word of Allaah but the wr
it of the disciples and this too has undergone such
tremendous change that it takes not a very intelligen
t person to see the interpolations therein.

2) While the Qur’aan is printed in the original lan
guage in which it was revealed, the language of Had
hrat Isa A. S. is not used in the Bible. The langua
ge
spoken by Hadhrat Isa A. S. was ” Ibrani “, which i
s no longer a spoken language. This also indicates stron
gly to any seeker of the truth, that Christianity
was meant for a certain group of people only.

3) There are only two statements in the present day
bibles which are in the original language and they
are the following:-

a) ” Taking her hand, he said to her ” TAL ‘ITHA CU’
MI ” which means, “little girl, I say to
you, arise . ” (Mark 5/41).

This statement is certainly not sufficient to prove an
y law or to give much spiritual direction to the whole of mankind.

b) ” at about the ninth hour, Jesus cried in a loud voi
ce,” ELI, ELI, LAMA SABACH – THANI ? ” which
means ” My God, My God, Why hast
Thou forsaken me ?” (Mathew 27/47)
.

4) Two interesting facts emerge from the above. One
is that a whole new way of life cannot be taught from
the above only. Secondly, if as the Christians
believe, Jesus is the lord , then it shows a weaknes
s in a Divine being to call upon anyone else and even
to feel the human weakness of distress and
forsakenness . Alhamdulillah (Praise be to Allaah)!,
Muslims do not have such misbeliefs regarding this
pious prophet of Allaah .

5) The words of the Qur’aan have NOT become dead th
rough the years since it is used daily in prayer an
d no alteration whatsoever has taken place in the
Lofty Qur’aan.

6) Thousands of Muslims, young and old,in fact even t
he blind have learnt it verbatim – (word for word).

7) Any Christian person who sincerely wishes to see t
he connection and indeed the continuation between the B
ible and the Qur’aan should endeavour to find
what has been written in the dead sea scrolls,
for there was time when the authorities in charge of
the Bible saw fit to remove many parts of the Bible
which are of great relevance today and which direct
clearly towards the right path.

Why this was done is not understood. It may have been
that people feared to lose power over the people or, at th
e thought of having an Arab as a prophet
instead of a Jew. There may have been many other agen
das which it is not our intention to deal with in this
present publication.

What we wish to draw to the attention of the reader is
, why should you remain in the dark because someone before you, inadvertently or through some
sinister plot,concealed that which was meant for you
as a guide to what is good for you today.

8) The Bible today has clearly been tempered with a
nd any upright father will certainly not read certa
in passages to his children if he wished them any m
oral
success or direction in this world. These passages h
ave been compiled in a book called ‘The X- Rated Bibl
e’ .We do not intend to repeat the blasphemous
verses contained therein because they can certainly
not be the Word of Allaah or the beloved prophet Jesus (
A. S.). Our only concern is about the source of
this information and that many people consider it Divi
ne.

WHAT WE HAVE LEARNT THUS FAR :-

1) The Qur’aan is one of the miracles of the All – M
ighty to mankind.
2) The Qur’aan has not been tempered with .
3) Every other scripture has undergone changes. The
bible is admittedly not the word of Allaah but the w
rit of the disciples and this too has undergone such
tremendous change that it takes not a very intellige
nt person to see the interpolations therein.

DEEN IS PERFECT AND TOTAL .

All the prophets which have come and gone, called the
people towards basically three things:-

a) The Tauheed (oneness) of Allaah – that there is
none worthy of worship except Allaah.

b) To accept the prophets that came to them preachin
g, the Oneness of Allaah,as messengers of Allaah.

c) To believe in the Hereafter (in life after death,
the Day of accountability, Jannat (heaven) and Jahann
am (Hell).

The outstanding aspect of Islaam is that, besides emp
hasising the importance of the above, it is complete in
every aspect. All the laws are expounded in detail,
whether they pertain to the social, political or the ec
onomical aspect of life. How to worship ; when to worship
; how to develop a good character ; how to deal in
our
day to day transactions etc.

The very amount of detail given as to how one should, for
example pray proves that it was meant to be understood
by all people and to be practised by all as well .
The laws of what is essential in prayer; what is pr
aiseworthy though not essential ;what is to be avoided ;
what should clearly be abstained from ; and what is
obligatory, leaves no doubt in the mind of the practiser
.

From our obligations to Allaah to the laws relating to our
social interactions ; our rights unto others and their r
ights unto us ; the laws of divorce marriage and
even the laws which pertain to the sharing of our esta
te after our demise, right down to the last decimal fr
action, has been specified in such explicitly beauti
ful
detail which just cannot be the work of man . All the
se important details are contained in the thirty chap
ters,, six thousand six hundred and sixty six verses
and a
hundred and fourteen chapters of the Glorious Qur’aan.

The Deen (way of life) of has been perfected with th
e coming of Muhammad (SallAllaahu alayhi wasallam).
Other Prophets came and were given laws which were
specific for that particular time or era. Sometimes th
e law given to one prophet was adopted by another totally
as it was . At other times, according to the Divine
Wisdom of Allaah, the laws were either abrogated or re
pealed and different laws added . Finally, He sent
Muhammad (S. A. W.),as the final prophet with the
Total Complete Deen of Islaam .

As stated in the Qur’aan:-

“Today I have perfected your Deen for you and compl
eted my favour upon you and chosen Al Islaam as you
r Deen. ”
(5/3).
This totality and wholesomeness can clearly be seen by
any thinking person in the minute detail which is c
ontained in the laws of life as prescribed by Islaa
m. Such
clarity, wisdom and elucidation have never been witne
ssed in any religion as distinctly as is illustrated
in Islaam. The only reason for this all-encompassi
ng code of
conduct has to be that it is Divine, for man COULD NEV
ER have forseen every eventuality as clearly as Alla
ah has. The attention paid to every detail in this
beautiful code also strengthens the proof that it HAD t
o be for the whole of mankind. Both Ilm (knowledge) and A
mal (action) have reached the height of
perfection in Islaam .

THE LAST AND THE FINAL RASUL .

Whenever a machine is created by man, he inevitably
prints an instruction manual for the effective and op
timum use of that machine. In the event of anyone not
grasping any aspect of it’s use from the manual, he s
ends out a person who has the training in that partic
ular product to further elucidate the instruction m
anual to
it’s user.

Similarly,Allaah has revealed the Qur’aan to Muhamme
d (S. A.W). In it are laws as to how man should conduc
t himself to reach the highest spiritual stage he ca
n,
or at least a stage which makes his existence on eart
h helpful to society and to the people he meets. Also, i
t teaches man to realise who His maker is and to behave
according to the mental superiority granted to him by h
is Creator. The perfection and clarity of this beautiful faith reached the height of correct understanding
through the FINAL and UNIVERSAL messenger, who was se
nt for the perfection of noble conduct .

As expressed in the Lofty Qur’aan :-

1) ” Indeed, in the Messenger (Rasul) you have a n
oble pattern of conduct. ” (33/21)

2) ” Muhammad is not the father of any man, but he
is the Rasul (messenger) of Allaah and the
Last
of the Ambiyaa (Prophets). (33/40).

3) ” We have sent you (Muhammad) as a messenger t
o mankind and Allaah is sufficient as a witness
. ” (4/79).

4) ” He (Allaah) it is Who sent down clear revelat
ions unto His bondsman (Muhammad), that he may remov
e you from darkness into light,and Lo, for
you Allaah is full of Piety, Merciful. ” (57/9
).

5) ” He it is who has sent His messenger with the
Guidance and the Deen (religion) of Truth and He
made it prevail over all religions. ” (48/28).

6) And Muhammad (S. A. W.) HIMSELF SAYS :-

” Allaah has dispensed you of all things (ne
eded for the Guidance to the path of righteousness) by
means of Islaam and Muhammad. ”

(Bukhaari ‘Kitaabul I’tisaam bi al Kitaab wa al Sun
nah).

When Hadhrat Ayesha (R. A.) was questioned about the
character of Nabi Muhammad (S. A. W.), she replied,
“The Qur’aan. “.

Muhammad (S. A. W. ) himself states :-

1) ” There were apostles who led the sons of Israel to
the path of righteousness. Whenever any
prophet passed on, he was succeeded b
y another .
But
no prophet will come after me. ”
(Bukhaari
: Kitabul Munaqib.).

2) ” I am Prophet Muhammad who can neither read n
or write . (he repeated these words three times) an
d
there is no Ummah (following) after my
Ummah (following)
. (Baihaqi – Kitab-ur-Ruya. ).

3) ” I am sent unto mankind to
perfect
noble conduct. ”

4) ” My relation to the (long chain of) prophets (ca
n be understood by) a parable of a palace. The palace
was most beautifully built, superb and fine .There
was
left,however, the space of a brick . The people went
around the palace and asked in amazement , ” Why is
it that this space was not filled up . ” I filled t
his
gap and I am the last of the prophets “.

haari.Kitaabul – Manaqib)

When anything is complete and perfect, then it stand
s to reason that there is no need for improvement or co
ntinuation . While the previous prophets (Upon a
ll be
peace), all brought perfect laws for their particular
times, Muhammad (S. A. W) was sent with laws which
are not only perfect for the era in which he lived, b
ut for
all times .
Compared to this there are only two prayers to be found
in the Bible.

1) ” Our Father,Who art in Heaven. . . . . . . . .
. . But deliver us from evil. ” (Mathew 6/9 –
13).

AND

2) ” My Father, if it be possible, let this cup pa
ss from me. ” (Mathew 26/39).

Islaam, on the other hand is detailed and explicit,as
Allaah says :-

1) ” Lo, Deen (religion) with Allaah is Al-Islaam.
(13/19).

2) ” Lo, this,your Deen (religion) is one Deen and I a
m your Rabb (Sustainer) so keep your duty un
to me. ” (23/52).

3) ” We have made a religious law, open and for every
one of you”
(5/48).
While the Qur’aan commands us to be practical, the pr
esent bible urges us to do some fairly irrational action
s. The bible today (i. e. after it was tempered wit
h)
teaches us :-

1) ” You have heard that it was said,”an eye for an
eye and a tooth for a tooth. “,but I say to you, do n
ot resist one who is evil. But if anyone strikes you
on the right cheek, turn to him the other also, and
if anyone would see you and take your coat, let him
have your cloak as well, and if anyone forces you
to go one mile, go with him two miles. ”
(MATHEW 5/3
8 – 41).

This law of not having to resist evil, in fact to help
evil in committing the next act of evil, justifies ma
ny other crimes such as adultery, fornication, rape, c
hild
abuse, looting and even murder.

2) ” Give unto God what is God’s and Caesar what is
Caesar’s”.
(Mathew 22/15 – 22)

This law helped the evil governments of the day draw
a distinct line between religion and the state, thus
absolving the powers that were to do whatever they
wanted, even if it meant changing the very word of God.

3) The biblical definition of those who have faith is
also very confusing ” And these signs will accomp
any those who believe. In my name they will ca
st
out demons, they will speak in new tongues, t
hey will pick up serpents,and if they drink any
deadly thing, it will not hurt them. They will
lay
their hands on the sick and they will recover”.
(MARK 16/16 – 17 – 18 – 19).

This definition leaves indeed very few, if any, peopl
e who with faith in the world. But assuming this vers
e was meant for the very, very, very pious only. Let
us
take a look at the following:-
” For truly I (Jesus) say to you, if you have faith as
much as A GRAIN OF MUSTARD SEED, you will say to th
is mountain ‘move from here to there’, and
it will move and nothing will be impossible for
you. ”
(MATHEW 17/20 – 21).

At another place it is stated:-

” And the Lord stated :-‘If you had faith, AS A GRAI
N OF MUSTARD SEED, you say to this sycamine tr
ee, ‘be rooted up and planted in the sea ‘
and it would obey you ‘. ”

These verses are actually blasphemous if one believes
that Jesus was crucified, for they imply that he ha
d not an ounce of faith to remove himself from the cros
s,let
alone move a mountain from one place to another,or even a t
ree.

CLARIFICATION OF A WIDESPREAD MISCONCEPTION .

ANTI – CHRIST.

Muslims are pro – Christ and not anti-Christ, as a l
ot of propaganda these days tries to make-belief . In
fact Muslims believe that all the previous prophets w
ere
God-sent (sent by Allaah) . The difference is that w
hile the previous prophets did not come with the complet
e set of rules, Muhammad (S. A. W. ) did do so as
stated by Allaah in the Qur’aan :-

“Today I have perfected your Deen for you and completed
my favour upon you and chosen Al Islaam as your Deen. ”
(5/3).

Let the true seeker of Truth question himself as to wh
ether he would accept the truth no matter who it came
from – or will he only accept that which he had grown
up to believe – or was brainwashed to believe was the
truth. For it is only by looking at Islaam through clea
r eyes – untainted by any preconceived notions – that
the beauty and the light of this complete faith, reli
gion and indeed this way of life will shine through.

AFRAID OF ACCEPTING ISLAAM ?

What is to follow may not be very comfortable, but it may
, depending on the sincerity of the reader, jolt one in
to action and out of that cosy nook of complacency.
Isn’t it time to question oneself as to the reason for th
is complacency.

Could it be that the only reason for refusing to accept
Islaaam is the fear of responsiblity. Many people prai
se Islaam and show a great appreciation for it’s
simplicity and practicality and the reduction of the
crime rate in countries where it’s laws are impleme
nted. Accepting Islaam is quite another matter. Bec
ause when
one accepts any doctrine which allows a lax and free w
ay of life one does not have to make a commitment of any
sort. This allows one to enjoy whatever one can
and walk around feeling smug all the time. This is a
lso the reason why people choose to live together instead
of getting married. The fear of responsibility and of
having to commit oneself.

Isn’t it time that you began committing yourself to the
very One who gave you the ability to think and distin
guish between right and wrong.. Isn’t it time you
start following what you know to be correct with conviction
and courage. The first step is not always easy. The
discomfort of having to leave old ways is always
disconcerting. But nothing can be so precious that it c
annot be given up for this Divinely guided way of life
which, deep down, you know is the CORRECT and the
ONLY way.

CONCLUSION

Not much need be mentioned further but to close with th
e words of Allaah as explained in Ibn-e-Kathir :-

Allaah says :-

” Today I have perfected your Deen for you and compl
eted my favour upon you and chosen Al Isla
am as your Deen. ” (5/3).

” It is the most valuable bounty of the Rabb (Allaah),
on the Ummah (nation) that He has perfected the Deen
(religion), Thus the Ummah of Islaam neither stands
in need of any other religion besides Islaam, nor any ot
her prophet besides Muhammad (S. A. W. ) . This is
why prophet Muhammad (S. A. W. ) was raised as the
last and universal messenger for the guidance of the
whole human race . ”

SURAH IKHLAS

(Declaration of Allaah’s Unity)

In the name of Allah, The Most Beneficent, The Most Me
rciful.

1. Say,He is Allaah,the Only One (To be worship
ped).
2. Allaah the Eternal,

3. He begets not nor is He begotten.
4. None is equal to Him.

 

“Whoever has gained control of his stomach, has gained control of his Deen.”


Hadhrat Abdul Waahid Bin Zaid (rahmatullah alayh) said: “Whoever has
gained control of his stomach, has gained control of his Deen.”
Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “Ahead of you is a
difficult (and dangerous) valley. Only those who are light will traverse
it.”
A man said: “O Rasulullah! Am I among those who are light or
heavy?’
Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “Do you have food
for this day?”
He responded: “Yes, and also for tomorrow.”
Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “If you had food for the third day, then you would have been among the heavy ones.”.
Commenting on this Hadith, Allaamah Sha’raani (rahmatullah alayh) said: “Thus, this is the balance of the Shariah.”

 

Who is a Zaahid?

Hadhrat Sufyaan Bin Uyainah (rahmatullah alayh) said: “There are only three letters in the word ZHD. The harf zaa symbolizes renunciation from zeenat (adornment). The harf haa indicates abandonment of hawaa (lust) of the nafs. The harf daal symbolizes shunning the entire dunya. When you have achieved this, only then will you be a true zaahid.” Hadhrat Abu Sulaimaan Daaraani (rahmatullah alayh) said: “Everything which prevents you from the remembrance of Allah, be it wife, children, wealth or worldly provisions, is evil for you.”

 

Qadha of missed Qurbaani


Q: A person did not make a waajib Qurbani one year thinking that he did not own the amount of nisaab. He instead made a nafl qurbaani. After some years he realised that he had wealth put away which would have made qurbaani waajib on him. What does he do? Will the nafl qurbaani be counted for that years waajib qurbaani?

A: The nafil Qurbaani will not be counted for the missed year’s waajib Qurbaani. He should make Qadha of the missed Qurbaani by giving the current value of a qurbaani animal to the poor with the intention of the Qadha Qurbaani.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.

(و) تصدق (بقيمتها غنى شراها او لا) لتعلقها بذمته بشرائها اولا فالمراد بالقيمة قيمة شاة تجزى فيها. قال علامة ابن العابدين قوله (و تصدق بقيمتها غنى شراها او لا) كذا فى الهداية و غيرها كادرر و تعقبه الشيخ شاهين بان وجوب التصدق بالقيمة مقيد بما اذا لم يشتر اما اذا اشترى فهو مخير بين التصدق بالقيمة او التصدق بها حية كما فى الزيلعى ابو السعود واقول ذكر فى البدائع ان الصحيح ان الشاة المشتراة للاضحية اذا لم يضحّ بها حتى مضى الوقت يتصدق الموسر بعينها حية كالفقير بلا خلاف بين اصحابنا فان محمدا قال وهذا قول ابى حنيفة و ابى يوسف و قولنا اه (رد المحتار 6/321)

Are Shias Muslims?or Are All Shias Kaafir?

ASSALAMU ALAIKUM

11 Shawwaal 1430  (30-09-2009)

All Shiahs in this age are non-Muslims. They subscribe to a number of
clear-cut beliefs of kufr, hence they are not Muslim. Among their
beliefs of kufr are the following:

(1)  Extension of Nubuwwat (Prophet) to their twelve imams.
(2)   Their imaams have all the Attributes of Nubuwwat.
(3)   Jibraeel (alayhis salaam) brings wahi to their  imams.
(4)   The twelve Imaams are Ma’soom (sinless) just as the Ambiya are
(5) The present Qur’aan which the Ahlus Sunnah have is a fabrication.
The ‘true’ Qur’aan is with Imaam Mahdi in a cave where he is in
hiding.
(6)   All the verses extolling Hadhrat Ali (radhiyallahu anhu) have
been deleted from the present Qur’aan Majeed.
(7)     All the Sahaabah barring a handful, became munaafiqeen.
(8)   Jibraeel (alayhis salaam) had erred in delivery of the Wahi.
Allah Ta’ala had sent him to deliver the Qur’aanic revelation to Ali
(radhiyallahu anhu), but he erred and   delivered it to Muhammad
(sallallahu alayhi wasallam).

Besides the above, they have many corrupt practices.
