Assalaamu alykum..

Update…Its a,months back sice i posted that update. have no computer and a phone only with little internet acsess and time.

Sadly our gilrs were never admitted into this islamic scholl , branch of ahsan ul uloom Karachi under supervision of mufti zarwali khan.

they wasted 1 month on empty promises being admitted and and we had to spent thousands of rupees for books ad on back Tags) in this institution nothing but slime up other backsides, running for positions and family politics and racism rules the day.

Teachers are hired by an unquakified principal not having any educatioanl background in leadership of a school, forget about an islamic school.

women awho wear make up, berelvis etc are hired without checking their standards of ilm in deen anad dunya and real qualifications to teach and graduation certificates of the teaching association.

the curriculum is absolutely laughable, no organisations, books to teACH ARE taken from here and there.

haraam picture activities, paintings on walls of animate objects, principals and teachers with make up, no clue how to teach.

Teachers and parents complains are brushed aside and ideas for improving this school and provide quality education are dismissed.

The female and male principal ( a married couple0 are seldom present in that school n are only busy going to umrah with mufti sahib.

Its all about making money in that school and the owner of that school has no clue, neither his uncle mufti za wali khan, whats going on in that school.

the principals never arrive in beginning  of office timing but close to instead of 8am.  often the female principal is not present several times during the weeek.

Uupdate… due to the Mercy of Allah and the dua of brothers and sisters, our kids joined a Islamic school about a week ago. still they’ll properly will begin first grade in most subject, and besides English, math, silence  in upper levels, maybe Arabic, but hifs and nasara are available to learn. They still want get real quality education considering the country we live in, but thats a huge step toward  a better future. i hope. his believes are still the same and and believes females  should learn in house everything form another women, not a educational institution, ie . I wish that our girls could became a qualified midwives to help other Muslim ladies, females in general. he propagates still that they cant learn like this as in  times of sahaaba they had no school to learn this. this can only be a statement of a man and a person who had no insight how complex actually pregnancy and delivery and postpartum care is which requires anatomy lessons as well, etc..  by  all respect this logic should be applied to madaris education as well and labeled haaraam as in time of the sahaba they were no madaris of the type today existed and no mass graduation or admission took place in form school teachings on schedule ..

too being told its believed to be  jaddo afflicted( me thats why i might state those things and iom not in my senses and my husband would surely never do such things isnt going to help our situation at all!! Im not insane, I’ve not lost my senses , neither do I make up what ive written before.

I swear by Allah, the books, the malaaika and the entire creation Im not a liar and my kids will proof witness to this facts and im  not stating this due to jadoo afflictions!

I’ve contacted local ulema, friends  who are ulema to just sit with us and talk and give us solutions and naseehat to our problems. but no aalim ever replied, no email from hardhat desai has reached my inbox or spam for months.i dint know why

so if this happens to muslim women and her children, what should i do? I can write down my whole live since conversion which was never a easy and pleasant one. but ill might be labeled a complete liar or ungrateful wife and muslim  woman which seem to ne he standard reply when a woman like me resorts for help as nobody is helping or listening.

Yes im ungrateful at times, l.ike most men and women and children. but im not pagal, not shameless, neither disobedient. im broken down .

im still waiting for ulema and their replies.i sent to local madaris and abroad and to hadhrat desai. but i don’t receive any reply on my mails.Perghaps its getting lost on either side

I request any Muslim and especially Ulema Haqq to provide me valid proof for the following claims as
I’m left alone defenseless struggling to provide my children education which my husband , who follows Hadhrat Mufti A.S. Desai.

Our oldest child is 11 Years OLD AND YOUNGEST 6. None can actually read, write or understand their own mother language, forget about other subjects and languages

My husband follows his sheikh in this regard to the extreme( in our marriage which brought much unnecessary suffering and sanctions , loneliness to the point of blank mental breakdown and severe health problem, mockery from tghe ummat, disatncing of Muslims from us, hassad, evil eye ,jadoo on our family..

And my husband , an aalim , and previous twice married man with kafir children and claims All secular education is absolutely haraam and every Islamic and secular school is haraam and girls and females in general are not allowed to receive education in any way but being taught cooking, cleaning, sewing and being a slave as marriage is slavery..

Sadly i think my husband misunderstands it quiet a bit.Nowhere have i read  hadhrat saying this type of stuff and i should show him  my proof in Islam and from hadhrat for me claiming that children, Muslims have the right of education and females are not  prohibited from education.

My husband states that hadhrat desai and sharia rulings states that all secular education is haraam, all Islamic schools all over the world are haraam, girls madrassas are haraam, only stiff plain madrassa education( which by the way has urdu peoetry and urdu language are included and a student has to have some basic secular education in math and urdu in order to study and be able to read and write)Even sex separated schools, even Islamic schools are haraam and teachers faassiq and theyb teach haraam.

girls in particular have no right for education and hadith clearly states to prohibit females from learning writing and reading as it will ruin their character.

Yes, Hadhrat Desai states  that the system of nursery and secular education and intermingling and certain kuffar related educational actions are haraam.( AKA KUFFAR HOLIDAYS, HARAAM PICS, VIDEOS ETC.)

Which makes sense and I agree

So my husband OPTED FOR HOMESCHOOLING. SADLY ONE MAN IN HIS 60’S( HIS AGE) CANT TEACH NEITHER SUPPLY ALL THE NEEDED SUBJECTS, NEITHER MATERIAL OR TEACHERS TO DO THE JOB.besides some math, or English which too has had been not done well and kids still lack behind greatly.

Too we have no relatives or i any friends here to help educating 5 children and helping with housework. too aim chronically sick, weak, exhausted and stressed out and due to some problems we have no peace in our home and all are under non stop stress. kids fight all day and clean for the most part and stay indoors.

I fought for years for the kids to be able to get out and walk and play to use their build up energy and get some light and fresh air daily, which i stopped getting once married in Pakistan to him.Only indoors ,thus many wonderful health problems popped up. And if outside than in thick burqa in black color which dioesen breath and draws the heat on me like a magnets thus giving me breathing and fainting problems for years..( due to injunction of hijaab too females are not allowed ton receive any type of education, as its an excuse to leave the home and in girls madrsaaa girls are only being taught how to argue and disobey their husbands and in laws due so learning’ and thus  their rights . He too claims the same about secual eductaed females and uneducated` females that they only argue and disobey to to their secular knowledge and secular knowledge is waste of time. an and hadith my husband likes to deny)

He , neither I, are skilled enough or educated enough to teach most things to children. Neither do we have the time , material{ halaal without pictures and written by Muslims}, neither any type of curriculum, lesson planning, printers , etc..

Too our personal situation does not allow us to home school and in 6 years of my husband claiming he home schooled , a little English here and a little math here, our kids , aged 11, 10, 9, 7, 6 cant  read really on their own( besides our son who is an exception  by himself, dont know even seasons of the year, month of the year, time telling, comprehension, urdu, Arabic,(arabic numbers, moth..)

i followed by husband obediently in all he taught me and told me. Putting our little girls and me in extreme,e hijaab, spending most of our times indoors, which is no way mentally or biophysical productive. Living in a hot, bad lighted humid moldy home. with growing children . I obeyed. We putt our  little girl in strict hijaab from infancy on.As taught be his sheikh and elders. By age of 2 their all wore burqa and scarf, Even in extreme heat and nights to sleep. Their hair is really damaged.. earlier.

sex separation as well from infancy.

Kept away along with me from society, neighbors. Not allowed to talk to them or play with other kids as they are all faasiq`, and endanger our morals and imaan and i as woman would only gossip outside in front of  door.

Thats also one of the reasons why i and children  couldn’t learn  urdu for 12 years of marriage.

I can elaborate here more but its getting off the topic.

When i reasoned they are illiterate and have right secular education and deen. He states  I’m wrong and the poof is that nabi sslalaahu alayhi wa sallam was illiterate and thus No Muslim need secular or any type of education to worship Allah.

so i replied as well that hardhat advised me , and other ladies, and males to read the books of the pious , aka moral stories of saints , fazali amal or behetsi zevar to get closer to Allah . And ladies too should be able to write ulema for qurries and how in heavens or hell can one find out about halaal and haraam , ie e numbers, vaccine ingredients, etc, if one cant read and write and inst educated about what going on around the world.

Females only have to learn how to cook, clean, have children, raise the,, sew clothe, obey and serve and please their husbands and in laws..

My husband claims our way of live, aka extremes in many points, are in absolute conjuration with hadhrat desai, but he still;  still until today shown me any letter that he stated or supported our way of extremes.

But complains about me and mistrust me and labeling almost all haraam. Beds, carpets, geesers, hot showers, etc.. All haraam and bidat and luxuries…. I will tell on request what in details.

I lived with my kids long enough under self induced poverty, extremes, sanction in name of islam.

I cant take it anymore.

Every aalim and Muslim calls for female staff in schools, madrassa, midwives, lady doctors, dentist, lab  and x ray personal, etc,  hospitals, counters, Muslim engineers, doctors, etc, etc.. hoe in heavens should this happen if everything is labeled haraam. if this would be truly the case than islam would have become a religion of stupidity and ignorance in every field.

the first C section had been performed by sahaaba, one of the first one to write and who m,ade the pen wasIdris alayh  isalaam, manty of the sahaabia were we eduxctae in medince, writing reading, hadith, quraaan

My husband too beilieves that its not good for females to become haafiz due tio their menses. so hr detested that our gilrs become hafiz. i fight for their rights.

One point to note is that he has been married before me and adopted 3 kidfs intio the famikly, /thiose children he put all efforrts in tio eductaed them asecular, deen wise and made sure they bec ame haafis and i have to hear that for years how much he misses those kids and how much he loves them and how much effort he putb into these kids. /fibnally that wife left along with her kids,

theyb were allowed to receive secualr eduicatin, befirsddmn others, hawere in an islamic school, giot deeniay, and became haafuiz and they werte niot in strict purdah is oin  our case, neither then wife. they did not wear niqaab, hijaan amny tyoe dsince age of 2 years, and were not kept indoors  and away form all as in our case.

wehn i con frionted my husband he said he had permission form hnadhrat desia as hadhrta desua saixc he had no right of the kids rtthus he shopuld not buity any hurdle between the wife and ther kids. ie vaccinations are haraa,m ans that wife wanted to get her kids c=vaccinate dso my husvband said they are haraam and he consukted hadhrat and he advi9ced let her vaccinate her children and dont let her decide between you and her kids.

so how much sharia right and zstatue did he have over this wife as he says he has over me , including having the sharia granted right over me to assess my emails, letters, messages, phone calls, etc to prvent me from straying….which i readily gave to him until i had enough , last moth

I feel a bit sorry to go public.

but i dont receive replies and advice from hardhat neither local ulema as they all block and dont want to interfere in other peoples affairs even though i ask for sharia rulings, help a woman in Pakistani and her kids will be always at loss and rights only on papers and men always right and supported

so i have no other option but to go public.

as my husband dont change in this regard at all and we waste precious time and he will be dead one day and m y son has tp

support 4 sisters and me and later his own family. How , though begging and selling onions while he got many abilities and interest which could be .

He says risq is fixed, okaayy. but in which way one dont know and we have to work for our  risq a little bit and dont put our families and ourselves into not needed sufferings!

May Allah forgive me..but i have no choice .We need help

Wa slaam

i feel sorry to state that my life since marriage and conversion is just like the real life book.. Not without my daughter.. Nicht ohne meine tochter. many of those fears and negative extreme report seen and heard in meadi has actually happen to be true. at least in my muslim life and m,y kids life

According to the Shariah, what are the rights of a wife, and what are the obligations of her husband. A man lives in a Jamaat Khaanah.  He divorced his wife, but refuses to support the minor children. He joins the Tabligh Jamaat, goes on their excursions, but neglects his children. This particular man does give his children a blue cent but travels around and enjoys his holidays with the Tabligh Jamaat. As far as I am concerned, the jamaat with whom he moves around is cursed. Don’t these people advise their members about the rights of wives and children? What benefit is tabligh to others when they don’t do tabligh to their own members?

Is tabligh restricted to Salaat and using the Miswaak?  I am not saying that these acts of ibaadah are unimportant. But, it appears that the tabligh people know nothing about Islam other than speaking a lot of  ‘yaqeen’, etc. But practically they are very neglectful of the laws of the Shariat. Is it proper for a man to go in tabigh, but not support his children?

Unfortunately, there is much ignorance prevailing in all strata of Muslim life. The Tabligh Jamaat people, the Darul Uloom people, the Jamiatul Ulama people, and the Khaanqah people of this age have lost the Straight Path of the Deen. They emphasize their specific sphere of activity while ignoring the larger picture of the Shariat.

If a man does not have sufficient funds to support his family, then it is haraam for him to use the small amount he has for travelling with the Tabligh Jamaat. He has to remain at home, work and support his family. He may participate in the local Jamaat programmes which do not require money.

The injustices which Tabligh Jamaat men render to their wives and children have become a universal problem. They have become one-tracked in their thinking. They appear to be incapable of understanding that the Shariah does not deal with only Salaat and Saum. Every department of life is subject to the ahkaam (laws) of the Shariah.

A man’s first and most important Tabligh is to his family.  But almost all of them neglect their families and pretend to be great muballigheen travelling around and adopting a holier than thou attitude when they address gatherings. They not only forget, but deliberately plug their ears when the following naseehat of Allah Ta’ala is mentioned:

“O People of Imaan! Save yourselves and your families (wives and children) from the Fire whose fuel is men and stones.”

Generally, we have seen that there is no barkat in the lives of  those Tablighis who  commit injustices to their families. While they will speak loudly and much about ‘yaqeen’, there is not  a semblance of yaqeen in their own lives.

Another evil which we have observed in many members of the Jamaat, is their reckless disregard  when it comes to paying debts. They plead poverty and  have no money to pay debts, but they have money to travel around. People in debt should not  go on Tablighi journeys as long as they have not settled their debts. They should work, pay their debts, support their families, and then if they have surplus funds, sufficient for the journey and  for their families during their absence, will it be permissible to participate in a tabligh journey.

Furthermore, if they have no  trustworthy mahram male to  take care of their families  during their absence, then it  will not be permissible  to go on a tabligh jamaat journey.  Allah Ta’ala has endowed  the Mu’min with sound Aql. If he does not employ his intelligence correctly within the bounds of the Shariah, his Aql will then not only atrophy, but his thinking will retrogress and his whole outlook in life will become corrupt regardless of how long he participates in Tabligh Jamaat activities.

This  applies not only to the Tabligh Jamaat people. It also applies to the Khaanqah people of today. We are aware of so-called khalifahs, whose financial dealings are absolutely corrupt and putrid. Their dealings with   people and their families are rotten to the core. They are scoundrels who rob and fraud in the name of the Deen, yet they  proudly call themselves Ulama, Shaikhs and  Khalifahs. In this age, one has to be exceptionally careful before getting hooked to a ‘khalifah’. These people  dupe, mislead and  rob  their mureeds, and all of this thuggery in the name of the Deen!

The type of naseehat we offer  annoys and offends people, i.e. such people who believe that they are Deeni personnel, e.g. Tablighis, people of the Khaanqas and people of the Darul Ulooms. The reason for their annoyance is takabbur (pride), lack of Taqwa and worldly desires being prominent in their hearts. If a man has genuine Taqwa, even if it is in small measure, he will never take offense when his errors and sins are pointed out to him. He will reflect, appreciate the naseehat and strive to improve his Deeni, moral and spiritual life. May Allah Ta’ala guide  us all, and may He save us from the evil lurking in our nafs and from the snares and ploys of shaitaan.

The behavior of Tableeq Jamaat

Question: What say the noble Ulama and Muftis regarding the following issue:  An Ameer of the Tabligh Jamaat during the course of his talk said:

‘Now, people are saying that Mu’jizah is with the Ambiya.’ No! My friends, Muj’jizaat are with da’wat.j’jizaat”

Is this correct. In the Qur’aan Majeed in Surah Maa-idah Allah Ta’ala says: “Verily, Our Rusul came with Bayyinaat (Clear Signs).” It appears in Bukhaari Shareef: “There was not a Nabi except that he was given signs on the basis of which people would embrace Imaan.”

Is the statement of the Ameer not a distortion of the meaning in the Qur’aan and Hadith? Is this not ghulu’ (exceeding the limits) in the Deen? Does this statement have any adverse effect on Aqeedah (Belief)? Does it not bring about change in Imaan? Kindly elaborate on this matter.”

Muhammad Qaasim Bulandshari

Important Highlights of Qurbani Masaail

‘Those whose earnings are Haraam, for example, through interest, gambling, Insurance, robbery and theft should not participate in collective Qurbaani otherwise they are responsible themselves.’1
In the case of collective Qurbaani it will be necessary for those seven people participating together to be specified and to make an intention on their behalf,
A female goat is better than a sheep.2
It is sufficient to say, ‘Bismillah’ at the time of slaughtering and it is not necessary to say ‘Allahu Akbar’ although saying, ‘Bismillahi Allahu Akbar’ is in keeping with the Sunnah.3
It is the special favour of Allaah upon the Ummah of Muhammad (SAW) whereby the meat of the Qurbaani animal is Halaal for them.4
It is not permissible to distribute Qurbaani meat by estimation.

It is permissible to eat tripe.5
If the children are immature, then Qurbaani is not compulsory upon them.6
In fact, it will be valid to even include more than one person in a single share, so much so, that even if one makes Qurbaani on behalf of the entire Ummah in one share it will be in order.
It is not permissible to cut the hair of an animal once it has been purchased with the intention of Qurbaani7 and if someone has done this, it will be Waajib for him to give its price in Sadaqah.8
Sterility is not considered a fault for Qurbaani. Just as a castrated animal,
An animal is classified when it is unable to eat and drink, its Qurbaani will not be valid.9

Even if a person forgot to recite, “ بسم الله الله اكبر ” and slaughtered an animal, then too, its meat will be Halaal and it is permissible to eat it. This is because it will be accepted that the one slaughtering it on the basis of being a Muslim does not slaughter on any name besides the name of Allaah .10

Nothing else should be done before reciting “Bismillaah” so much so, that if a person lays the animal down and recites “Bismillah” then leaves that animal alive after which he slaughters another animal with the same “Bismillah” he had recited for the first animal, it will not be permissible to eat that slaughtered animal.11

It is not necessary for the husband to make Qurbaani on behalf of his wife.12
To render an animal unconscious by shooting it in the head or stunning it is not in keeping with the method of slaughtering according to the Sunnah method and Islaamic teachings.

The very first Qurbaani was made by the two sons of Hadhrat Adam (AS), Haabil and Qaabil which means both of them made one Qurbaani each.

The reason for naming the days of Tashreeq as Tashreeq is the fact that people used to slice the Qurbaani meat into pieces and dry them in the sun.
Any such meat which had been dried in the sun was termed “Tashreeq-ul-Lahm”.
According to some Ulema the reason for calling the Eid Salaah and the day of Qurbaani Tashreeq is the fact that the Eid Salaah is performed when the sun is shining.
It is Waajib to recite this Takbeer at least once from after the Fajr Salaah of the ninth Zil Hijjah to the Asr of the thirteenth Zil Hijjah immediately after the Fardh Salaah.13
To say it more than this is not Waajib.14
He will then have to give in charity the value of a sheep or goat.

The system of Allaah’s provisional power is such that He provides items in keeping with the necessity for them.

After slaughtering the animal, one will also have to slaughter the young that is removed and to eat it is Halaal.
If it is stillborn, it will not be valid to eat it. If it dies before being slaughtered, its meat is Haraam.15
If it was slaughtered after the days of Qurbaani have already passed and is eaten, then the value of the animal has to be given in Sadaqah. To do this is compulsory.
The condition for this is that no shareholder’s share be less than a single share and that each one’s intention is to make Qurbaani or Aqiqah.
It is not permissible to make Qurbaani of an animal that is a hermaphrodite.16
Before selling the Qurbaani animal’s hide, it can be used for oneself or even given to a wealthy person as a gift.
It is not valid to slaughter an animal for Qurbaani which has no teeth at all.

An animal which does not have a tail from birth is not permissible for Qurbaani.
بسم الله الله أكبر
بسم الله الله أكبر
It is not necessary to take the name of every shareholder at the time of making Qurbaani.
It is mentioned in Jami’ us Sagheer that the entire throat is a place of slaughter.
It is Sunnah for the slaughterer to face the Qiblah. It is Makruh to leave it out for no reason.17
بسم الله الله اكبر
If three are cut, then too it is valid and it will be Halaal to consume it. If only two were cut, then the animal is carrion and it will be Haraam to consume it.
If it is found that a live calf came out, then it should be slaughtered as well,
If the Qurbaani animal has given birth just before slaughtering, then the ruling for the calf will be the same as mentioned above.18

It is Makruh to separate the head of the animal before it can become cool after slaughtering, but the meat of the slaughtered animal will be Halaal.19

It is permissible to cook vermicelli on the day of Eid.
The Qurbaani of such an animal that was born without horns or the horns broke is valid.20
Shias are not Muslims, nor are they people of the book.
It is however better to give a live animal as charity.
As for those who are craftsmen, their tools also fall under actual necessity.
If the value of these items reach the nisaab amount, then Qurbaani will be compulsory upon the owner of them.
It is better for a student of Deen to buy books of Deen rather than performing Nafl Qurbaani.21
In Shari’ah, consideration is given to age and not to the teeth.
There is no doubt that the animal slaughtered by a Muslim woman is Halaal.

An animal that eats filth
If it is a camel, then it should be tied for forty days. If it is a cow or bull, then for twenty days and a goat should be kept confined and fed fodder for ten days.22

Qurbaani is remembrance of Ibraaheem
Consequently, the enthusiasm for giving one’s life and for giving others preference will be created. This is the soul of Qurbaani.
This is because the soul of Qurbaani is giving a life and the soul of Sadaqah is giving wealth.

Qurbaani is an important form of worship
Qurbaani is for three days

To feed the Qurbaani meat to workers
The rulings of Qurbaani do not apply after the meat has been cooked.23

The time of Qurbaani
It is permissible to do Qurbaani once the Eid Salaat has been performed in any Masjid or Musallah of the city. It is not necessary that the person performing Qurbaani should complete the Eid Salaat.
The person performing Qurbaani is in one country and the animal is in another country
It will be necessary to do the Qurbaani on the common Eid day between them.
Qadha of Qurbaani
Qurbaani is a separate form of worship. Just as fasting is not done by a person performing Salaat, and Salaat is not done by a person keeping fast, Hajj is not done by a person giving Zakaat. Similarly, Qurbaani is not done by a person giving charity.24
It is necessary to make Qurbaani during the days of Qurbaani.
The Qurbaani animal
It is not permissible to slaughter a horse, chicken, deer etc. because it is not proven from Rasulullaah (SAW) neither by action or word.
Eid Salaat is sufficient for Qurbaani
If the Eid Salaat is performed anywhere in the city, it will be permissible to slaughter the Qurbaani animal.

It is not a condition for the person performing Qurbaani to complete the Eid Salaat.
Qurbaani is Waajib (compulsory)
Rasulullaah (SAW) stayed in Madinah Munawwarah for ten years after Hijrah. He performed Qurbaani every year with punctuality.25
Payment of the butcher
It is not permissible to give the skin or meat of the Qurbaani animal to the butcher as payment or to stipulate it as the payment.
Being a butcher
It is valid to take up the profession of being a butcher and to sell meat.
It is not compulsory upon the immature children to make Qurbaani.

Giving meat to a non Muslim
It is permissible to give Qurbaani meat to a non-Muslim – not as payment.

How many Qurbaani are waajib?
One Qurbaani is compulsory upon the sahib-e-nisaab.
Raw meat
It is permissible to eat Halaal raw meat.
Removing the skin
It is impermissible and Haraam to remove the skin after slaughtering the animal, before it has cooled down. It is necessary to stay away from such an action.
It is not valid to stop someone from slaughtering a cow
It is not permissible for a Muslim to agree or back non-Muslims in stopping others from slaughtering cows because in it lays the destruction of Islaam. The person who supports the non-Muslims in the destruction of Islaam cannot remain a Muslim.26

Distributing the meat by weight
It should not be distributed by estimation.

The slaughtered animal of a dumb person is Halaal.

Animals that have worn out teeth
But it has the ability to eat grass, then it is valid to make Qurbaani of it.
It is not permissible to make Qurbaani of such an animal that is so lame that it cannot walk to the place of slaughter.
This young will be in the order of the mother, and the mother is a goat, so this young will also be a female goat.
Qurbaani is not compulsory on a mad person.
A traveller
It is not compulsory upon a traveller to make Qurbaani.
A person in debt performing Qurbaani
The person who is in debt should worry about fulfilling his debt.
There is more reward for slaughtering in Mina
It is for this reason that Rasulullaah (SAW) slaughtered 100 camels during Hajj, 63 he slaughtered himself and the rest he gave to Hadhrat Ali (SAW)
Performing Qurbaani on behalf of the deceased
Hadhrat Ali (RA) used to slaughter a ram for himself and a ram on behalf of Rasulullaah (SAW).27

How should Qurbaani on behalf of the deceased be performed?
It is however valid to make a nafl Qurbaani share and send the reward of it to more than one living and deceased individual/s.
Is charity or Qurbaani more virtuous for the deceased?
It is more virtuous to make Qurbaani on behalf of the deceased for Isaal e Thawaab than it is to give charity during the days of Qurbaani.
If an immature boy or girl is wealthy, owns nisaab, then Qurbaani is not compulsory upon such a person.

The slaughtered animal of an immature child
An immature child can slaughter an animal.
The slaughtered animal of a blind person
The slaughtered animal of a blind Muslim is Halaal
White antelope
It is not valid to make Qurbaani of a white antelope.
It is also conditional that the animals should not be wild but it should be tame and used to humans.28

Wasiyyah (bequest)
It is not permissible for the wealthy to eat of a Qurbaani animal that was made out of fulfilling a vow.29

It is permissible if a number of individuals take a share in a big animal for walimah and others for Qurbaani.
Qurbaani of a Deer
It is from among the wild animals and it is not permissible to make Qurbaani of wild animals.
There is no difference if it is tamed or not.30

Three day and forty day functions after a person passes away

Q: It is the norm to gather and recite Quraan for 3 days or 40 days after a person passes away. However, I have heard that Dar ul uloom Deoband does not approve of gathering for such recitations, even for 3 days. Please clarify whether it is a sunnah or bidah, and whether or not we should stop doing it?

A: These are innovatory practises. One should recite Qur’an individually at any time and convey the reward to the deceased.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.

Making one wudhu after another wudhu

Q: I read in a Hadith that the wudhu performed after another wudhu earns one immense reward. Is it permissible after one wudhu to make another wudhu based on this Hadith?

A: Performing one wudhu after another wudhu is an act of virtue and earns one immense reward, provided such an act of worship is performed between both wudhus which is only correct and valid with wudhu. E.g. A person reads namaaz between both wudhus, then the new wudhu will earn him reward. Otherwise it will be a mere wastage of water.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.

The Star newspaper in its edition dated 23 April 2014 under a headline caption,MOSQUE PHOTO ABUSE, reported the vile episode of a Madrasah teacher in the town of Evaton having subjected little girls to acts of sexual molestation on a frequent basis. The matter has been reported to the police who are investigating.

According to the Shariah, the parents of little girls attending the Madrasah need to be investigated for their gross dereliction of their Islamic duties and obligation, and for casting their little girls into the den of maniacal wolves. These reckless parents should now parley with their souls the demise of the hayaa and innocence of their little girls whom Allah Azza Wa Jal has bestowed as a sacred Amaanat in their custody. These little children are Allah’s property which He has assigned temporarily to the custody and care of parents. Along with the assignment of this Amaanat, Allah Ta’ala has, via His inviolable Shariah, attached many rights and obligations to the children and on parents respectively.

One of the sacred rights which the Shariah has awarded to a little girl is that her parents must ensure that she is treasured more than what a person treasures gold, silver and valuables. This sacred right, according to the Shariah, entails that once the girl attains the age of six years, she has to be completely secluded from males. Scornfully rejecting this divine command, parents recklessly entrust their little girls to scoundrel male teachers in whose shaitaani suhbat (satanic company) the little girls are thrust for hours on end.

Merely to satisfy their worldly cravings and their inordinate pursuit of mundane objectives, parents, especially mothers, renounce their Shar’i responsibilities with their wanton abandonment of the care of children, which Allah Ta’ala has obligated them. While mothers engross themselves in their haraam worldly pursuits, their little girls are being abused in the care of scoundrels operating under religious garb and guise.

Not so long ago, a shaitaan in Port Elizabeth who was supposed to be a Madrasah teacher, had perpetrated acts of sexual molestation on a multiple of little girls who were entrusted to his care. This kind of satanic misdemeanour is happening widely. Occasionally when the haraam shaitaani philandering of the teacher comes to light, the parents of the children who were the victims of the devil, crow much. They stupidly express ‘shock’ and ‘revulsion’. But they fail to understand that they are just as guilty as the scoundrel who had perpetrated the villainy, for they had allowed it to happen. They had paved the path for the ruin of their little girls.

It is HARAAM for a male to teach girls of six years and over even if the teacher has the countenance of a Buzrug. Shaitaan and the Nafs are the constant companions of even Buzrugs. Even Buzrugs may not be trusted with females and little girls. When the Shariah is recklessly, flagrantly and scornfully violated, the haemorrhaging consequences should be accepted without a murmur of surprise or shock. Allah Ta’ala punishes severely those who recklessly rebel against His Commands.

Leave alone kuffaar secular school, a girl may not be assigned to even a Madrasah where she will be under the tutelage of a male teacher. Nafsaaniyat and shaitaaniyat are always latent in a male. In a moment of ghaflat, a man drops his spiritual guard, and even the Buzrug is instantly transformed into a jaahil scoundrel with the greater part of his Aql becoming inoperative. Imaam Ghazaali (rahmatullah alayh) said that when the sexual instinct in man overwhelms him, the consequence of which is haraam involvement with females, 80% of his brain cells cease to function.

Don’t parents shame themselves for entrusting their little innocent girls to male teachers? Have they no regard for the responsibilities Allah Ta’ala has imposed on then regarding the care of their children? Yes, precisely because they lack shame and because they have abandoned their responsibilities, is the calamity of the violation of the innocence of their little girls imposed on them as a divine punishment.

It is the Waajib obligation of parents to ensure that their girls are taught by only female teachers. If a female teacher is not available, keep your daughters at home and devote some time to teach them within the sacred precincts of your home. Don’t shove them into the streets to be ambushed by the agents of Iblees. Then after Iblees has committed his acts of heinous notoriety, you want to blame the devil for having done his job.

When the evil comes to light, then excoriating the scoundrel in no way exculpates the parents who are Islamically complicit and culpable with the male teacher who had perpetrated his lustful villainy on the children.

Decades of devouring satanically ‘halaalized’  carrion chickens, carrion meat and even PORK in the form of  ingredients in satanically ‘halaalized’ junk ‘foodstuff’, has desensitized, not only the  palates of the masses, but also their Imaan. Thus, revelations of the pork content in the junk ‘foods’ hardly irks the devourers of carrion and rubbish junk  termed ‘food’.

The latest PORK revelation is the discovery of some PORK ingredients in some of Cadbury’s chocolates which Muslims devour with utmost relish, destroying their health and Imaan in the process. The PORK was discovered by the Ministry of Health   in Malaysia. The report in this regard states:

“The traces (of PORK) were found during a periodic check for non-halaal ingredients in food products by the Ministry of Health, which on Saturday said two of three samples of the company’s products contained pork traces, the website said.

The two products, Cadbury Dairy Milk Hazelnut and Cadbury Dairy Milk Roast Almond, were readily available in stores throughout the country, Nikkel said.”

The salient aspects of this haraam  PORK-CHOCOLATE debacle on which concerned Muslims should reflect are:

(1)    The PORK discovery was made during a ‘periodic check’. There was no prior suspicion which necessitated an inspection of the PORK chocolates.

(2)      Only three samples were tested. Cadbury  has hundreds of chocolate and sweet brands which have NOT been tested.

(3)      These chocolates are sold by the ton, not only in Malaysia, but the world over.

(4)     Prior to the PORK discovery, Muslims in Malaysia and all over the world were consuming these PORK chocolates.

(5)      Currently, even  ‘pious’ and concerned Muslims are continuing to devour these PORK chocolates. Millions of Muslims are still unaware of the PORK content in these chocolates. It will take considerable time for the news to filter through in order to reach every Muslim who consume these haraam PORK chocolates.

Furthermore, any claim that the PORK problem is restricted to Cadbury’s chocolates in Malaysia should be dismissed with contempt and regarded as an audacious attempt to bamboozle and hoodwink Muslims. And, only Muslims whose Imaan has been incorrigibly tarnished with PORK and CARRION will swallow this fiction which will be invented for the deglutition of moron Muslims who are addicted to  ‘halaalized” carrion and PORK.

The disease of PORK and other haraam ingredients in a myriad of junk ‘foods’, sweets, chocolates and commercial biscuits is endemic. All of these commercial, processed products are littered with a plethora of ingredients – haraam and mushtabah – camouflaged with  lengthy, unpronounceable chemical names and mysterious E-numbers – poisons compounded with poisons, culminating in the long term in a host of serious maladies such as cancer, diabetes,  kidney failure, liver-malfunctioning, blood pressure, etc., etc.

It is Waajib for Muslims to show mercy to their souls and bodies by abstaining from these destructive physical and spiritual poisons. Never accept the  vile ‘assurances’ of manufacturers and  of these evil ‘halaal’ certificate vendors whose primary objective is the haraam boodle which  has fattened their bodies which will be fuel for Jahannam. Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “The Fire has greater claim  over a body nourished by Haraam.”

In a damage-control stupid, misleading exercise to befuddle Muslims, the company  ‘assured’ “The company said it was undertaking a full review of its supply chain to ensure halal standards…..” Such hollow and deceptive assurances should be contemptuously dismissed. The indisputable fact is that the chocolates contained PORK. From whence did the PORK come?  PORK ingredients are the cheapest and according to the convoluted brains of manufacturers,  such ingredients produce the best results. How is it ever possible for Muslims to place any reliance on the word of entrepreneurs whose existence on earth is regulated  only by the objective of  making money? Money is their god. It is their all. How is it also possible for Muslims to accept the word of these  vile mercenary carrion-halaalization  outfits who trade in haraam  so-called ‘halaal’ certificates which in terms of the Shariah are  pure scraps of worthless papers designed to  hoodwink the Muslim masses?

Just examine the formidable  lists of ingredients on the wrappers of all processed products. Only minds which are the victims of intellectual and spiritual stultification will fail  to discern the poisons listed.

28 Rajab 1435 – 28 May 2014

The following  report depicts the mood of Muslims in Malaysia who had been conned into  consuming PORK Cadbury chocolates:

Muslim groups in Malaysia call for holy war against chocolate maker. Confectionery giant accused of ‘crossing the line’ after pork traces found Dairy Milk Hazelnut and Almond ‘tested positive for traces of porcine DNA’

Company recalls two batches of their product amid threats of legal action. Groups call for Cadbury factories to be ‘shut down immediately’. Malaysian Muslims have called for a holy war against the confectionery giant Cadbury – after pork DNA was found in some of its products.

A group of more than 20 Malay-Muslim organisations say they want to declare jihad against the chocolate maker after two batches of chocolate products were recalled. The company has said that it was informed that samples of its Cadbury Dairy Milk Hazelnut and Cadbury Dairy Milk Roast Almond had ‘tested positive for traces of porcine DNA’. According to Malaymailonline, a news conference was held in Kuala Lumpur where the groups claimed Cadbury had ‘crossed the line’ and that quick action was now needed.

The website quotes one of the group presidents, Ustaz Masridzi Sat, as blaming social ills in Malaysia on Muslims eating food that was not halal.

He told the news conference: ‘Because the person eats pork it is difficult to guide him to the right path. ‘When the day of judgment comes, that person will be wearing a pig-face because of what he has eaten. ‘We need to unite, we must declare jihad.’ One group chief, Abu Bakar Yahya, claimed the pork traces were part of a wider attempt to ‘weaken’ the faith.

Another called for a nationwide boycott on the Cadbury’s products saying its factories should be ‘shut down immediately’, Malaymailonline reports. The president of the Muslim Consumers Association of Malaysia, Datuk Nadzim, said talks were already underway with Malay NGOs over the possibility of taking legal action. Cadbury said it had been informed of the porcine traces following tests carried out by the Health Ministry.”

Can women masturbate themselves in Islam?

Q: If a girl masturbates about her future husband is it haraam? If yes then how could one repent?

A: This is impermissible. She should sincerely repent for this and refrain from this in the future.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.

Muslim women watching soccer/football matches

The peculiar case of women attending football matches in the Saudi state (2014)

Compiled by Abu Yahya

Arab News on Thursday 23 January 2014 published an article entitled “A pleasant soccer shocker: US women in stadium” ( For the purposes of this post this is a direct copy from the Arab News article;

Saudi football fans were taken by surprise on Tuesday when a group of American women turned up at the King Fahd International Stadium in Riyadh to watch the football match between Al-Nasr and Shabab.
According to press reports, the group of women included senior consultants of US congressmen.
The Americans were allowed to enter the stadium after Prince Faisal bin Turki, president of Al-Nasr Club, received a letter from the Shoura Council stating that the women were interested in attending the match. Some of the women were holding yellow jerseys of Al-Nasr.
The news was a big hit on social networking sites because women are not allowed to enter stadiums across the Kingdom to watch football matches.
It also prompted many Saudi men and women to ask the government to lift the ban on Saudi women entering stadiums to watch football and other matches. “Why do the authorities allow foreign women to enter stadiums while they deny Saudi women the same privilege,” one person asked.
Al-Nasr Club and the Presidency of Youth Welfare organized the VIP lounge for the American women to watch the match. “The move was aimed at impressing the Americans with the Kingdom’s advanced sports facilities,” said a presidency official.
Sulaiman Al-Yousuf, manager of King Fahd Stadium, said the presidency instructed the stadium management to allow the women to watch the football match.

In light of the above we now present the following fatawa by leading Saudi ‘ulama (Courtesy: Abu Salih Mu’adh Khan –

Here is the Fatwa of Saudi Ulamah standing commitee on watching football games:

The scholars of the Standing Committee for Issuing Fatwas were asked: What is the ruling on watching sports tournaments such as the World Cup and so on?

They replied: Football matches that are played for money and similar prizes are haraam, because that is gambling. It is not permissible to accept a prize except in things that sharee‘ah has deemed permissible, namely racing horses and camels, and competing in archery. Based on that, going to matches is haraam and so is watching them [on TV], for the one who knows that they are being played for a prize, because going to them implies approval of them.

But if the match is not for a prize and does not distract one from what Allah has enjoined, such as prayer and the like, and it does not involve anything that is contrary to sharee‘ah, such as uncovering ‘awrahs, mixing of men and women or musical instruments, there is nothing wrong with that or with watching it. End quote.

Fataawa al-Lajnah al-Daa’imah , 15/238

Here is the Fatwa of Shaykh Uthaymeen (RA) (Saudi Scholar) on watching football games:

Shaykh Ibn ‘Uthaymeen (may Allah have mercy on him) was asked: What is the ruling on watching football matches that are shown on television?
He replied:
What I think is that watching matches that are shown on television and other events is a waste of time; a smart and wise man would not waste his time with such matters that bring no benefit at all.
This applies if it is free of other evils; if it is accompanied by other evils, such as if the viewer begins to venerate a kaafir player for example, then it is undoubtedly haraam, because it is not permissible for us to venerate the kuffaar at all, no matter how far they have advanced. It is also haraam if the thighs of young men appear, which may result in fitnah. So the correct view in my opinion is that it is not permissible for young men when they play football to let their thighs show, because that involves fitnah, even according to the view that the thigh is not ‘awrah. So I do not think that young men should ever show their thighs. If we say that the thigh is ‘awrah, which is a well-known view of the madhhab of Imam Ahmad, then the matter is clear: it is not permissible in any case.
What I advise our brothers to do is to make good use of their time, for time is the most precious of wealth. End quote.

Here is the Fatwa of Shaykh Jibreen (RA) (Saudi Scholar) on watching football games:

Shaykh Ibn Jibreen (may Allah have mercy on him) was asked: What is the ruling on women watching football matches for entertainment and to support a team?

He replied:

It is not permissible to watch matches, as the players are usually not dressed properly and some of the thighs show, or the awrah may be outlined by the clothes, and that is a fitnah for women. If the aim is to relax, then that may be done by remembering Allah, reciting Qur’aan, and reading books of hadeeth, fiqh and ahkaam. End quote from the website of Shaykh Ibn Jibreen.

End quote.
We say: Those who use the fatawa of the Akabirin of the Saudi state (viz. the likes of the al-Lajnah and the scholars associated with the al-Lajnah, or the likes of Bin Baz, al-Jibrin, etc.) against the Ash’aris, the Maturidis, the Tabligh Jama’at, the Sufis, etc. should not be selective and should also apply their fatawa, as in the above quotations, directly against the Saudi state, Prince Faisal bin Turki and all those involved. Selectively using the fatawa of the Akabirin to label vast groups of Muslims as deviates is hypocritical.  In the like manner the abovefatawa should be applied as well. Failing this, we can rest assure that this group of people are nothing but fitnah-mongers, those who wish to sow discord amongst the Ummah for the purposes of boosting their own egos. May Allah protect us from this disease.
And Allah knows best

Mufti Abu Layth … a Salafi

Q. A scholar, Mufti Abu Layth has published some very queer views which appear to be in conflict with the Shariah. The following are some of his views:

  • Women may travel without a Mahram
  • A woman may pluck her eyebrows
  • Women may cut their hair
  • Wearing Niqaab is not permissible
  • Wearing the trousers below the ankles is permissible, and in fact necessary.

Please comment on these fatwas.

A. This flotsam disgorged by the jaahil is not ‘fatwas’. This disgorgement of rubbish is in fact the kufr excrement of his nafs. This moron character is a perfect example of the Signs of Qiyaamah. In fact, he is a manifestation of the Truth of Rasulullah’s Nubuwwat. One of the evidences of the Truth of a Nabi is the fulfilment of his predictions. Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) had predicted the appearance of miniature dajjaals and jaahil ‘muftis’ of the type of this human shaitaan.

The corruption of the rubbish he utters is so conspicuous and so self-evident to even the layman that it requires no Ilmi (academic) response. Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “Verily, I fear for my Ummah the Aimmah who mislead.” The world today abounds with deviate juhhaal who masquerade as Ulama. About these juhhaal, Nabi-e-Kareem (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said that the ignoramuses will refer to them. These juhhaal will issue ‘fatwas’ of jahaalat. They will be astray and lead others astray.

Never should such juhala be questioned on Deeni issues. In fact, looking at theirmabghoodh, mal-oon faces is also fraught with danger to one’s Imaan. They emit a terrible stench of kufr and Satanism.

Q. When voting, a coloured ink is applied to the thumb nail. This colour remains on the nail for a few days despite washing. Will wudhu be valid?

A. If it is only ink, it does not form an impervious layer to prevent water. It should be washed thoroughly. The mark will not affect wudhu. Only if it forms an impervious layer as cutex does, will wudhu not be valid. We are not aware of the texture of the substance. If it is established that the substance remains on the nail  as a non-porous  layer, then it will not be permissible to vote because wudhu and ghusl will not be valid.

Refund pf the money and return of a cat after being cheated

Assalamu alaykum respected hadhrat.

I have question. 3 days ago we purchased a cat believing it was a pure breed as advertised and promised.

We saved some money and replied to an add in which a pure male of a certain breed was promised.

We do not want our female to suffer without a male and don’t want her  to in through what her female companion went through.

So we wanted a male partner for her.

When my husband brought him i was shocked to see that he looks like a street cat mix.

And since in our home he  has only loose bowels.

He is quiet aggressive and difficult to handle in complete opposite to our breed cat.

So i contacted vets and they checked him for his loose motions and said he is just a street cat mix.

No sure breed of a certain kind on which t deal was sealed.

I right away contacted t sales people who kept telling me that  he  is a pure breed but refused to answer further questions.

So today i wanted to return him and even let them keep the money for their greed and asked why this cheating.

So now suddenly they are out of town for several weeks and state they will not return the money in this deal , which has not been mentioned at all.

I told them to keep the money but will return t cat as it is not what we agreed on while making t deal.

So now i stuck with difficult to handle street buddy.

Am i wrong for wanting to return  him as i did not wanted to buy a street mix but what was advertised in t add?

Would it be wrong to give him to other people or shelter ?

Please advice.

We have a pure breed and i do not want to mix her up additionally which would make it very difficult to sell some of her kittens and he is already quiet a problem.

What to do?

I did not listen to my husband advice to wait as we had pure breed selling in front of our door and I misinterpreted  my istikhara as those people kept pressuring me a lot to get t cat while we wanted actually to wait .

I stuck in a mess now.

Umm Muhammad

Your e-mail dated 26 April 2014 refers.

You are perfectly  correct to return the cat and demand a refund. They
have cheated you.  You may give the cat  to them even if they don’t
refund your money. You may give it to anyone you wish. Your attitude
for not wanting to keep it is valid.
