ZINA IN THE MUSJID COMPLEX

ZINA IN THE MUSJID COMPLEX

THE EVIL CONSEQUENCE OF THE BMJ’S FISQ AND FUJOOR

The following shocking revelation by a concerned Muslim of Benoni is a disgusting portrayal of the decades of fisq and fujoor of the ulama-e-soo’ of the Benoni Muslim Jamaat (BMJ), who have been running the Musjid and Madrasah affairs in Benoni.

“Assalamu alaykum,

In our town, (the town is Benoni – The Majlis) afternoon Madrassah classes are conducted in the Masjied complex. The classes are intermingled between boys and girls, some of whom are Baaligh.

Recently, a young girl and a boy were caught secluded in a toilet. The Ulama (the evil molvis of the BMJ – The Majlis) were shocked and outraged. (Shocked for what? They are the very causes of the zina, fisq and fujoor which have destroyed the morality of the pupils attending the madrasah-school. – The Majlis)

The girl was immediately expelled and the boy is also about to be expelled. (Why did they not expel the scoundrel boy also immediately? – The Majlis)

Some Ulama (of the BMJ) suggested that the boys and girls be segregated as there are enough classrooms etc. Others are unwilling to take this step and maintain that segregating the girls from the boys will be difficult. (Leave alone calling these villainous thugs, ‘ulama’. Are they even Muslims? – The Majlis)

Many people in our town are shocked that even Zina is being committed in a Waqf premises and that too in the shadow of Allah’s House under the noses of Ulama. (The shock of the people is stupid. The people too are complicit in the ruin of the morals of their children. When even baaligh boys and girls are in the same classroom, what is expected? Do you expect churning out saints or immoral devils?

Some of us who are speaking out are branded as “Majlisi” and are regularly referred to as extremist by Radio Islam (Radio Shaitaan) etc. (All of these ‘some who speak out’ are spineless dumb devils to have maintained silence after making feeble sounds and offering muffled opposition. A hue and cry were necessary to bring the moral thugs of the BMJ to book and to their senses. For decades have they ruined the morality of generations of children with their haraam school and madrasah arrangement.

Our advice to the community of Benoni is to boot out the scoundrels who have allowed the moral rot and corruption to have reached this sewerage and gutter level where zina is committed right inside the madrasah premises in the Musjid complex. This is not an issue to hush-up or to sweep under the rug. The situation is absolutely rotten to the core just as rotten as the BMJ molvis are.

Of great concern is the absolute silence of The Jamiats and the senior Ulama.” (These Jamiats have degenerated into Satanism. They have lost all of their Islamic bearings. They are in fact the architects of fisq and fujoor. Expectation of any goodness emerging from these ulama-e-soo of these villainous jamiats is a distant pipe dream. They are sinking in the quagmire of filth and haraam which they have created for themselves –The Majlis)

Muslim woman claims discrimination on United flight 02:05

Tahera Ahmad says she was left in tears after being discriminated against
Ahmad says fight attendant denied her an unopened can, saying the can possibly could be used it as weapon
(CNN)A simple request for an unopened can of Diet Coke on a United Airlines flight left Tahera Ahmad in tears.

A Muslim chaplain and director of interfaith engagement at Northwestern University, Ahmad, 31, was traveling Friday from Chicago to Washington for a conference promoting dialogue between Israeli and Palestinian youth. She was wearing a headscarf, or hijab.

For hygienic reasons, she asked for an unopened can of soda, she said. The flight attendant told her that she could not give her one but then handed an unopened can of beer to a man seated nearby. Ahmad questioned the flight attendant.

“We are unauthorized to give unopened cans to people because they may use it as a weapon on the plane,” she recalled the flight attendant telling her.
When Ahmad told the flight attendant she was being discriminated against, the attendant abruptly opened the beer can.

“It’s so you don’t use it as a weapon,” Ahmad said she was told.

Shocked, Ahmad asked other passengers if they had seen what happened.

A man sitting across the aisle turned to her and yelled, “You Muslim, you need to shut the f— up,” she said.

“What?”

The man leaned over, looked her in the eyes and said: “Yes, you know you would use it as a weapon. So shut the f— up,” according to Ahmad.

“I felt the hate in his voice and his raging eyes,” Ahmad wrote on Facebook while the plane was still in flight. “I can’t help but cry … because I thought people would defend me and say something. Some people just shook their heads in dismay.”

After her Facebook post, people took to social media in support of Ahmad using the #unitedfortahera hashtag. Some pledged to boycott United.

Suhaib Webb, a prominent Muslim American imam, tweeted, “I’m asking all of you to let @united know that you are disgusted with this bigotry.” He also tweeted a photo of a can of Diet Coke over #unitedfortahera.
In a statement, United spokesman Charles Hobart said the airline “strongly supports diversity and inclusion.”

“We and our partners do not discriminate against our employees or customers,” the statement said. “We are reaching out directly to Ms. Ahmad to get a better understanding of what occurred during the flight.”

“We are also discussing the matter that Ms. Ahmad describes with Shuttle America, our regional partner that operated the flight. We look forward to speaking with Ms. Ahmad and hope to have the opportunity to welcome her back.”

Ahmad, who has Premier frequent-flier status with United, said Saturday that she had not heard from the airline.

“I’m not doing this to go after United Airlines. This is about bigotry and racism and our country is going through a very difficult time right now. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and so many others worked so hard …” Ahmad said, breaking into tears.

“They strove so hard so that Americans would not mistreat each other on the basis of the color of their skin or religious or ethnic background but I guess we’re still on that journey.”

The flight attendant as well as the pilot later apologized, she said.

“She said she’s working on her rude behavior and that the man (sitting across the aisle) should not have said anything,” Ahmad recalled.

Ahmad was recognized at the White House last year “as a leading Muslim female in the United States” during Women’s History Month, according to Northwestern University. She had previously attended a Ramadan dinner hosted by President Barack Obama.

In 2013, Ahmad sparked outrage among Islamic conservatives when she became the first woman to recite the Quran at the Islamic Society of North America convention in Washington, the nation’s largest Muslim gathering, according to Northwestern.

Ahmad was born in India and grew up in Morton Grove, Illinois. She said she has been spat on and had her hijab ripped off in Islamophobic encounters after the September 11, 2001 terror attacks.

“This time I was being treated as a threat to everyone around me 30,000 feet above the ground and being told that I could use a can of Diet Coke as a weapon,” she said. “And no one said anything.”

The incident comes amid growing hostility toward Muslims living in the United States.

On Friday, protesters at a “Freedom of Speech” rally outside a Arizona mosque were met by counterprotesters. The two groups lined opposite sides of the street in front of the Islamic Community Center of Phoenix. They yelled at each other as a line of police officers kept them apart, CNN affiliate KNXV reported.

The Islamic center is the mosque once attended by Elton Simpson and Nadir Soofi, who drove from Arizona to a Dallas suburb to shoot up a Prophet Mohammed cartoon contest there. Both were killed by police early this month. Many Muslims consider demeaning depictions of Mohammed to be blasphemous and banned by Islamic law.

In Washington, activist and conservative blogger Pamela Geller of New York wanted to place ads showing cartoons of Mohammed in the capital’s transit system. She hoped to display the winning cartoon from her group’s contest in Texas — the one where Simpson and Soofi were killed by police. The Washington Metro board voted to stop showing issue-oriented ads throughout its system.

Events such as this have some Muslims scared, said Imraan Siddiqi with the Council on American-Islamic Relations.

“Recently, the mosques here in Phoenix actually received threatening letters — very specific threats, saying that we are going to massacre your congregations,” he said.

In a national survey by the Pew Research Center in 2013, 42% of respondents said Islam was more likely than other religions to encourage violence among its believers. In addition, Muslim Americans are seen as facing more discrimination than other groups, including gays and lesbians, Hispanics, African Americans and women.

According to the survey, 45% of the respondents said Muslim Americans face “a lot” of discrimination, and 28% said Muslims are subject to some discrimination.

Chinese court jails Muslim for 6 years for growing beard, wife gets 2 years for wearing veil

Chinese court jails Muslim for 6 years for growing beard, wife gets 2 years for wearing veil
By AFP Published: March 30, 2015
BEIJING: A court in China’s mainly Muslim Xinjiang region has sentenced a man to six years in prison for “provoking trouble” and growing a beard, a practice discouraged by local authorities, a newspaper reported Sunday.
The court in the desert oasis city of Kashgar sentenced the 38-year-old Uighur to six years, while his wife was given a two-year sentence, according to the China Youth Daily.
The man “had started growing his beard in 2010″ while his wife “wore a veil hiding her face and a burqa”, the paper said.

The couple were found guilty of “picking quarrels and provoking trouble”, a vague accusation regularly used in the Chinese judicial system.
For more than a year the authorities in Xinjiang have been campaigning against men growing beards – a practice officials associate with extremist ideas.
A campaign dubbed “Project Beauty” also encourages women to leave their heads bare and abandon wearing the veil, a relatively widespread practice among the Uighurs – the main Muslim ethnic group in Xinjiang.

The Kashgar couple had “received several warnings” before being charged, the newspaper reported, citing local officials.
“Since the beginning of the year, a certain number of people breaking the regulation on beards, veils and burqas have been prosecuted and sentenced,” officials in Kashgar were quoted as saying by the paper.
Kashgar authorities could not be reached for comment Sunday.
Rights groups believe Beijing’s repression of the Uighurs’ culture and religion has fanned tensions in Xinjiang, a resource-rich region that abuts central Asia.
Violence increased last year and at least 200 people were killed in a series of bombings and deadly clashes with security forces, blamed by Beijing on “separatists” and “religious extremists”.
In April last year authorities in Xinjiang’s Shaya county offered cash to informants to report on neighbours with excessive facial hair.
In August authorities in Karamay city banned people with large beards or Islamic clothing from travelling on public buses.
Shocked at the jail sentence rights group said in a statement that such a case would not happen in any other country.
“It is unacceptable and absurd. It exposes China’s hostile attitude and crisis of governance,” said spokesperson for the exile World Uyghur Congress.
He added that “If a Chinese person grows a beard, it is a personal fashion he is allowed to choose freely. If a Uighur grows a beard, he is a religious extremist.”

A girl is far more responsible for rape than a boy, says Delhi bus rapist

One of the men involved in the 2012 Delhi gang rape has sparked outrage after claiming his victim was to blame for her sexual assault.

http://tribune.com.pk/story/846490/a-girl-is-far-more-responsible-for-rape-than-a-boy-says-delhi-bus-rapist/

“A girl is far more responsible for rape than a boy,” Mukesh Singh said in an interview from jail, according to The Telegraph.

The gang rape of the 23-year-old woman on a moving bus in New Delhi had shocked the world and prompted protests from women in India seeking protection. But Singh said women who went out at night had only themselves to blame if they attracted the attention of gangs of male molesters.

“You can’t clap with one hand – it takes two hands,” he said, in an interview for a BBCdocumentary.

Not remorseful for his action, Singh shifting blame on the victim herself for the act said, “A decent girl won’t roam around at 9 o’clock at night. A girl is far more responsible for rape than a boy. Boy and girl are not equal. Housework and housekeeping is for girls, not roaming in discos and bars at night doing wrong things, wearing wrong clothes. About 20 per cent of girls are good.”

Further, describing the killing as an ‘accident’, Singh said, “When being raped, she shouldn’t fight back. She should just be silent and allow the rape. Then they’d have dropped her off after ‘doing her’, and only hit the boy.”

He elaborated if Jyoti and her male friend who she was going back home with, not resisted the attempt he and his five other gang members would not have beaten her up leading to her death.

Singh, a slum-dweller who was 26 at the time of the attack, was driving the bus when the abduction occurred and denied involvement in the attack itself. However, the court rejected his claims adding there was strong DNA evidence against him and he could have stopped the act.

With his death sentence currently on appeal, Singh said the executions will only further put lives of future rape victims at risk.

“The death penalty will make things even more dangerous for girls,” he says. “Before, they would rape and say, ‘Leave her, she won’t tell anyone.’ Now when they rape, especially the criminal types, they will just kill the girl. Death,” he said.

Women in Islam

Posted by: TheMajlis

Hadhrat Aishah Siddiqah (radhiyallahu anha) nllam) narrates

“Verily, Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) cursed the rajlah among women.” (Abu Dawood)

The term rajlah is the feminine of rajul which means ‘a man’.Thus , rajlah means ‘a man-woman’ or a defeminized woman or a masculinized woman. Hadhrat Aishah (radhiyallahu anha) said that such women were cursed by Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam). Women who emulate men in their appearance, dress, attitudes, etc., are termed rajlah and the la’nat (curse) of Allah, His Rasool and the Malaaikah perpetually settle on these feminized or masculinized females.

A salient feature of such women is that they vie with males in fields which Allah Ta’ala has ordained exclusively or primarily for men. They seek leadership and exposure. They love public platforms and always crave to exhibit themselves in public. They are generally raucous, loud and immodest. They detest domestic work and the home-role which Allah Ta’ala has made Waajib for them.

They display the tendencies of lesbians and many of them are in fact lesbians or female homosexuals. They insist to be in the street and out of the home in conflict with Allah’s prohibition:

“And remain (glued) inside your homes, and do not make an exhibition of yourselves like the exhibition (of the women of) Jahiliyyah.” (Qur’aan)

These specimens of humanity cursed by Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) have taken over from the kuffaar the slogan and concept of ‘the equality of sexes’, but there is no such stupid idea in Islam. While these defeminized women scream the slogan of ‘equality of sexes’, the Qur’aan explicitly and categorically affirms the superior rank of men and that males are the rulers of women.

The masculinized women try to push themselves into the forefront of spheres belonging to males inspite of Rasulullah’s order:

“Put them (women) behind just as Allah has put them behind.”

Women of this kind—masculinized women, defeminized women, women with lesbian tendencies—who crave to stand shoulder to shoulder with men in the public howling slogans, form dangerous marriage partners. Men of Deeni concious should be careful when choosing a marriage partner. It is necessary to watch out for these accursed tendencies and attributes before plunging into marriage.

Marriage with masculinized women can last only if the husband buckles and accept the role of a dayyooth (cuckold). Under the domination of the masculinized woman, a man will have to agree to hand over his pants to the ‘he-her’- to the rajlah mal-oonah (the accursed male-woman). All women who compete with men and endeavour to be in public at the helm are women of this ilk.

The ideal woman of the Qur’aan and Islam is described by the Qur’aan Majeed in the following glowing terms: “(Such women who are) chaste,Simple and believing..”

The attributes of uprighteous Muslim females are Imaan, chastity and simplicity. They are not like the accursed masculinized or defeminized women who love public platforms and who detest the home-role for which Allah Ta’ala has created them. When a woman detests her natural divinely ordained role, then she must necessarily be unnatural and abnormal. Since she imitates and emulates men of her own free accord, Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) cursed her. Such women need to reflect and understand the umbrella of divine la’nat which covers them.

Gaza – The Call Of The Hour

Gaza – The Call Of The Hour

“This Ummah is like the head to a body. If the head pains, then the entire body pains.”By: Administrator 1

Nabi Sallallahu alahi wasallam combined the Ummah to one body. No matter where a reciter of the Kalimah may be, he automatically becomes part of the body of the Ummah.

Be it a single person from the mountains of Africa, or from the deserts of Arabia, to the ice land of Antarctica. By his/her proclamation of the Shahaadah, he/she joins the family of the Ummah-the body of the Ummah.

In the meaning of the Hadith, the explanation is given and understood as to no matter where, who or how many Muslims are suffering in any place of the World, the rest of the Muslims also should feel their pain and suffering. This is felt in the heart of the rest of the Muslims.

Currently, as we, and even the Kuffaar are aware of the inhumane, unjust, cruel, tyrannical, brutal and unfair battle the Zionist Israel is carrying out in the land of Palestine, and in particular Gaza, this has truly angered the Muslims throughout the World who have a soft heart towards fellow Muslim brethren.

Besides Saudi Arabia, many non-Muslim countries have raised their disagreement regarding the cruel approach and attack of Israel to Palestine. The so-called ‘Custodians of the Haramain Sharifain’ have thus far remained silent. If they are supporting Palestine, then why are they doing so secretly, in the dark? Why do they leave scope for doubt to the minds of every Muslim? Why are they afraid to come out of the dark and announce their support, aid and contributions to Palestine openly, if they are doing so?

Be that as it may, we shouldn’t suspend our dependence on Saudi Arabia. Many supposing ‘good’ and ‘serving’ people end up to be the worst under the canopy of the sky. Many a times our good, dear and near friends turn out to be our enemies whose every heartbeat pumps out hatred and enmity against us, but seem ‘good’ outwardly and in our presence.

It should be understood that this war cannot, will not and should not be expected to be won by us protesting, marching and signing petitions. The only concept which seems to be the end results of such marches, are the support of many non-Muslims who participate and show their support to the Palestinians.

But the sins are much more and greater for Muslims who attend such marches, and they are doubled for Muslim sisters to join. Let us understand a few sins which are committed by participating in such marches.

Let us understand a few sins which are committed by participating in such marches.

  1. Females emerging from their homes-Haraam
  2. Intermingling takes place during marching-Haraam
  3. Photography and videoing takes place-Haraam
  4. Islamic dressing is ignored-Haraam
  5. Females voicing their protest, thus their voices are heard-Haraam

These are just the tip of the ice-burg, by scrutinizing the whole marching procedure, many more Haraam activities will most definitely be extracted.

When so many Haraam concepts are linked with the marching, how then will we see the fruits of the effort of marching?

Thus, we have come to the conclusion that the current marches held are not fit for Muslims, yes; if the Kuffaar organize them, leave it to them to participate in. But no Muslim should be seen on the streets marching and aping the Kuffaar. We have to find an alternative way to rescue Palestine from the clutches of the Jews…

The Alternative Way:

What is the alternative way will be the question perhaps posed as you read this.

The alternative way is to return back to the Sunnah way. Let us look at our daily lives and see how much do they conform to the Sunnah. Or rather, let us not go into the depths of our lives; let us take the majority Sunnah aspects which many Muslims have neglected. Remember, ‘As you are so will be your rulers be’!

Majority of Muslim men have clean shave beards! How then do you expect Allah’s Aid to come to Palestine?

Majority of the men neglect performing Salaah with Jamaat in the Masjid!

Majority of the men wear jeans and tops which are the dressing mode of the Jews and Christians!

Many Muslims have music ringtones on their cell phones; thereafter they enter the Masjid-house of Allah- and introduce music in the masjid when their phones ring!

Many Muslim women have followed their desires and passions by adopting Haraam scarves which have ‘camel humps’ on their heads. Thus they make themselves more attractive to young Muslim boys in order to flirt and meet with them in a Zina relationship. Or just for the sake of fashion, because, “My neighbor and friends have one, so I must also have the same!”

Many Muslim females have immoral dressing habits. Thus on the blessed days of Eid, they are the saddest people to see dressed in conformity to the Hadith; “Many women who were dressed in the World will be naked in the Hereafter.” Why? Due to their shameless, see-through, tight fitting, flimsy, latest fashioned Abaayas and camel humped scarves. Shaitaan will make them feel ‘pious’ by making them wear a ‘mocking, postbox Purdah’ with Maskaarah on their eyes to send easy ‘eye winking mails’ to every Tom, Dick and Harry, Yusuf and Ahmad.

Nabi Sallaahu alahi wasalla stressed much to the dressing of women. Today, the role model of all women is in front of all, she is the beloved daughter of our Nabi-Hadhrat Faatimah Binte Muhammad. How strong was her Purdah? Today, Muslim women have turned a blind eye to the strict Purdah of Faatimah and opted to their own ‘strict Purdah’ which generally comes with fancy, colourful and high heeled shoes and camel humped heads!

Look at the non-Purdah taking place at our functions, Walimahs and Haraam weddings! Look at how Ulama have destroyed the concept of proper Purdah and invented a ‘Nafs-friendly’ ‘mocking’ Purdah facilities at their so-called ‘Muslim schools’.

Look at the hairstyles of our youth, both boys and girls. So shamelessly with weird hairstyles, resembling chicken heads, will they parade in the Masjid with Na-Paak Kaafir-Allah hating-soccer players names engraved on their backs, and will fall on their knees and make Sajdah to Rahmaan-The Rabb Who loves the Muslims! Not to speak about the girls who will occupy all their free time chatting on their cellphones to only Allah knows who. Even on Eid day, they will try to deceive Allah by becoming ‘pious’ Eid morning, but throwing off their piety after breakfast, thus donning their skinny jeans, tops and exposing their dyed hair to every male.

Look at the expensive Masaajid, comfortable Musallaas, luxury toilet facilities and taps, yet left empty Fajr time. If Fajr Salaah resembles Jumu’ah Salaah, then will we see some change in the Muslims World. If futile, modern and liberal newspapers which promote photography are forbidden to be distributed in the Masjid, and Deeni, Haq and reliable newspapers written by Ulama who speak the Haq are allowed to be distributed from the Masjid, then we will see a change. Currently it is the opposite, newspapers written by modern thinking, beardless, suit and tie wearing morons with sinister ideas are allowed to be handed out in the Masaajid and Haq newspapers, written by Allah fearing Ulama who have given preference to the Sunnah over the World and are obedient to Allah, are not allowed to be distributed from the Masaajid! How sad!

Look at the wastage taking place at our functions. Leave alone the Haraam weddings, even Jalsahs and Eid meals are turned into venues of Israaf. A happy occasion of the completion of the Quraan Majeed, a time when thousands of Angels descend with the Divine instruction to say Ameen to the Du’as made thereafter, a deaf ear and blind eye is turned to Du’as and preferences are given to merrymaking functions and feasts. How sad won’t the Angels be to find the Ummah to be involved in dining, drinking and talking worldly-affairs after the great completion of the Quraan Majeed-when Du’as are supposed to be made?

Eid day, halls are booked to host the family which consists over 100 individuals. The holy days of Eid, the first, Eid-ul-Fitr is a day on which the favour and forgiveness of Allah settles on the Ummah, and the second, Eid-ul-Adhaa, the great sacrifice of Ibrahim Alaihis Salaam is supposed to be remembered, but they are totally forgotten. At the pre-booked hall-which costs thousands of Rands-intermingling takes place, sitting against the Sunnah takes place and wastage of food takes place. Whereas, Nabi Sallalahu alahi wasallam said: “To sin on the days of Eid is as if to sin on the Day of Qiyaamah, in front of Allah Ta’ala.”

Thus, when we pull up our socks, shake off our Nafsaaniyat and focus towards pleasing Allah Ta’ala will victory be tasted and enjoyed in foreign Muslim countries. When we stop screaming and shouting on the streets during marches for the freedom of Gaza whilst wearing the clothing of those who are occupying, bombing and killing our brothers, sisters and children in Gaza, and resort to wearing the Sunnah Kurtah and Topi with our trousers above our ankles and perform two Rak’aat Salaah at home or in the Masjid followed by a Du’a, asking Allah Ta’ala to free Gaza from the clutches of the Yahood, will we see victory.

But the hearts are veiled, eyes blinded and ears deafened to understand the simple solution of seeing the Muslim Ummah enjoying victory and the World coming to our feet. Perhaps this blindness, heartless and deafness has developed in us by the Haraam carrion we devour, namely Earlybird, Rainbow and all other similar brands. Even the fillets of our savouries for the month of Ramadhaan were not spared from these Haraam chicken fillets!

Perhaps this evil disease of continues sinning has developed in us by the haraam television which has been legalized by Ulama and we enjoy to watch. Perhaps this sickness of love for pride, wealth and name and fame has been created in us by the evil programs we love to watch on TV.

Cry, O Muslims, cry! For how long will we carry on marching and chanting slogans of peace for our Muslims in Palestine whilst we wear the clothing of those who are killing our brothers and sisters in Palestine? For how long will we carry on marching on the streets, behaving like monkeys and scream for peace for our Muslims in Palestine whilst keeping our Masaajid empty Fajr time? For how long will we carry on joining marches whilst the Book of Allah, the Quraan, is packed away on the shelves and brought down only before Raadhaan or some ‘big night’? For how long are we going to attend marches whilst our mothers and sisters carry on driving big cars, 4x4s and luxury, sporty cars?

Nay, O Ummah! Wake up and obey Allah! Wake up and attend the Masjid for Fajr Salaah! Wake up and stand in front of Allah! Wake up and cry to Allah! Wake up and complain to Allah about Israel! Wake up and tell Allah about the injustice taking place in Gaza! No, no marching! No shouting! No phoning on radio stations and telling the sad condition of Gaza! Tell Allah! Turn to Allah!

   “Run to Allah.” [Quraan]

The system of Modesty & Chastity in Islam-

Importance of marriage and its stability:

Whereas Islam has made it a father’s responsibility to arrange, timely marriage of his son or daughter, the son or the daughter are also required to understand its importance and not to oppose any such proposal made by the father. It is the father’s responsibility to make a suitable selection of a match for his son or daughter. Among other things he should have his eyes on the moral and religious sectors of prospective candidates. A boy or a girl with good religious background is expected to prove loyal and such a marriage may be stable and without troubles. Allah has forbidden marriage of Muslim males with polytheistic females:
“Do not marry the polytheist until they have embraced Islam and become faithful.”
The Muslim scholars have explained in detail the importance of this embargo as laid down by Allah in the Holy Qur’an.Shaikh ul Hind. Maulana Mahmood ul Hassan Rahmatullah alaih writes: “Marriage is such an institution that a man and a woman get most close and near to each other. Their mutual love, their actions and speech, everything has an effect on the other party. If the wife or the husband is a non-Muslim polytheist, the effects of evil belief are bound to fall on the Muslim wife or husband who upholds monotheism. A prolonged association with a person of evil faith may’ change the heart of the other party and may land him in the Fire of Hell. As such, such marriage must be eschewed.” Shah Wali ullah Rahmatullah alaih of Delhi has also expressed similar views.
Apart from moral and religious draw-backs of marriage with non-Muslims, even from worldly point of view, the chances: of such a marriage being successful are rare. When thinking is not alike, faith and belief is not alike, married life cannot give love and loyalty to the parties and there can be chances of frequent bitterness and temperamental differences. There are fears of modesty of the two sides, being affected. As such, no Muslim should think of marrying a non-Muslim.

It is harām for a male to teach girls of six years and over?

Question

A South African Mufti wrote on the topic of sexual molestation of little girls in madaaris and issued a fatwa that “It is HARAAM for a male to teach girls of six years and over even if the teacher has the countenance of a Buzrug.” He says this age limit was mentioned by Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanwi.

Please clarify this. How was this age limit (of 6 years) decided, and is this hurmat only due to khalwa happening between the teacher and the girl, or is it haram under any and all conditions?

Answer

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

This is the opinion of Mufti A.S. Desai (dāmat barakātuh), a senior Ālim of South Africa. If you require further clarification on his fatwā, you may contact him directly at the following address:

Muslim Driver Fights St. Louis Taxi Wardrobe Rules- a man with true Imaan, a Muslim

An Islamic cab driver in St. Louis is challenging the regional taxi commission’s wardrobe rules in court after receiving dozens of tickets for wearing traditional religious clothing.

Raja Naeem, 50, is a native of Pakistan who immigrated to the United States two decades ago and now lives in the St. Louis suburb of Manchester. He says his religious beliefs require him to wear a traditional head covering known as a kufi, a billowy shirt called a kurta and loose-fitting pants rather than the Metropolitan Taxicab Commission’s mandated uniform of black slacks and a white, button-down shirt.

He sued the taxi commission in St. Louis Circuit Court, alleging harassment and retaliation based on his religious views — including an arrest at Lambert-St Louis International Airport. On Monday, the two sides squared off in a case Circuit Judge Robert Dierker Jr. took under advisement without issuing a ruling.

“I want to practice my religion as well as provide for my family,” Naeem, a father of four daughters, said in an interview after the hearing.

Attorney Neil Bruntrager, who represents the taxi commission, said the regulatory agency has tried to accommodate Naeem’s ideology while still enforcing its wardrobe rules, which he said were created to help passengers clearly identify approved taxi drivers.

Bruntrager noted that the commission offered a compromise that would have allowed Naeem to wear a kurta as long as it was white and didn’t extend below thigh length. The commission agreed that he could wear the kufi on his head but said his pants must be black rather than the white leg coverings Naeem favors in tribute to the prophet Muhammad.

“All the tickets had nothing to do with him wearing (religious) clothing,” Bruntrager said in court. “It was the color requirements … Inherent in all this is the idea of easy recognition.”

Drew Baebler, Naeem’s attorney, said the taxi commission overstepped its authority when it interviewed Naeem’s imam about his religious views in an effort to resolve the dispute. He also noted that the commission allows drivers to wear sports jerseys when teams such as the St. Louis Cardinals and St. Louis Blues make the playoffs.

Why are female orphans being urged to accept misyar marriages?

Why are female orphans being urged to accept misyar marriages?

The Ministry of Social Affairs has recently announced that it will welcome misyar marriage applications for those who want to get married to female orphans under the custody of the ministry. Misyar is a type of marriage in which a woman waives many of the rights she would otherwise have in a regular marriage contract. According to the ministry, this step is in line with the development plans the ministry is implementing to improve all of its sectors.

Strangely enough, if a single female orphan wants to apply for a scholarship to study abroad, she cannot do that because the ministry requires each orphan to have a mahram (a male relative she cannot marry like her brother, father, uncle, etc) or a husband. The ministry says it has set the condition of mahram or husband to protect the interests of female orphans. Well, I do not think so.

Why does the ministry give an orphan the freedom to choose the husband who submits a misyar marriage application while it deprives her of the right to complete her education?

Misyar marriage does not require the husband to provide the wife with her Shariah rights, such as accommodation, maintenance and food. So where is the sense in what the ministry is doing? The ministry’s so-called protection centers, where orphans live, are similar to prisons. An orphan might choose a misyar marriage, which does not guarantee the basic rights for a wife, just to get herself out of one of these centers.

I don’t understand how the ministry can take in and adopt female orphans and take good care of them, and then encourage them to enter into a misyar marriage contract, which, as I have said, deprives wives of many of the rights a regular marriage contract guarantees for them. Why does the ministry allow orphans to become involved in a marriage devoid of any human value? Why does the ministry put so many obstacles in the way of orphans who want to complete their education?

If a girl has reached the age of marriage, she is old enough and adult enough to make her own decision about a suitable marriage partner. I wonder why the ministry does not have a clear-cut  policy which guarantees the rights of orphans. The ministry does not have any policy in place which frees orphans from the social shackles which bind them. Why do orphans not have equal opportunities in education, work and marriage just like other members of society? The Kingdom’s orphans deserve a better life.

The current situation of female orphans is a flagrant breach of their human rights. It is against the ethical meaning of social care. The ministry should put in place comprehensive policies and programs to help orphans cope with their lives and become integrated into Saudi society.

MISYAR MARRIAGES AND ORPHANS
There is nothing known as Misyar Marriage in the Shariah.
From its description it is a form of legalized prostitution.
Could someone enlighten me on the position of the
Higher Ulema on this. We do not hear of Misyar marriages
amongst Muslims in any other countries..other than
Saudi Arabia.
The Quran is clear about orphans.
We expect Saudi Arabia to set a good example.

Healing Hearts
In Saudi Arabia where not having a tribe or family equals struggle. I believe orphans boys and girls should be paired with eachother. Male and female orphans in Saudi would both relate and understand that feeling of not having a family name and they can build their future together. Only another orpahn can truly understand the profound loneliness of not having a family name especially in Saudi.

Misyar & Woman s Rights
Misyar Marriage is a regular marriage as the Scholars have mentioned with proofs where a Woman willingly forgoes some of her rights to get married. One of the proofs being that Umm al |M mineen Sauda radhiAllaahi anha gave up her right to stay with the Prophet sallallaahu alaihi wa sallam to Ummul Mu mineen Aishah radhiAllaahi anha. It s not prostitution or Temporary Marriage. All the rules of marriage are adhered to. And it depends on the woman which rights she is willing to forego.

Misyar & Women
According to the latest Statistics there are 1 million Saudi women above the age of 30 who are not married. Obviously, Women these days don t agree to be involved in Polygamous Marriages knowing very well that their Population all over the world outnumbers men except in countries like India were female foeticide & infanticide is practised.

Misyar & Education.
The author is making an erroneous comparison when she compares the right given to the orphan woman to AGREE to enter into a Misyar marriage & her right to education. The Ministry is not forcing her to enter into Misyar Marriage which is her right under the Sharee ah & also is not preventing her right to HIGHER education in the out of KSA by implementing the Sharee ah where a Woman is required to travel with a Mahram (which is for her own safety) & the proof for this are numerous.

Misyar & Education
The K.S.A authorities should be praised that they have set up such a mechanism based on the Sharee ah where even a Orphan Woman has the ability to be educated & get better education if needed outside even though there are ample opportunities for them in KSA. This, due to the numerous Hadeeths of Rsulullaah sallallahu alaihi wa sallam which encourage us to take care of Orphans.

Saudi Arabia’s Boudl Suites – Haven for Misyaar Marriages

There are few places in Saudi Arabia where one can rent a furnished and equipped apartment on a day-to-day or month-to-month basis. The Boudl Suites located throughout Saudi Arabia are one such place. They are an ideal and affordable option for the business traveler or for the couple who need a place to stay until they find their permanent residence. Boudl suites in the Al Fayhaa hotel in Riyadh for example are described as “very sophisticated and makes your stay in the city all the more comfortable. All the rooms of the hotel are well appointed and decorated with stylish furniture. The rooms are airy and spacious. The lighting arrangement is very soothing and makes you feel relaxed.

The Room Facilities at Boudl Al Fayhaa Hotel in Riyadh includes a wide variety of updated amenities. The rooms are categorized as standard rooms, double rooms, twin rooms and suites. The suites are a bit costly than the other rooms. The amenities in the room include air conditioners, direct dial telephone, mini bar, color television with satellite connection, and wonderful power supply. The rooms and suites are suitable for both the business and leisure guests. The amenities meet the requirements of both categories of travelers.

The rooms of the hotel give a spectacular view of the city’s skyline. This is possible due to the excellent Location of Boudl Al Fayhaa Hotel in Riyadh. The guests can marvel at the lovely landscape of the sitting while cocooned in the luxurious rooms.

All the rooms of the Boudl Al Fayhaa Hotel in Riyadh have a separate kitchenette area. The guests can cook their own food if they are willing to do so. The suites of the hotel are wonderful. They have different bed rooms and sitting area. The bathrooms of all the rooms are very well designed to provide the guests with superb comfort. The suits have special ceramic bathtubs and branded toiletries.

The twenty four hours operational room service is very efficient. The hospitality staff is very congenial. Their cordial behavior makes you feel at home. The guests residing here are kept entertained by the wonderful recreational amenities included in the Hotel Amenities and Services at Boudl Al Fayhaa Hotel in Riyadh.

The Room facilities at the Boudl Al Fayhaa Hotel in Riyadh are very much popular with the travelers residing here. Infact it’s the fantastic accommodation facilities that has make this one of the best Hotels in Riyadh in Saudi Arabia. Enjoy being at this luxurious accommodation with your friends and family in the next vacation.”

Now in addition to the business traveler or couple in transit, Boudl suites have also become a haven for those who have engaged in misyaar marriages as well. I have written previously on what a misyaar marriage is and who would want it and with this post, I will focus on misyaar marriages and the attraction of Boudl Suites. In most cases this will be a misyaar marriage between a Saudi man and either a Saudi woman or perhaps a woman of Arabic heritage. When a Saudi man and Saudi woman engaged in a misyaar marriage use the Boudl Suites where they can be together as husband and wife it could be for several reasons. The Saudi man may already have another wife and this is how he can be together and intimate with his other wife without the first wife’s knowledge. The Saudi man may travel frequently and engaged in a misyaar marriage with a Saudi woman or other woman and use the Boudl Suites as a venue where he can spend private time alone with her.The Saudi man may have married a Saudi divorcee with children from her previous marriage. She may be the one wishing for the misyaar marriage to be kept discreet and secret for if the children’s father becomes aware of her relationship with another man he may take the children away from her. Last but not least there are some enterprising women who readily market themselves as willing to enter into a misyaar marriage. With each marriage they do receive a dowry consisting of money, gold and jewels. They enter into a misyaar marriage for a specified term at which time the couple divorce which allows the woman to enter into another misyaar marriage. This becomes a profitable venture for the woman. And for all of these reasons, the Boudl Suites have become a rendevous point of choice for its conveniences, affordable prices and discretion.

If she can walk around in skin-tight clothes, why can’t I wear my veil?

In opposition to oppression, I feel a wonderful sense of freedom in my hijab. I feel protected and sheltered. PHOTO: AFP

Many people believe that the Islamic veil represents extremism, that it is a symbol of oppressing women. In April 2011, we saw France becoming the first European nation to ban the wearing of the veil in public. Several other countries, like Germany, Italy and Belgium among others, took inspiration from France and passed legislations banning the ‘hijab’. The irony is that even in the so-called Islamic Republic of Pakistan, a few schools forbid the wearing of the veil.

Ayman Mobin, a straight A’s student in O/A Levels and now a medicine student at Dow Medical College recalled,

“The director of Karachi Grammar School insisted I abandon my veil if I wanted admission there. Apparently, it was against their policy.”

The extremism concept works both ways. To be against the veil is one thing but to actually ban it and forcibly prohibit Muslim women from wearing it is the secular extreme. The veil is a religious issue, and hence, a highly personal one. To prevent women from wearing the veil is patriarchal dictatorship at its worst. The NGOs and feminists demand freedom and independence for women from their society. They argue that complete liberation of women will be only achieved when women will be allowed to do as they please. However, these organisations are strangely silent on the veil issue. This is inexplicable.

If a woman is allowed to saunter along the Karachi beach in skin-fitted Capri pants and shirt, a woman should be at complete liberty to walk the same length of a beach in the hijab. After all, in the industrialised pre-modern society we inhabit, the individual choice culture is prioritised. Insofar as the action of the person is not destructive to the social order and stability of the society, the person in question should be allowed to carry out the action he or she desires. It is true that in official, government-run places, like the court, NADRA or passport office, check-posts, prison or hospital, an identity check is imperative. In such cases, the veil-wearing women are perfectly willing to cooperate. They will show their faces if and when required.

Our reasons for wanting to cover our faces are very straightforward and simple. Firstly, it is the way we interpret a particular verse of the Holy Quran which tells women not to publically display their beauty or adornment (24:30). There are various interpretations offered for this verse and it is a basic human right to be allowed to follow one’s own religious leader’s interpretation, as long as the belief is not detrimental to the social security.

Some argue that the verse does not mention the covering of the face whereas some argue it does as the verse includes the word ‘zeenat’, which simply means beauty. And because one’s face goes a long way in determining how beautiful and attractive one is, women feel obliged to hide it as per the command in the Holy Quran.

I believe the veil maintains the social order of the society. Amina Ahmed, a trainee journalist in the UK, published an article in the Guardian titled, ‘My Niqab is my Identity’, where she refers to this conception as,

“A verse in the Quran tells us to cover our beauty and lower our gaze and to be modest so that we are not taken advantage of – and so that there are no out-of-marriage relationships, unwanted pregnancies and a society where children do not know who their father or mother is. It is not to oppress us, rather give us the privacy and respect we deserve.”

In opposition to oppression, I feel a wonderful sense of freedom in my hijab. I feel protected and sheltered. It gives me the privacy I desire and yearn for. Being a Muslim woman, it is part of my identity and it defines who I am. To have others dictate my mode of dressing by banning the veil only shows how rigid and inflexible people with power and authority can sometimes get.

It is my choice, it wasn’t enforced upon me. I admit there might be women out there who were forced into wearing the veil. But I’m not one of them and there are several other women like me. By banning the veil, the pattern of coercion actually just continues. Women who did not want to wear the veil were forced to wear it because they were probably ordered by the domineering men of their families. And, consequently, if banned, women who originally wanted to wear the veil would be prohibited from wearing it, forbidden to do so by the ruling state.

Either way, both scenarios boil down to compulsion and that is an ugly word in this era. Banning should not even be an option. I believe it is high time for people to dump their bias and prejudice towards what is simply a matter of one’s own choice.

Niqaab– from the lives of the pious

NIQAB FROM THE LIVES OF THE PIOUS

The following are a few examples of purity from the lives of the pious:

  • The Sahaba R.A. were the most God-fearing and high-ranking assembly, yet it is said to them in the Holy Qur’an:

When out of necessity you approach the house of the Prophet صلى الله عليه و سلم and you are in a situation where you have to converse with his صلى الله عليه و سلم wives, do not enter their homes and do not lift your gaze, but, converse and ask for your requirements from behind a veil.

  • Hadhrat Salim R.A. was a high ranking Sahabi and a household servant, Hadhrat Aisha R.A. did not observe Purdah in his presence because she knew it was not necessary for her to so in the presence of a servant. Hadhrat Salim R.A. stated:

I frequently visited Hadhrat Aisha R.A. to seek knowledge on Islam, being her servant, it was not necessary for her observe Purdah from me. One day I came into her presence and said:

‘O’ Mother of the Believers, please make supplication for me, that Allah (S) grant me barakah (blessings)’. Hadhrat Aisha R.A. asked, ‘what has happened, that you ask for me to supplicate for you?’ He replied, ‘today Allah سبحانه و تعالى has freed me, I am no longer a servant, I ask for you to supplicate for my new life’. Hadhrat Aisha R.A. replied, ‘May Allah سبحانه و تعالى grant you great barakah’, then she immediately pulled a curtain and went behind it to conceal herself, since that day Hadhrat Salim R.A. states I have never seen Hadhrat Aisha R.A.

Hadhrat Aisha R.A. was so steadfast and meticulous in observing the Purdah and abiding by the Shariah that as soon as Hadhrat Salim R.A. was freed and it became necessary for her to observe Purdah from him she immediately implemented the commandment of Allah سبحانه و تعالى.

  • Hadhrat Umme Salama narrates: Once Hadhrat Maimoona and I were sitting in the blessed company of Rasullullah صلى الله عليه و سلم, when we saw that Hadhrat Abdullah ibne Maktoom R.A. was approaching, he was a high ranking and blind Sahabi, so great in rank that Allah سبحانه و تعالى has revealed Ayah’s on him upon Rasullullah صلى الله عليه و سلم. On seeing him approach, Rasullullah صلى الله عليه و سلم stated to them:

Observe Purdah and conceal yourselves, Hadhrat Maimoona R.A. asked, O’ Rasullullah صلى الله عليه و سلم is Hadhrat Abdullah ibne Maktoom R.A. not blind? He does not have the ability to see us. Rasullullah صلى الله عليه و سلم replied, are you both also blind, do you also not have the ability to see him.

  • Hadhrat Sauda R.A. the wife of Rasullullah صلى الله عليه و سلم, had a step-brother from the same father, hence, it was not necessary for her to observe Purdah from him. However, a question arose when a man claimed to be his real father, stating he had fathered him prior to her mother marrying Hadhrat Sauda R.A.’s father, however, Hadhrat Sauda R.A.’s father claimed to be the real father. If the other man were the father then it would be necessary for Hadhrat Sauda to observe Purdah from him, as he would no longer be her stepbrother. This matter was brought forward to Rasullullah صلى الله عليه و سلم whom listened to both sides of the claims, and through the guidance of Shariah, Rasullullah صلى الله عليه و سلم verified that Hadhrat Sauda’s father was speaking the truth and he had rightful claim of fatherhood over Hadhrat Sauda’s stepbrother. However, Rasullullah صلى الله عليه و سلم gave the following advice to both Hadhrat Sauda R.A. and her stepbrother:

‘An indifference and doubt has arisen in your relationship of you being stepbrother and sister, it is better that you both safeguard yourselves by observing the laws of Purdah with each other’.

Hadhrat Muhaditheen R.A. have stated that Hadhrat Sauda R.A. is the Mother of Believers; she is the pure and virtuous wife of Rasullullah صلى الله عليه و سلم her rank and status is already in place. Her brother was such a Sahabi R.A., that from that moment on, until he passed away he observed Purdah from Hadhrat Sauda R.A. to such an extent that he never looked at her again.

Muslims are commanded to emulate the way of our beloved Prophet صلى الله عليه و سلم and the mother of Believers, his صلى الله عليه و سلم wives. To observe purdah is a beautiful and modest commandment, because by keeping the gaze lowered safeguards both a man and a woman from committing sins, drawing them closer to their Creator.

SEXUAL MOLESTATION OF LITTLE GIRLS

SEXUAL MOLESTATION OF LITTLE GIRLS

THE CONSEQUENCE OF SCORNFUL KUFR REJECTION OF THE SHARIAH

The Star newspaper in its edition dated 23 April 2014 under a headline caption,MOSQUE PHOTO ABUSE, reported the vile episode of a Madrasah teacher in the town of Evaton having subjected little girls to acts of sexual molestation on a frequent basis. The matter has been reported to the police who are investigating.

According to the Shariah, the parents of little girls attending the Madrasah need to be investigated for their gross dereliction of their Islamic duties and obligation, and for casting their little girls into the den of maniacal wolves. These reckless parents should now parley with their souls the demise of the hayaa and innocence of their little girls whom Allah Azza Wa Jal has bestowed as a sacred Amaanat in their custody. These little children are Allah’s property which He has assigned temporarily to the custody and care of parents. Along with the assignment of this Amaanat, Allah Ta’ala has, via His inviolable Shariah, attached many rights and obligations to the children and on parents respectively.

One of the sacred rights which the Shariah has awarded to a little girl is that her parents must ensure that she is treasured more than what a person treasures gold, silver and valuables. This sacred right, according to the Shariah, entails that once the girl attains the age of six years, she has to be completely secluded from males. Scornfully rejecting this divine command, parents recklessly entrust their little girls to scoundrel male teachers in whose shaitaani suhbat (satanic company) the little girls are thrust for hours on end.

Merely to satisfy their worldly cravings and their inordinate pursuit of mundane objectives, parents, especially mothers, renounce their Shar’i responsibilities with their wanton abandonment of the care of children, which Allah Ta’ala has obligated them. While mothers engross themselves in their haraam worldly pursuits, their little girls are being abused in the care of scoundrels operating under religious garb and guise.

Not so long ago, a shaitaan in Port Elizabeth who was supposed to be a Madrasah teacher, had perpetrated acts of sexual molestation on a multiple of little girls who were entrusted to his care. This kind of satanic misdemeanour is happening widely. Occasionally when the haraam shaitaani philandering of the teacher comes to light, the parents of the children who were the victims of the devil, crow much. They stupidly express ‘shock’ and ‘revulsion’. But they fail to understand that they are just as guilty as the scoundrel who had perpetrated the villainy, for they had allowed it to happen. They had paved the path for the ruin of their little girls.

It is HARAAM for a male to teach girls of six years and over even if the teacher has the countenance of a Buzrug. Shaitaan and the Nafs are the constant companions of even Buzrugs. Even Buzrugs may not be trusted with females and little girls. When the Shariah is recklessly, flagrantly and scornfully violated, the haemorrhaging consequences should be accepted without a murmur of surprise or shock. Allah Ta’ala punishes severely those who recklessly rebel against His Commands.

Leave alone kuffaar secular school, a girl may not be assigned to even a Madrasah where she will be under the tutelage of a male teacher. Nafsaaniyat and shaitaaniyat are always latent in a male. In a moment of ghaflat, a man drops his spiritual guard, and even the Buzrug is instantly transformed into a jaahil scoundrel with the greater part of his Aql becoming inoperative. Imaam Ghazaali (rahmatullah alayh) said that when the sexual instinct in man overwhelms him, the consequence of which is haraam involvement with females, 80% of his brain cells cease to function.

Don’t parents shame themselves for entrusting their little innocent girls to male teachers? Have they no regard for the responsibilities Allah Ta’ala has imposed on then regarding the care of their children? Yes, precisely because they lack shame and because they have abandoned their responsibilities, is the calamity of the violation of the innocence of their little girls imposed on them as a divine punishment.

It is the Waajib obligation of parents to ensure that their girls are taught by only female teachers. If a female teacher is not available, keep your daughters at home and devote some time to teach them within the sacred precincts of your home. Don’t shove them into the streets to be ambushed by the agents of Iblees. Then after Iblees has committed his acts of heinous notoriety, you want to blame the devil for having done his job.

When the evil comes to light, then excoriating the scoundrel in no way exculpates the parents who are Islamically complicit and culpable with the male teacher who had perpetrated his lustful villainy on the children.

REMEMBER THAT IT IS HARAAM FOR MALES TO TEACH GIRLS OF SIX YEARS.  WHAT THEN SHOULD BE THE REACTION WHEN MALE USTAADHS TEACH BAALIGH AND MURAAHIQ (CLOSE TO BULOOGH) GIRSL?  MAY ALLAH TA’ALA BESTOW AQL-E-SALEEM TO MUSLIMS WHO HAVE BEEN TORN FROM THEIR IMAANI MOORINGS.

NOORZAMAN “NAQSHABANDI” “SHAZLI”

NOORZAMAN “NAQSHABANDI” “SHAZLI”

THE BEDFELLOW OF SHAITAAN MASQUERADING AS A SPIRITUAL GUIDE (SHAIKH)

THIS IS A SPECIAL WARNING FOR WOMEN TO BEWARE OF THIS DEVIL ON THE INTERNET. HE OPERATES FROM KARACHI, PAKISTAN. HE EXPLOITS STUPID WOMEN FOR ATTAINMENT OF SEXUAL GRATIFICATION IN THE NAME OF ISLAM.

HE IMPOSES ON WOMEN TO REVEAL THEIR FACES, BODIES AND MORE ON THE PRETENCE OF TREATING THEM FOR JADOO (MAGIC), ETC. IT IS HARAAM FOR WOMEN TO REVEAL THEIR FACES TO UNSCRUPULOUS SHAYAATEEN IN HUMAN FORM. DON’T DEFILE YOUR MODESTY AND YOUR SACRED BODY TO GRATIFY THE FILTHY URGES OF THE DEVIL IN HUMAN FORM.

HE CLAIMS TO BE IN TOUCH WITH THE GREAT AULIYA WHO HAVE DIED MORE THAN A THOUSAND YEARS AGO, YET LIKE A MUNAAFIQ HE ABANDONS SALAAT CLAIMING THAT MAGIC HAS BEEN PERPETRATED ON HIM. HE CLAIMS TO APPOINT ABDAALS, YET HE PROPAGATES THAT IT IS PERMISSIBLE FOR FEMALES TO SAY TO THEIR “SHAIKH”  –“I LOVE YOU.”  A WOMAN WHO FALLS IN THIS TRAP, IN REALITY SAYS TO SHAITAAN: “I LOVE YOU.”

BEWARE OF THIS IMPOSTER ON THE INTERNET PAGES. DON’T EVER EXPOSE YOUR FACES TO HIM. DON’T POLLUTE YOUR MODESTY AND CHASTITY BY SOILING YOURSELF WITH THIS SHAITAANUL INS, OR BETTER – ABUSH SHAITAAN – THE FATHER OF THE DEVIL.

WOMEN CAN, EVEN BY APPLYING THEIR DEFECTIVE INTELLIGENCE, UNDERSTAND THE VILLAINY AND SHAITAANIYAT OF THIS VILLAIN PARADING AS A “SHAIKH”. BUT THEY ARE SIMPLY NOT APPLYING THEIR MINDS WHEN THEY EXPOSE THEMSELVES  ON THE INTERNET AND VIDEO TO THE SHAITAAN WHO ROBS THEM OF THEIR HAYA.

THE GULLIBILITY WHICH WOMEN DISPLAY WHEREBY THEY DENUDE THEMSELVES FOR THE VILE GRATIFICATION OF THE DEVIL, IS ALMOST UNFORGIVEABLE. IMMODESTY AND LEWDNESS ARE NEVER THE EFFECTS OF ‘NUQS FIL AQL’ WHICH IS THE NATURAL ATTRIBUTE OF WOMEN. EXPOSING THEMSELVES TO MALES, ESPECIALLY DEVILS WHO CLAIM TO BE ‘SPIRITUAL GUIDES’, IS THE EFFECT OF THE BESTIAL NAFS, NOT THE EFFECT OF MISUNDERSTANDING WHICH CAN BE THE EFFECT OF DEFECTIVE INTELLIGENCE.

WOMEN WHO FREQUENT THE INTERNET ARE AGAIN WARNED TO BE ON THEIR GUARD FOR THIS NOORZAMAN SHAITAAN MASQUERADING AS A ‘SAINT’ AND A ‘SHAIKH’.

THIS BEDFELLOW OF SHAITAAN IS NEITHER A NAQSHABANDI NOR A SHAZLI.  IN REALITY HE IS A SHAITAANI. HENCEFORTH HIS NAME ISZULMATZAMAAN (THE DARKNESS OF THE AGE), NOT NOORZAMAN.

Muslim women watching soccer/football matches

The peculiar case of women attending football matches in the Saudi state (2014)

1

Compiled by Abu Yahya

Arab News on Thursday 23 January 2014 published an article entitled “A pleasant soccer shocker: US women in stadium” (http://www.arabnews.com/news/513816). For the purposes of this post this is a direct copy from the Arab News article;

Saudi football fans were taken by surprise on Tuesday when a group of American women turned up at the King Fahd International Stadium in Riyadh to watch the football match between Al-Nasr and Shabab.
According to press reports, the group of women included senior consultants of US congressmen.
The Americans were allowed to enter the stadium after Prince Faisal bin Turki, president of Al-Nasr Club, received a letter from the Shoura Council stating that the women were interested in attending the match. Some of the women were holding yellow jerseys of Al-Nasr.
The news was a big hit on social networking sites because women are not allowed to enter stadiums across the Kingdom to watch football matches.
It also prompted many Saudi men and women to ask the government to lift the ban on Saudi women entering stadiums to watch football and other matches. “Why do the authorities allow foreign women to enter stadiums while they deny Saudi women the same privilege,” one person asked.
Al-Nasr Club and the Presidency of Youth Welfare organized the VIP lounge for the American women to watch the match. “The move was aimed at impressing the Americans with the Kingdom’s advanced sports facilities,” said a presidency official.
Sulaiman Al-Yousuf, manager of King Fahd Stadium, said the presidency instructed the stadium management to allow the women to watch the football match.

In light of the above we now present the following fatawa by leading Saudi ‘ulama (Courtesy: Abu Salih Mu’adh Khan –http://www.muftisays.com/forums/14-peoples-say/8317-us-women-saudi-stadium.html?p=65622#65622)

Here is the Fatwa of Saudi Ulamah standing commitee on watching football games:

The scholars of the Standing Committee for Issuing Fatwas were asked: What is the ruling on watching sports tournaments such as the World Cup and so on?

They replied: Football matches that are played for money and similar prizes are haraam, because that is gambling. It is not permissible to accept a prize except in things that sharee‘ah has deemed permissible, namely racing horses and camels, and competing in archery. Based on that, going to matches is haraam and so is watching them [on TV], for the one who knows that they are being played for a prize, because going to them implies approval of them.

But if the match is not for a prize and does not distract one from what Allah has enjoined, such as prayer and the like, and it does not involve anything that is contrary to sharee‘ah, such as uncovering ‘awrahs, mixing of men and women or musical instruments, there is nothing wrong with that or with watching it. End quote.

Fataawa al-Lajnah al-Daa’imah , 15/238

Here is the Fatwa of Shaykh Uthaymeen (RA) (Saudi Scholar) on watching football games:

Shaykh Ibn ‘Uthaymeen (may Allah have mercy on him) was asked: What is the ruling on watching football matches that are shown on television?
He replied:
What I think is that watching matches that are shown on television and other events is a waste of time; a smart and wise man would not waste his time with such matters that bring no benefit at all.
This applies if it is free of other evils; if it is accompanied by other evils, such as if the viewer begins to venerate a kaafir player for example, then it is undoubtedly haraam, because it is not permissible for us to venerate the kuffaar at all, no matter how far they have advanced. It is also haraam if the thighs of young men appear, which may result in fitnah. So the correct view in my opinion is that it is not permissible for young men when they play football to let their thighs show, because that involves fitnah, even according to the view that the thigh is not ‘awrah. So I do not think that young men should ever show their thighs. If we say that the thigh is ‘awrah, which is a well-known view of the madhhab of Imam Ahmad, then the matter is clear: it is not permissible in any case.
What I advise our brothers to do is to make good use of their time, for time is the most precious of wealth. End quote.

Here is the Fatwa of Shaykh Jibreen (RA) (Saudi Scholar) on watching football games:

Shaykh Ibn Jibreen (may Allah have mercy on him) was asked: What is the ruling on women watching football matches for entertainment and to support a team?

He replied:

It is not permissible to watch matches, as the players are usually not dressed properly and some of the thighs show, or the awrah may be outlined by the clothes, and that is a fitnah for women. If the aim is to relax, then that may be done by remembering Allah, reciting Qur’aan, and reading books of hadeeth, fiqh and ahkaam. End quote from the website of Shaykh Ibn Jibreen.

End quote.
We say: Those who use the fatawa of the Akabirin of the Saudi state (viz. the likes of the al-Lajnah and the scholars associated with the al-Lajnah, or the likes of Bin Baz, al-Jibrin, etc.) against the Ash’aris, the Maturidis, the Tabligh Jama’at, the Sufis, etc. should not be selective and should also apply their fatawa, as in the above quotations, directly against the Saudi state, Prince Faisal bin Turki and all those involved. Selectively using the fatawa of the Akabirin to label vast groups of Muslims as deviates is hypocritical.  In the like manner the abovefatawa should be applied as well. Failing this, we can rest assure that this group of people are nothing but fitnah-mongers, those who wish to sow discord amongst the Ummah for the purposes of boosting their own egos. May Allah protect us from this disease.
And Allah knows best

Mufti Abu Layth … a Salafi

THE KUFR OF A MORON MASQUERADING AS A ‘MUFTI’

Q. A scholar, Mufti Abu Layth has published some very queer views which appear to be in conflict with the Shariah. The following are some of his views:

  • Women may travel without a Mahram
  • A woman may pluck her eyebrows
  • Women may cut their hair
  • Wearing Niqaab is not permissible
  • Wearing the trousers below the ankles is permissible, and in fact necessary.

Please comment on these fatwas.

A. This flotsam disgorged by the jaahil is not ‘fatwas’. This disgorgement of rubbish is in fact the kufr excrement of his nafs. This moron character is a perfect example of the Signs of Qiyaamah. In fact, he is a manifestation of the Truth of Rasulullah’s Nubuwwat. One of the evidences of the Truth of a Nabi is the fulfilment of his predictions. Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) had predicted the appearance of miniature dajjaals and jaahil ‘muftis’ of the type of this human shaitaan.

The corruption of the rubbish he utters is so conspicuous and so self-evident to even the layman that it requires no Ilmi (academic) response. Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “Verily, I fear for my Ummah the Aimmah who mislead.” The world today abounds with deviate juhhaal who masquerade as Ulama. About these juhhaal, Nabi-e-Kareem (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said that the ignoramuses will refer to them. These juhhaal will issue ‘fatwas’ of jahaalat. They will be astray and lead others astray.

Never should such juhala be questioned on Deeni issues. In fact, looking at theirmabghoodh, mal-oon faces is also fraught with danger to one’s Imaan. They emit a terrible stench of kufr and Satanism.

THE VOTING INK

Q. When voting, a coloured ink is applied to the thumb nail. This colour remains on the nail for a few days despite washing. Will wudhu be valid?

A. If it is only ink, it does not form an impervious layer to prevent water. It should be washed thoroughly. The mark will not affect wudhu. Only if it forms an impervious layer as cutex does, will wudhu not be valid. We are not aware of the texture of the substance. If it is established that the substance remains on the nail  as a non-porous  layer, then it will not be permissible to vote because wudhu and ghusl will not be valid.
